Bu çalışmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı olan okullarda Suriyeli öğrenciler için açılan uyum sınıflarına ilişkin Türkçe öğreticileri ve okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırma, 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında Gaziantep’te 10 farklı okulda görev yapan 14 Türkçe öğreticisi ve 13 okul yöneticisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim deseni ile yürütülmüştür. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulardan hareketle; uyum sınıflarına devam eden öğrencilerin, uyum sınıflarında daha rahat bir ortam yakaladıkları ancak Türkçeye maruz kalma ve akran öğretimi noktasında sorun yaşadıkları; Türkçe öğreticilerinin uyum sınıfı uygulaması ile kendilerini daha rahat hissettikleri ancak uyum sınıflarının, sınıf mevcutları ve öğrenciler arasındaki seviye farkının Türkçe öğreticilerini olumsuz etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. In this study, it was aimed to determine the opinions of school principals in early childhood education in terms of their perception about access to education, participation in education and support to education within the scope of inclusive education, about the practices they carry out in their organizations and about what kind of other studies to be done. It was designed as a phenomenological study, a qualitative research methodology, as it aimed at an in-depth examination of the views of school principals. In this paper, we develop a new method of decision-making algorithm with Hausdorff distance and Hausdorff similarity measures based on generalized set-valued neutrosophic quadruple numbers. To establish the algorithm, we define Hausdorff distance measure and Hausdorff similarity measure on generalized setvalued neutrosophic quadruple. Next, we give a new method of decision-making application for impact of online learning on the learner. Also, we obtain different result from some previous applications (based on neutrosophic sets) for decision making algorithm. Thanks to our decision-making algorithm and similarity measure, researchers can obtain new applications for other decision making problems.

Bu arastirmada da ogrencilerin, metaforlar araciligiyla kendilerini daha iyi ifade edecegi dusunulmus ve arastirma icin ogrencilerden Gaziantep Universitesi ve ideal universiteyle ilgili benzetmelerde bulunup nedenini aciklamalari istenmistir. Ogrencilere universiteyle ilgili 2 kavram verilmistir. The aim of this study is to develop a scale for the determination technical leadership skills of vocational and technical high school administrators. For the study, the sample was comprised of a total of 236 vocational education teachers working at nine out of 22 technical and vocational high schools located in the Şahinbey and Şehitkamil districts of Gaziantep Province. The criteria for sample selection were twofold: (1) The selected schools are the longest established in the districts, and (2) the participant teachers had been working with the same school administrators at these schools for at least one year. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were performed by the researcher in order to determine the construct validity of the scale. EFA results indicated that the scale had three subdimensions. The sub-dimensions were “Pedagogical and Social Skills”, “Managerial Skills”, and “Professional Skills”. Olcek eylem ve duyarlilik olmak uzere 36 madde iceren iki bilesenden olusmaktadir. Arastirmaya Gaziantep Ili, Şahinbey Ilcesi'nde gorev yapan 404 ogretmen katilmistir. Oncelikle dilsel esdegerligi saglamak icin olcek once Turkce’ye daha sonra tekrar Ingilizce’ye cevrilmistir. OOPO’nin gecerliligi icin Dogrulayici Faktor Analizi (DFA), alt boyutlar arasi korelasyon ve madde analizi incelenmistir. Olcegin alt boyutlari arasindaki korelasyon 0.85 olarak bulunmustur. The researchers attempted to report the preliminary findings of student perceptions and experiences from test lectures given during an EU-funded project which utilised new approaches (i.e. a digital interactive tool and an e-learning platform) in architectural history education. The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of principals’ instructional leadership on the teachers' perceptions of their self-efficacy. Mixed method, in which quantitative and qualitative techniques are employed together, was used in order to analyse the data obtained. The sample for quantitative analysis included 435 teachers working in schools in Şahinbey Province and study group for qualitative analysis included 24 teachers working in these schools. For the quantitative data, regression and correlation analysis were done; for the quantitative data, descriptive and content analysis were done. Data were obtained using Instructional Leadership Behaviours Scale (Hallinger, 2011) and Teachers' Self-Efficacy Perception Scale (Tschannen-Moran ve Woolfolk Hoy, 2001). The purpose of the present study was to unearth the importance of school administrators’ knowledge about thepreschool curriculum in terms of displaying instructional leadership behaviors in the kindergartens and primary schools with preschool classes. The study group in the research consisted of 20 preschool teachers and 10 preschool administrators working in the schools tied to the Ministry of National Education in Kilis province, chosen via the purposeful sampling technique. Interviews were conducted with the participants to collect the data. The data were then content-analyzed. The results revealed that primary school administrators did not have adequate knowledge about the preschool curriculum and could not display instructional leadership behaviors; however, preschool administrators had, comparatively, adequate knowledge about the curriculum and were more successful in terms of displaying instructional leadership behaviors. The aim of this study is to develop a scale for the determination technical leadership skills of vocational and technical high school administrators. S6K2, the newer member of S6 Kinase family, is a crucial modulator of Akt/mTOR signaling pathway and is a member of AGC kinase family that regulates cellular growth and survival. S6K1 and S6K2 share high sequence similarity; therefore, S6K2 had been underestimated. However, recent studies displayed distinct functions of S6K2. Activated by both Akt/mTOR and Ras/Raf/Mek/Erk signaling pathways, S6K2 regulates cancer cell survival via different routes. Complexation with antiapoptotic proteins BRAF and PKCε avoids non-small-cell lung cancer cells  from apoptosis upon FGF-2 stimulation. Indirect upregulation of the translation of antiapoptotic proteins Bcl-XL and XIAP in HEK293T cells and interference with TNF-induced apoptosis in MCF-7 cells are other routes of cancer cell survival. The aforementioned studies on S6K2 necessitate the development of therapies targeting only on S6K2. Studies targeting S6K2 may help to build important roads for cancer therapy.

Bu öğrencilerin özellikle dili konuşma ve anlama becerilerinde sorun yaşamaları bu soruna yönelik çözümleri önemli kılmaktadır. Akran öğretimi yönteminin de bu açıdan önemli çözüm seçeneği oluşturabileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yabancı uyruklu (Suriyeli) öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenimi sürecinde akran öğretiminin etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırmada, yarı deneysel araştırma türlerinden biri olan ön test/son test eşitlenmemiş kontrol gruplu model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Gaziantep'in Nizip ilçesinde yer alan bir ilkokuldaki 92 yabancı uyruklu (Suriyeli) öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Bu öğrencilerden 50'si deney grubunda, 42'si ise kontrol grubunda yer almaktadır. Deney grubunda bulunan öğrenciler, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan ve 5 hafta süren akran öğretimi uygulamasına tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analizi sürecinde, deney ve kontrol grupları arasında karşılaştırma yapmak için t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenme sürecinde akran öğretiminin olumlu etkisi olduğunu gösteren bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları ve sonuçları dikkate alınarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study was to determine the opinions of teachers about the supervisory practices of school principals and the approaches they adopt based on the supervision of teaching practice, professional development and evaluation. It is a mixed method study. It was preferred to include samples from different geographical regions and provinces of Turkey in order to increase the level of representativeness of the sample. Accordingly, the research data were collected from the teachers working at public kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in the provinces of Bursa, Gaziantep, Izmir, Antalya, Samsun, Batman and Eskisehir during the spring semester of 2016-2017 academic year. For the qualitative data, the study group consisted of 28 teachers specified through the maximum diversity sampling method. According to the research results, the opinions of the teachers about the supervisory practices differed in three sub-headings and the qualitative findings supported the quantitative ones. In addition, it was concluded that the principals adopted the bureaucratic approach in the supervisory process based on the means of the responses to the questionnaire.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin yirmi birinci yüzyıl liderlik becerileri ile ilgili algılarını metaforlar yoluyla belirlemektir. Çalışmanın katılımcılarını ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 180 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla katılımcılardan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla “Okul müdürümüzün eğitimsel liderlik becerisi..........benzer, çünkü……….”ifadesini tamamlamaları istenmiştir. Veri analizinde, içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre en çok kullanılan metafor “anne” metaforu iken, en az kullanılan metaforlardan bazıları; “el feneri, yıldız, güneş, baraj kapağı, işaret fişeği, asansör, elektrik süpürgesi, yelpaze, balık, hemşire, vb.’dir.”Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin kullandığı metaforlar ve nedenleri okul müdürlerinin öğretmenlere, öğretimsel uygulamalarda, karmaşık problemleri çözmede, iletişimde ve kendi ve başkalarını geliştirmede liderlik ettikleri algısında olduklarını göstermektedir.

ÖZET Toplumların gelişmişlik düzeylerinin en önemli göstergesi mesleki ve teknik eğitime verdikleri önemle oldukça yakından ilişkilidir. Hızla artan küreleşme, beraberinde gelen bilgi patlaması ve hızlı sanayileşme mesleki ve teknik eğitimden beklenen verim düşüklüğünün yanı sıra ara insan gücüne olan talebi arttırmıştır. Ancak toplumların ihtiyacı olan mesleki bilgi ve becerilerle donatılmış insan gücünün yetiştirilmesi ile ilgili yeni sorun alanlarının oluşmasına da sebep olmuştur. Mesleki ve teknik eğitime yönelik son yıllarda yapılan proje temelli uygulamalar ve geliştirilen politikalar bu alanda önemli gelişimler sağlamış olmasına rağmen, birçok sorunsalı içerisinde barındıran alanın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamamıştır. Özellikle bizim toplumumuzda mesleki ve teknik eğitimin geçmişten günümüze hak ettiği değeri görememesinden dolayı nitelikli insan gücü talebini karşılama noktasında sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Mesleki ve teknik eğitimin hak ettiği değeri görebilmesi, sanayi ve hizmet sektörünün talep ettiği ara insan gücünün karşılanabilmesi için bu eğitim kurumlarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin mesleki ve teknik eğitime bakış açıları oldukça önemlidir. Çünkü her tutum davranışı etkilemektedir. Bu sebeple bu araştırmanın amacı, meslek yüksekokullarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin mesleki eğitime bakış açılarının belirlenmesidir. Araştırma nicel bir araştırma olup, betimsel yöntemlerden tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Gaziantep Üniversitesine bağlı Teknik Bilimler ve Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri Kalkan (2014) tarafından geliştirilen "Mesleki Eğitime Yönelik Tutum" ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler yapılarak, bağımsız değişkenlere (cinsiyet, okul türü, sınıf) ilişkin istatistiklerde t-testi, tek yönlü Anova ve Scheffe testi analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin mesleki eğitim tutumları ile bazı bağımsız değişkenler arasında anlamlı farklılıklar oluşmaktadır.
