Consumer behaviour is being forced to change as a result of technological developments in the telecommunications infrastructure, increased smartphone ownership, low internet costs, and so on. The introduction of online video streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hot Star, etc. has revolutionised the visual entertainment media sector. Mainly millennial consumers are shifting from traditional streaming to OTT video streaming platforms. The report of data sciences division of Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) India, 65% of millennial and Generation Z prefer to use video content on an Online video streaming platform over TV. Today the people are watching multiple media entertainment outlets at the same time. Despite the importance of efficiency measurement in cooperatives. It is only recently that econometric and mathematical programming techniques have been applied to cooperative institutions. There are large numbers of variables which influence the efficiency of the PACS. But this paper has selected only few variables as input and output. Currently numerous OTT video platforms are available for consumers to encourage them. These OTT video platforms are developed to reach customers easily through advanced provisions and technology. With the rapid advancement of technology, OTT services are advancing at a rapid rate. Consumer content choices have shifted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many consumers have subscribed to OTT video platform services to receive highquality content in large quantities and without commercials. In this situation, OTT video platforms are a practical choice for consumers. OTT platforms serve as a way for people to spend quality time with their friends and family. Even professionals who work from home have a flexible schedule and can spend time on OTT platforms. There are so many factors are influencing the satisfaction of OTT video platform users. OTT platforms in India are growing rapidly in terms of subscribership mainly due to a number of factors such as convenience, ease of use, lower internet cost, drop in price of smart phones, etc. The drop in prices of smart phones and cellular data has enabled a large chunk of the population to gain access to online platforms. A youth oriented population has led to the increase in the viewership of OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+Hotstar, YouTube, etc. Digital India plays a crucial role in promoting the utilization of OTT platforms to stream diverse content from everywhere India.The present study identifies the problems faced by OTT platform in India.The study identifies major challenges such as government regulations, competition, content chellenges, societal and legal challenges etc. The study concluded that live streaming is still a challenge for popular content like news, sports, and entertainment events and the multi-device viewing remains a major concern of OTT platform.

Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACs) are now an important component of Indian financial system and are much more important in India than anywhere else in the world. It has gained its significance of the role assigned to them, the expectations they are supposed to fulfill, their number, and the number of offices they operate. The main aim of the primary agricultural credit societies is rural financing continues to be vital even today. Customer satisfaction is a major area in the service sector. Today's customers are not satisfied with care and courtesy alone, they will expect concern and commitment. Cooperative banks do not pursue the goal of profit maximization. The main aim of the cooperative societies is service. Mutual help and self-help is the main principle of cooperatives. The purpose of the study is to examine the customer or member satisfaction of the primary agricultural cooperative societies. Samples of 140 respondents are randomly selected from the customers/ members of primary agricultural credit societies. The data have been collected through a questionnaire designed for five point Likert scale. The analysis showed that loan term is the most influencing factor that affects the customer satisfaction of PACS in Kerala.

Environmental accounting data are not only used by companies internally, but is also made public through disclosure in environmental reports of the companies or other organistions. The disclosure of environmental accounting data as one of the key elements in an environmental report allows the parties that use this information to understand the company's position regarding environmental conservation and how it specifically addresses environmental problems. The quantitative management of environmental conservation activities is an effective way to achieve and maintain good business management. Environmental accounting is a new accounting system that records the costs and benefits that the ecosystem provides to a company. Quality of service is very important, especially for the growth and development of service sector enterprises. Due to the increasing importance of the service sector in the economy, the measurement of service quality became important. The banking sector is facing challenges with stiff competition and advancement of technology. It becomes imperative for service providers to meet the target customers " satisfaction with quality of services expected by them. Delivering high quality services is a prerequisite for achieving customer satisfaction and only through customer satisfaction can any organization gain customer retention. The main objective of the study is to analyze the perception of the customers towards quality of banking services of CANARA and ICICI bank. A sample of 60customers has been selected. Out of this 30 respondents are the customers of Canara bank and remaining 30 respondents are customers of ICICI Bank. Data have been collected through questionnaires designed on a five point Likert scale. Independent sample t-test has been used as the statistical tool to measure the difference in service quality on the variables, namely tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy. The analysis of data revealed that a significant difference exists in service quality on the perception of customers in Canara bank and ICICI bank.

Tourism industry has strong relevance to economic development, cultural growth and national integration. The tourism industry has helped growth in other sectors as diverse as horticulture, handicraft, agriculture and construction. Tourism is the second largest foreign exchange earner in India. The tourism industry employs a large number of people, both skilled and unskilled. Hotels, travel agencies, transport including airlines benefit a lot from this industry. continue their relationship with the bank, a first step in staying loyal. Loyal customers will always give positive comments and
recommendations about the bank to others. With strong branding, banks can attract customers and create customers’ trust and loyalty to
the bank. The present study examines the effect of brand on customer loyalty among SBI banking customers. The primary data were
collected by distributing questionnaires among 75 customers (53 Males and 22 Females) of the SBI. The study focused on brand name,
perceived quality,customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analysis was made by using various tools like percentage analysis, mean, standard
deviation, co-efficient of variation. The result showed that customers of SBI is neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the functioning of
SBI.Which means the effect of brand on customer loyalty among SBI customers is average.
