The Glass Garden Events Venue is most iconic for its walls of
alternating frosted white and green tinted glass, imposing

“PRINCESS DIANA PACKAGE”
Premium catering for 100 persons.
This catering contract is centered between Cora’s Catering and Golden Events sets forth the
agreement between the parties relating to catering services to provide by the cater for the
client for the event identified in this contract for the amount of P105,000.00 for the entire
service provided. Cora’s catering will offer 4 main dishes, 1 veggies, 1 pasta, 1 soup, pastries
for dessert, 3 layer cake.
EVENT DETAILS –Cora’s catering will provide caterer to provide food and beverages and related
services related for the event.
Date and time: February 19. 2018 (Monday) 6:00pm-11:00pm
Location: Glass garden events
Estimated number of Guests: 100 persons

COORDINATOR WITH THE VENUE- The venue will provide the chairs and tables needed to
the event. Caterer will need to have access to the venue no later than 6:00pm in advance to
the start of the event and clean up rooms after the end time.

This contract is entered into between the Glass Garden Events contact person is Ms. Aubrey L. Briton 932-
74-25 at Golden Events.
GOLDEN EVENTS will provide full professional service including but not limited to event managing,
hosting, and will provide the necessary supplies for Debut which will be held on February 19, 2018
(Monday) from the hours of 6:00PM to 11:00PM in the Glass Garden Events will pay the total amount
of ₱ P165,816.00 for the entire service provided. One half of the total expenses ₱ 82,908.00 is to be
paid upon completion of this contract as a deposit to hold the date, (deposit is not refundable) and the
balance of the total amount to be paid on the date of the event.
