What is exercise and how important is it to our body
and future? How to cope with our mental health during
this time of crisis.

Doing physical activity or exercise in our home


will help us improve our health and it will also
decrease the risk of developing various diseases
such as diabetes, cancer or even cardiovascular
disease.

Most especially, we need to take care our


mental health because our physical,
psychological and social wellness requires
mental health. It has an effect on how we
think, sound and act.
This also assists in deciding how we cope
with tension, how we respond to others and
how we make choices.

So as we deal with this problem, the


COVID-19, we need to be strong, do
exercise, drink vitamins and make yourself
productive by cleaning the surroundings.
Above all, physical exercise and a healthy
mentality will boost our quality of life.
DAY 1(April
2)
Day 1 of staying at home without going out
is a bit new to me. Yet I manage to do my time
doing things that are productive like:

Doing exercise in the morning by riding


a bike.

Washing the plates after we ate in the


morning.

Sweeping the floor

Reading books such as novels


especially the stories of Danielle Steel
DAY 2
(APRIL
Day 2 of staying at home without going out

is relaxing to me. I manage to do my time doing
things that are productive like:

Cooking for breakfast

Watching movies with my family

Helping my father cleaning his car

Doing my online assignments

Watering the plants in the afternoon


DAY 3
( APRIL
Day 3 of staying at home without going out is
very tiring because of the following productive
reasons:

We do general cleaning of our house so
that we can avoid the virus that was
happening in our country today. And this are the
things I did:
 I wipe out the dirt in our windows.
 I sweep the floor.
 I help my mom sanitizing the beddings and
curtains of our house.
Day 4
(April 5) .

Day 4 of staying at home without going out


is also very tiring because of the following
productive reasons:

 I helped the working student and my cousin


washed the clothes, the beddings and the
curtains that we used during the past weeks.

 Since it was very tiring, I also spend time


doing my favorite hobby which is playing a
ukulele.

 In the evening, I also helped my cousin fold


the washed curtains and beddings and put it in
the cabinet.

Day 5
(April 6)
Day 5 of staying at home without going out
is very spiritual and holy because of the following
productive reasons:

My family listened some Christian songs


on youtube through the use of our TV.

We also offer a prayer to those people


who fought against this COVID-19 (the
frontliners, victims, etc.)
Let’s offer a
