will also function as an orientation for them. Additionally, the training will guarantee
that teachers have improved skills and techniques, whether it be in the areas of
classroom management, documentation, curriculum activities, and more.
Multigrade education is seen as the best mode that can reach children in far-
flung areas in the cost cost-effective manner. The school viable and equally
workplace and provide them with an overview of the organization's requirements, it will also function as an orientation
effective education as monograde schools, especially in areas with low population
for them. Additionally, the training will guarantee that teachers have improved skills and techniques, whether it be in
density. the areas of classroom management, documentation, curriculum activities, and more.
Multigrade teaching is a complex challenging task. Handling two or more grade
levels at the same time, teachers struggle to provide learning opportunities for
children within the curriculum, which is typically designed for monograde classes.
It is with these thought that this seminar is conceptualize.
