    Introduction
    • “Campus recruitment system” facilitates a better and easier way to communicate
    between company ,student and the college.

    • It prevents unauthorized access to information.

    • 3 logins that is
    – student login,
    – company login
    – admin login.

    • This software system provides an option to the students to create their profiles and
    upload all their details including their marks into the system.

    • The admin can check each student details and can remove faulty accounts.

    • To develop a system which uses image processing technique
    to recognize license plate number in vehicles efficiently and
    accurately.

    Objectives
    • Maintains individual student record

    • Maintains Company requirements and details.

    • Making only the eligible students to take the test.

    • Displays the vacancies available.

    •  Reduces the manual work and consumes less paper  . 

    • No necessity of notifying students again or e-mailing every student about


    the company coming to college. The students can keep themselves updated
    through this software.

    Design Modules
    Student Module:-

    Student is registered by this site. The student uploads his/her personal and educational details.
    Student checks for vacancies.

    Company Module:-

    Each company on registeration will be provided with its own dashboard where it displays its
    requirements and vacancies.

    Admin Module:-

    Here the admin connects both students and companies. The admin has control over the entire system.

    Scope for Improvement

    • This system can further be implemented as an


    app which will be helpful for my college for
    better interation.
    • This system can be extended to even provide
    online tests by the company to test students
    knowledge.

    Conclusion
    • Campus recruitment helps in saving time and efforts of the companies. It
    prevents the occurrence of unusual expenditures related to recruitment
    process such as advertisement, initial screening. This in turn turns to be
    useful in reduced manpower effort and time as well.
    • An organization can find an opportunity to establish a link with the next
    batch of students. This in turn will help for the future and long term .
