The study shows the entrepreneurial attitudes that young people coming to the Youth Educational Centre have. These attitudes today seem to be an important attribute in designing the educational and career future. Presented research is part of the quantitative paradigm. The research procedure does not include the hypothesis, because so far no similar investigations have been conducted with regard to the indicated group of young people. The initial assumptions were therefore impossible to be put forward. The empirical part of the article was preceded by theoretical inquiries in the field of entrepreneurship. It is worth noting that the presented material is a part of a larger research project. The whole research procedure also took into account the orientations towards a professional career and communication skills of minors from educational centres.

The subject of consideration is a fragment of Bruno Jasieński’s novel „Collusion of the indifferent. Part one of the unfinished novel". In turn, the purpose of the article is to answer the question: how to interpret a mental construct: “Do not be afraid of enemies – in the worst case they can kill you. Do not be afraid of friends – at worst they can betray you. Beware of the indifferent – they do not kill and do not cheat, but with their silent consent, murder and betrayal exist in the world”? The selected assumptions were implemented by means of an analysis of the literature on the subject and an author’s research project. The idea of combining scientific interests with personal activities and interests, incidentally mu- sical, has appeared already during the 5-year pedagogical studies in the specialization of care and resocialisation. It resulted in a research project which concerned the use of musical activities with elements of music therapy in the process of resocialisation of minors. Consequently, it was decided to conduct research aimed at gathering the opinions of minors and teaching staff on musical activ- ities with elements of music therapy, which was carried out in selected Youth Educational Centers. The research project confirmed the thesis that music classes with elements of music therapy can be an effective therapeutic technique in the process of resocialisation of minors, according to the opin- ion of the pedagogical staff and of the girls participating in these classes.

The subject of the research concerns the moral sphere. The aim of the research project was to find out the answer to the question: how do charges of care and educational institutions function in the moral sphere? The research procedure is situated in the interpretative paradigmequated with the qualitative approach. The method of individual cases supplemented with the technique of dokument analysis, interview and observation was used to carry out the research. The research tool was the original interview and observation questionnaire as well as the documentation of the charges found at the facility. The article is of a theoretical and research nature. The theoretical part outlines the specificity of a social rehabilitation centres for minors and refers to the definition of self-sufficiency. The subject of the research was the empowerment of juveniles staying in youth educational centres. Their aim was to find out the answer to the problem: what methods and forms of work are used by youth educational centres to prepare minors for a self-sufficient life after leaving them in the following spheres: family, professional, social and civic? The project was carried out in three selected youth educational centres. The data was obtained using the pedagogical monograph method, for which the document analysis technique was selected, supplemented with an original data sheet acting as a research tool. The research was conducted in the mainstream of the qualitative approach identified with the interpretative paradigm, which allowed for the abandonment of hypotheses.

Przedmiotem rozważań niniejszego opracowania uczyniono motywację do pracy. Ich celem była diagnoza stylów motywacyjnych nieletnich umieszczonych w placówce resocjalizacyjnej. Problem badawczy, na który odpowiada artykuł, przybrał postać pytania dopełnienia: jakie style motywacyjne przejawia młodzież niedostosowana społecznie płci męskiej w wieku 17–18 lat? Podjęte badania zostały osadzone w metodologii ilościowej utożsamianej najczęściej z paradygmatem pozytywistycznym. W założeniach metodologicznych zrezygnowano z hipotez, ponieważ nie realizowano wcześniej podobnych dociekań. Badania przeprowadzono przy pomocy metody sondażu diagnostycznego z użyciem techniki testu. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił test na style motywacyjne (DNA Motywacyjne). Dobór grupy badawczej był celowy: usamodzielniający się niedostosowani społecznie chłopcy w wieku 17–18 lat, będący w normie intelektualnej i przebywający w młodzieżowym ośrodku wychowawczym, gdzie dokonano realizacji badań.

Celem artykułu jest próba diagnozy poziomu kompetencji interpersonalnych młodzieży niedostosowanej społecznie. Poruszona problematyka jest wąskim wycinkiem obszaru kompetencji społecznych. Artykuł zawiera wyniki autorskich badań, które były prowadzone w jednym z młodzieżowych ośrodków wychowawczych wobec grupy nieletnich płci męskiej w normie intelektualnej. Badania prowadzono w nurcie podejścia ilościowego. Do ich realizacji wybrano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego opartą na technice testu. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił test standaryzowany, który umożliwił zbadanie ogólnych umiejętności komunikacyjnych, umiejętności w zakresie unikania błędów w komunikacji oraz błędów występujących w komunikacji werbalnej i niewerbalnej. Uzyskane wyniki pokazały, że ogólny poziom kompetencji interpersonalnych chłopców z placówki resocjalizacyjnej w zdecydowanej większości uplasował się na poziomie bardzo niskim, co tym samym potwierdziło postawioną hipotezę. The aim of the article was to analyze humorous content that relates to the COVID-19 pandemic of SARS-CoV-2. The main part of the text was preceded by an analysis of the literature on the subject of the meaning of humor in human life, including coping with it in difficult situations. When proceeding to the implementation of the presented article, the slogan “# stay at home” was followed. Therefore, to achieve this goal, online resources were used. The literature on the subject was searched using the popular scientific search engine Google Scholar, while humorous content related to the coronavirus was obtained through social and information portals. The subject matter is close to its author because he himself struggled with coronavirus infection and humor no doubt helped survive the hard moments.

The aim of the article is to analyse the preparation of minors staying in youth educational centres for professional independence. This issue was considered extremely important, especially in the aspect of the process of becoming independent, which is carried out by the institutions, to which each pupil is subject. The starting point for the chosen topic is the legal aspect of the juvenile and the organisational structure of youth educational centres. Przedmiot badań w niniejszym artykule odnosi się do wykluczenia edukacyjnego jako jednego z zagrożeń wobec nieletnich umieszczonych w Młodzieżowych Ośrodkach Wychowawczych (MOW). Z przedmiotem badań korespondował ich cel, którym było poznanie oferty edukacyjnej nieletnich z MOW pod kątem wykluczenia edukacyjnego. Z kolei problem badawczy, jaki postawiono w artykule, zawarł się w pytaniu: Czy, a jeżeli tak, to w jakim stopniu nieletni z MOW są wykluczeni edukacyjnie? Projekt badawczy zrealizowano za pomocą metody monografii, a jej uzupełnieniem była technika analizy dokumentów. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił natomiast autorski arkusz danych. Przy opracowaniu materiału badawczego bazowano na dokumentacji pozyskanej z Ośrodka Rozwoju Edukacji (ORE) w Warszawie.

Streszczenie. W opracowaniu przedstawiono wyniki badań, których celem było poznanie odpowiedzi na problem główny zawarty w pytaniu: jakie orientacje zawodowe przejawia młodzież niedostosowana społecznie płci męskiej umieszczona w Młodzieżowym Ośrodku Wychowawczym? Placówka, w której zrealizowano badania, jest przeznaczona dla chłopców niedostosowanych społecznie w wieku 13-18 lat będących w normie intelektualnej. W postępowaniu badawczym została przyjęta strategia ilościowa, która wpisała się w paradygmat pozytywistyczny. Badania przeprowadzono za pomocą metody indywidualnych przypadków, do której dobrano technikę testu. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił wystandaryzowany kwestionariusz "Moja kariera". Otrzymane wyniki badań pozwoliły poznać orientacje na karierę zawodową wśród grupy nieletnich.

Considering the difficulties in the functioning of the orphaned children from children’s homes, the question arises whether there is a cause-and-effect relationship between the malfunctioning and experiencing social orphanhood. The main purpose of the article is to establish a link between the social and emotional functioning of the orphaned children and their experiencing social orphanhood. Furthermore, the article aims at answering the questions of how the orphaned children function socially and emotionally and whether there is a correlation between their functioning and social orphanhood they experience. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to address the research problem. The research involved adopting methods of individual cases and diagnostic surveys. All the methods used in the research allowed to prove the thesis on the relationship between the social and emotional functioning and social orphanhood the orphaned children experience.

The article is an analysis of source materials as well as an interpretation of own research. The literature provides answers to the question of what professional predispositions related to the work environment are manifested by socially maladjusted male youth aged 17-18. The research is quantitative, equated with the positivist paradigm. It was carried out with the use of a diagnostic survey method based on a research tool consisting of 50 statements with a threepoint scale of answers. The project was carried out in a youth educational center. The selection of the research group was deliberate, because it was composed of socially maladjusted boys aged 17-18, towards whom increased activities related to the process of becoming independent are undertaken. The article contains a theoretical part analyzing the process of career planning.
