Sunchyme confectioneries specializes in designer cakes, pastries & a wide

of bakery products.

The founder Vikas Suri with along with his expertise & a 20 year experience
in the confectionery industry aims at capturing interests of customers with a
broad variety of confectionery products.

The company plans to build a strong market position in the city because of
the partners’ Industry experience and a mild competitive climate in the area.

Sunchyme Confectioneries aims to meet the demands of the middle to higher


income groups in the local market area, residents and tourists with its unique
idea of membership cards .

Vikas Suri.
Vikas Suri whose completed his hotel management from IIHM , has
been trained under renowned pastry chef Jean Pierre. In addition to
his industry specific experience, Vikas has 2 years of management

Amit Avasti
He handles the Finance sector after an experience of 5 years in the
same field.

Along with other duties Sunchyme is also vigilant for its duties towards
the environment.

The Packaging material used is a FDA approved paper.

The packaging cartons and boxes are made of two layers of paper.

The Package bears the name and the logo of the company along with its
contact and all the necessary mentions as per the directions of the FDA.

Quality Control and Standards

All the products shall be Quality Controlled as per the PFA Act,
1954.

The relevant Bureau of Indian Standards Specification for cakes


and chocolates (second revision) (with Amendment No.2) is
IS:2397:1988.

Strict Hygiene norms shall be followed during the production.
