Introduction
 The company Paul Ries & Sons established by Mr.Maurise ries, in Aden in Yemen in 1865 and
operation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1885.
 The company was active in exporting Ethiopia coffee, hides/skins .
 import TATA pickup& trucks, construction equipment, Peugeot vehicle

 To become a quality oriented vehicle assembler in Ethiopia by the year 2025.

 Paul Rise is exporter of Ethiopia coffee since 1885, and is also
one of the founding member of Ethiopia coffee exporters
association.
2. Machineries department
Machineries department established in 2010 .In this department:
All repair and maintenance on body & Chelsea works on it.
Accident damage repairs in work shop.
3. Tata department
TATA established in 1945. In this department: -
Import Tata vehicles,
Give genral service tata pick up & truck vehicle
4. Peugeot department
It established since 1960.In this department: -

 The objective of internship gives as an opportunity to link theoretical concept with

 We have joined p.R.S by searching different company in Addis Abeba through asking
student who are our department. Next we submitted the letter from our department to
different company. We get acceptance in p.R.S. Finally we joined on it.

During the first month we fair to communicate with workers ,difficult to identify the name of
tools
Due to Covid-19 puck-up our work for eight months
Lack of transportation
The cost from university the major problem
Cost of living index is over
Measures we Taken
 We try to make good relation with technicians and students
 we try to show the foreman and technicians my deep interest to know practical knowledge
 We try to see the environment look like simply
 During covid-19 we spent on our parent by doing labor
 We started work on company by borrowing money

PROJECT TITTLE:-OIL DRAINING SYSTEM

Introduction
Oil drainer is a device or an instrument used to draining out an

oil from the oil tank or from the oil galleries.
 Oil draining system is the process of draining out the used
lubricant oils from the oil tank or from the oil galleries.
This process is takes places whenever in the machineries,
automobiles or any mechanical device
If the car oil drained, they can be safely recycled or disposed.
Problem statement
The major problems want to solve in a company are:-

 Pressure vessel design to store drained oil is so far from working area therefore it
is laborious.
 To drain the used oil from the vehicle it requires more man force and it is difficult
to remove it by less force
 The material in which we store when we have removed it are not comfortable
 The way of removing has its own effect on the cleanliness of burned oil.
 The way of removing this burned oil is not good for safety of workers.
 As a company this burned oil is taken as wastage and up to now it is not
considered as income by selling it to the industries.

Objective of the project
General objective
 To design oil drainer so as to drain oil.
Specific objective
 Reduce time in the process of draining oil.
 Improve the time to transport the drained oil.
 Keep work place clean.
 Make simple and easy oil draining process.
Scope of the study
The scope of this project is as follows:

 Manufacture only prototype would to demonstrate the basic
principle of operation.
 The project will have the selection of material & design as per
the strength analysis some .
 This project model of part drawing and assemble drawing to
make with solid work software.
 The electrical oil drainage would select for this project.
Benefit of the project
The main benefit of this project is specially used for to

decrease the cost of the productivity of the company by :-
 reducing human power
 time, and
 preventing the material from west.
Methodology
 This proposal paper wants to make by following the correct procedure of design analysis and
interpretation.
1. Data collection
 collecting data from Primary source like observing, measuring, asking question, &
 Secondary data source like literature review, on the design and processing aspects, websites and
published books and scientific journals.
2. Data analysis
 The data analysis work will be done using descriptive statistic tool, concept analysis and software
supported techniques.
