The paper examined the effect of creativity on human capital development of Nigeria graduates entrepreneurs. The paper became necessary due to high rate of graduates unemployment in Nigeria. The study is a survey research design and data used were generated randomly from 2019 batch C stream II currently undergoing their mandatory one year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Delta State Orientation camp. The data collected were analyzed with descriptive statistics while one tail t-test statistics was used to test the hypothesis formulated at 0.05 level of significance. The results indicated that there is a positive significant relationship between independent variables which have a positive influence on human capital development of graduate. It was recommended that graduates should seek to test new ideas and techniques available and ready to make mistakes and learn from them.

Recently, knowledge sharing has been a hot topic of discussion among researchers and practitioner; however, it has remained elusive. Employees may not share their knowledge with colleagues when injustice and lack of trust prevails within the organizations. This research explores the mediating role organizational trust has on the relation linking organizational justice to knowledge sharing. The research population consists of 475 employees of Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company located in Delta State, Nigeria, and a sample size of 167 was obtained. Structural Equation modeling technique was use in testing the hypotheses. Results indicate that organizational trust is positive and significantly related to both knowledge sharing and organizational justice (p < 0.05). Furthermore, organizational trust fully mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational justice. The study recommends that management should ensure that justice prevail in organizational activities. Also, the enhancement of organizational trust among employees should be given attention, as this will encourage employees to share their knowledge with colleagues.

The prime aim of this study is to assess whether certain corporate
risk management components affect firm value using three
disaggregated corporate risk management and firm value models.
By employing panel data analysis technique and fixed and random
effect models involving 79 observations of 13 oil and gas
companies quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) from
2010-2019, the study found evidence that inactive corporate risk
management leads to decrease firm value. The main outcome of the
research demonstrates that corporate risk management does not
increase firm value. In addition, we found that CRM components
such as risk committee independence and risk committee meetings
negatively relate to one firm value metric-TobinQ. For companies
to increase firm value via the instrumentality of CRM, there is a
need for management to develop a well-structured CRM framework
towards increasing firm value; this can be done by increasing the
numbers of risk committee meetings, risk committee independence
and diversity of risk committee.

This paper seeks to determine the effect working capital management has on profitability of businesses, specifically publicly quoted Nigerian firms. This is against the backdrop of the trade-off between profitability and risk which most firms are exposed to. The study adopts the longitudinal research design and a combination of the fixed effect and random effect panel data analysis techniques in analyzing the dataset retrieved from the financial reports of 74 publicly quoted firms from 2010 to 2019. This technique permits analysis of within entity uniqueness and between entity heterogeneity. Cash conversion cycle, inventory turnover, average collection period and average payment period were adopted as proxies for working capital management and profitability measured by return on capital employed, return on assets, and operating profit margin. Findings of the study suggest that inventory turnover, average collection period, and average payment period are significantly associated with profitability, while cash conversion cycle has no significant explanatory influence on the profitability of the firms.

The study examined the relevance of risk taking and opportunity recognition entrepreneurial education as a means of securing employment among universities graduates. The study is a survey research design with 2,000 population and sample size of 840. A total number of 797 completed questionnaires were returned which were used for analysis. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data collected while inferential statistics of one tail t-test was used to test the hypothesis formulated using the mean responses. The study found that, dependent variable has positive significant influence on the independent variable. That both risk taking and opportunity recognition has a positive significant influence on self employment of universities graduate. The study recommended among others; entrepreneurship education that will equip graduates with the needed ability to scan the business environment in other to identify business opportunities and take advantage of them

The purpose of this study was to investigate how perceived organizational support mediated the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction. In a cross-sectional survey research design, 297 personnel of parastatals and ministries under the control of the Delta State Government were the participants. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling, and data was collected using a structured questionnaire. The results show that servant leadership strongly predicted both perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, while perceived organizational support significantly predicted job satisfaction. Furthermore, the relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction is partially mediated by perceived organizational support. It was suggested that the Delta State Government train leaders in its parastatals and ministries on the concept of servant leadership and foster an environment where employees feel appreciated by their employer.

This study examined the health implication of poor waste management practices among students in N.U.T hostel, Abraka, Delta State. In the course of the study, the researcher assessed the waste management practices of the students in the hostel, assessed the nature of diseases students in the hostel encountered, assessed the waste disposal sites and the kind of refuse generated by students in the hostel. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design and it was guided by five research questions and five hypotheses raised by the researcher and was also answered in the course of the study. Adopting the simple random sampling technique the researcher selected one fifty (50) out of the 118 students who resides in the N.U.T hostel, Abraka and with the use of self structured questionnaire as instrument, data was collect for the study. The statistical analysis was done using simple percentage to rate the response rate to the questionnaire items in order to provide answers to the research questions while the chi-square statistical tool with the aid of SPSS (Statistical package for Social Sciences) was employed in testing the hypotheses of the study at 0.05 alpha level. From the analyzed data, it was revealed among others that; waste management practices exist among students in N.U.T hostel but poor waste management practice, students in N.U.T hostel, Abraka encounters various form of diseases related to poor waste management which come as, Typhoid fever, Dysentery, Malaria fever and Diarrhea, the waste disposal sites exists in N.U.T hostel, Abraka are refuse dump at the backyard of the hostel, refuse dump at the side of the hostel and the refuse dump at the road side to the hostel. Based on the literatures reviewed and the findings of this study, it was concluded that poor waste management practices have significant health implications on students  residing in N.U.T hostel, Abraka and was recommended that the waste disposal or refuse dump in the side and back of the hostel should be treated regularly to avoid breeding of bacteria and other vectors.

The study covered four (4) selected financial deepening estimators as it affects the economy as a whole. To carry out the study, data were sourced through Statistical Bulletin 2018 and World Bank Development Indicators (2018) from 2003 to 2018. Group of low-income countries have continued to find the need for adequate financial deepening in a bid to enhance their economic growth. Though they are operating a modern type of economy, yet they are mostly mono-economy, relying more on either oil or agricultural products and heavily depending on oil.
