Strongest sorcerer!

The entire discussion will fall


into role playing, where each
group will be given a
character to play.
The characters are:

Megumi Sukuna Yuji Gojo


Narrator:
In the culling game event, all players
inside the game began to fight each
other to determine the strongest
sorcerer in the jujutsu high. In the
first event, Gojo, Sukuna, Yuji, and
Megumi enter the battlefield.
:AHA!I have something for you Gojo,
what is the probability that I’m going
to use my slashing technique out of my
10 different abilities Gojo?
:Hmmm, so basic. According to my calculation, using
the probability formula. That is Probability of event
=(number of favoable outcomes)/(total number of
possible outcomes). Out of your 10 different abilities,
you have 1/10 probability that you’re going to use
your slashing technique!
:Not bad! Dodge this!
:Gojo sensei can either use his domain or just
simply dodge the attack. Megumi, what do
you think is the chance that Gojo sensei will
use either of the two?
:There are only two things, to use his domain and or to
dodge. The probability of that two events are 1/2 and
1/2 respectively. To find the probability of the two
events, we use the formula P (A ∪ B) = P(A) + P(B).
:Thus, 1/2 + 1/2 = 2/2 or simply 1. Since we’re
talking about chances, we convert the fraction into a
percentage. So that is 1 x 100 = 100%. Therefore, that
is a 100% chance that Gojo sensei will use either of
the two events.
: Wow! You are really amazing Megumi.
:Have you noticed? That those events
can be mutually exclusive? What a
shame.
:Yeah, that’s why I have something for you too
Sukuna! I have 10 different attacks. Each attacks has
number of turns those are S = { 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 }.
What is the possibility that I can use attacks that has
even turns? Or odd turns?
What do you think of me? A fool? Since
they are different, that’s mutually
exclusive events! To find the probability,
we first find the probability of the two
events.
Let’s say Event A is the even numbers,
so we have {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}. So that is
N(5). Hence, Event P(A )= 5/10=1/2.
For Event P(B) = 5/10=1/2 as well.
