to keep in touch with family and friends they are also used for education purposes as well.

hospitals, shops and factories Hospitals use these computers to store information about a patient
to see if they have been ill before and to know what medication to give. Shops also use computers

Computers also save any important information that we may
need in the future this information can be stored and then can be accessed from another computer

librarian also uses a computer this is so that they can locate any book in the library making it
easier for them to find and locate where the book is at. Computers make jobs easier since they can
calculate things making it easier rather than people calculating they can always give us answers

will find it hard to advertise and may go bankrupt due them not being able to target their products
to people. They are also good at solving any maths problem making problem solving easier for
people. Businesses use computers for communications by sending emails and word processing.

Computers also help companies with graphics, video and audio production. Developers also use computers they use them
for creating new services and products. When it comes to business they prefer using a desktop over than a laptop this is
due to desktops being less expensive than a laptop if a desktop computer breaks it costs less to fix a laptop however costs
more than a desktop to be fixed this is due to the fact that the computers Internal component is easier to get access to a
laptops component is harder to get access to this is the reason why business use desktops over laptops.

Disadvantages: owners of smaller businesses don't know how to use the computers for businesses purposes this means
they have to spend money to hire someone to teach them how a computer works which means they will have to spend a lot
of money for them to learn this. Computers replace humans this means if a company uses computers to complete harder
tasks this means humans won't be needed a lot. There has been a lot of crimes with computers causing the business to
loose money this is due to the files being corrupted causing data to be leaked this is done by employees installing viruses
on computers causing the files to be corrupted. A lot of money is spent on contractors to service a computer every month
this is to ensure that its being its operats very good.
If businesses didn't use computers businesses would find it very hard for the advertise get a target audience and know
their customers it would also very hard for a business to complete hard tasks since the computer does all the calculations
and makes it easier to get answers they also are helpful to store information for a business if they didn't use computers a
business can't store its information and it would be hard for graphic and audio production a business wouldn't last long
since loads and loads of business would be facing bankruptcy if they didn't use computers. We use computers to help
people to complete a task or they need to a answer a question there are lots of ways a computer is used.
Computers are also used for taking photos as well as making music and films Computers are to analyse any data
schools and colleges use computers to teach students digitally and creatively this is done with data visualisation
schools use these to give students an imagination being able to draw shapes using the audio and watching videos
this is to show students that a computer can do lots of different things they are also used for creating power points
as well its for students to learn deeply and accurately.
Banks also uses computers they are used to deposit money into a customers account the computers at a bank are fast
and accurate.
Computers are also used go communicate with other people around the world these could be friends and family
members as well as talking to other people who live around the world they are also used to listen to songs as well as
watching videos.
Online classes are done on a computer as well allowing people to learn from home as well as online banking which
allows you to withdraw and deposit cash into your bank account online making it easier for people to check their
bank online rather than having to visit an ATM every time they want to check their balance.
