1. Essay Writing Competition: (The Article Speaks...

)
Essay Topics:
1. Developed Gujarat, Developed India
2. Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat
3. I am Gujarati...
4. Proud Gujaratis
5. In my eyes Gujarat after 10 years.
Contest Rules:
1. Essay has to be prepared by selecting one topic from the given topics.
2. Essay should be written in 200 to 300 words.
3. 5 students from each college can participate.
4. The language of the essay should be entirely Gujarati.
5. The font size of the essay should be 12.
6. It is compulsory for every candidate to type his name, name of his college or
university, standard and phone number on the first page of his essay. Begin the
essay with the second page.
7. Last date for uploading PDF file of Essay at below link. 7-12-2024 will be.
8. File size will be maximum 5 MB.
9. The judge’s decision will be final.

2. Creation from picture: (from picture to word picture...)


Contest Rules:
1. Competition through Zoom Application on 9/12/2024 morning
It will be organized at 11:00, so you have to join the WhatsApp group after
registering.
2. The picture of the competition will be given in the Zoom application on the
day of the competition.
3. The composition should be appropriate to the subject and the language of the
composition will be Gujarati only.
4. Can create a poem / dialogue / story / paragraph from a picture.
5. The time limit will be 1 hour.

3. P.P.T. Fabrication (awesomeness of language and technology...)


Contest Rules:
1. Each student should do a P.P.T on the topic 'Famous Gujarati Women from
Various Fields'. Must be made.
2. Language should be Gujarati only.
3. 5 students from each college can participate.
4. Your P.P.T. There should be a maximum of ten and a minimum of five slides.
5. P.P.T. The file size should be between 300 MB to 500 MB.
6. Each competitor has his own P.P.T. Only Unicode Gujarati font to create

4. Singing Competition: (From Voice to God…)


Contest Rules:
1. Each contestant has to sing the song in Gujarati language.
2. Contestants can present any favourite Gujarati song.
3. The time limit will be three minutes.
4. Using a karaoke track or live master accompaniment with a song of your
choice can be done.
5. The competition will be held directly in the college premises. 6. Only 2
students from each college or university can participate.
7. The judge’s decision will be final.

Contest Rules:
1. The contestant has to choose a Gujarati song for the dance.
2. The contestant will be able to present a solo dance and group dance.
3. Time limit for solo dance will be three minutes and time limit for group
dance will be five minutes.
4. Dress appropriate to the dance will be required.
5. 1 group dance and 6 solo dances from each college or university students can
participate.

Contest Rules:
1. This competition will be organized in Mahavidhalay.
2. The contestant has to apply mehndi according to the Indian style. Will be

1. The contestant can play any of the characters as per the theme.

5. A costume appropriate to the character is a must.
6. Pure simple, clear and expressive language is expected.
7. No background music of any kind may be played with the performance.

Contest Rules:
1. The contestant has to prepare a dish using different types of ingredients. (Do
not use cheese, mayonnaise or paneer.)
2. Its decoration will also be kept in mind during the competition.
3. Only 2 teams from each college or university can participate. (There will be a
squad of two students.)
4. Maximum 7 and minimum 3 dishes have to be prepared.
5. The time limit will be one and a half hours.
6. This competition will be held directly in the college premises.
7. Electricity supply (Electric connection) will be available from the institution.
(to first 10 squads).

14. Intelligence Test Competition: (Gyan Ujas)


Contest Rules:
1. The questions of Intelligence test competition will be related to 'Developed
Gujarat'.
2. 5 students from each college or university can participate.
3. This competition will be organized online.
4. To participate in this competition, registration is mandatory by every
contestant must on 7/12/2024.
5. Every contestant has to register by visiting the link given below the
knowledge test competition rules.
6. Intelligence Test question paper leak dated 11/12/2024 in the intelligence test
competition WhatsApp group you have joined will be posted at 11.00 am.
7. The time limit for filling the question paper of knowledge test competition
will be one hour.

GENERAL RULES:
(1) It is mandatory for the contestants to bring the College Identity Card (ID
Card) or Library Identity Card (Library Card) at the time of competition.
(2) The registration department office will open two hours before the
competition.
(3) Competitors shall be required to reach the designated class half an hour
before the competition.
(4) To participate in every online competition of Gurjari Mohotsav, every
contestant must by 7/12/2024 it is mandatory to go to the competition link and
register and upload your file on time.
(5) Contestants participating in the contests which will be live through Zoom
Application must register by 7/12/2024.
(6) After registration of each competition it is mandatory to join WhatsApp
group related to that competition through the link provided in the registration
form.
(7) Zoom link registration of the competitions will be sent to WhatsApp group
related to that competition.
(8) Competition rules and discipline shall be followed during these
competitions. A student violating the rules will not be allowed to participate in
the competition.
(9) Rules may be modified according to situation and circumstances.
(10) On 2/12/2024 at 10.00 AM there will be a meeting of representatives and
deputy representatives of each college. List of competitors at that time and
admit card has to be registered.
(11) During this festival, if there is any damage to the building or the
Mahavidyalay by the participants, then it will be the responsibility of that
participant’s to compensate.
(12) All the First, Second and Third Prize winners except for Quiz Competition
will be given Cash Prizes.
(13) Announcement of result and list of winners of each competition, prize
distribution will be done on 11/12/2024.
(14) Prize Distribution Function will be held in KES' Shroff College of Arts and
Commerce's Pancholia Hall at 5 pm on 11th December, 2024.
(15) Online Zoom Application is mandatory for each contestant participating in
the competition should download the Zoom Application in their mobile phone
or computer.
(16) The decision of the judges shall be final.
