THE COMPANY
 Work environment of amazon is very casual and any of the employee
can easily reach to any top level person and the people which are
working over there are free to move from one place to another.
 Amazon also plan various parties in the company so that the
employees meet each other and the managers also so that the
working of the company should be smooth as in informal parties
contacts increased and managers of the company do interact with
their employees.

 New employees hired in amazon on the basis of three tests one is

interview round and after that online test and the last one is vocal
test
 The HR of the company during the interview checks how the
person is and will he be comfortable to handle the new job
pressure or not.
HRM ( H UMAN RE SO URCE
MANAGEMENT)
 Human resource management is the strategic approach to the
effective management of organization workers so that they help
the business gain a competitive advantage commonly known as
HR department. It is designed to maximize the employees
performance in services of an employer’s strategic objectives. HR
is primarily concerned with the management of people within
organization, focuses on policies and systems.
 HR departments are also responsible for overseeing employees
benefits designing, employee recruitment, training and
development, performance appraisals , and rewarding. HR also
concerns itself with organizational change and industrial
relations, that is the balancing of organizational practices with
requirements arising from collective bargaining and form
governmental laws.

CRITICAL ANALYSES OF
TH E CO MPAN Y’ S PO LI CIE S
 All policies regarding employees welfare and training and development
schemes of the company are very and which helps the company to be
on the top in t he world a company is represented by its staff and if
the employees are happy over there they will be more passionate
about their work and more loyal to the company so the chances of
development of the company will be good. And amazon knows this
fact very nicely so they provide many facilities to their employees they
also provide some training programs for employees which are not in
use of company but also helpful for the employee.

CONCLUSION
 Amazon is good working on every thing but my recommendation to the amazon
is to work on some aspects which are:
 Women workers enrollment in the company
 To see where the policies are lacking as there are many employees leaving the
organization.
 There should be a exit interview in the amazon
 Amazon is doing good in the market and now the HR of the company is
changing they are making the changes which are needed in the proper
working of the company amazon always appreciate the best performers of
every weak.
