هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت تجاری سازی تکنولوژی حاصل از تحقیقات
دانشگاهی و ارتباط بین این عوامل می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را، اساتید دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی
علی آباد کتول، که به نحوی با صنعت در ارتباط بوده و آشنایی نسبی با این بخش را داشتهاند، تشکیل
دادهاند. داده ها از طریق یک پرسشنامه با عناصر برآمده از ادبیات و شامل ۰۵ پرسش در طیف ۰ تایی
لیکرت با پایایی و روایی تایید شده )در موردپایایی، آلفای کرونباخ بزرگتر از ۰۵ ./ همچنین روایی از نوع
محتوایی و با استفاده از نظر اساتید و خبرگان( جمع آوری گردیدند. همچنین داده های مربوط به موفقیت
تجاری سازی تکنولوژی، از طریق مستندات موجود در دانشگاه مورد مطالعه جمع آوری شدند. به کمک
نرمافزارهای آماری اس.پی.اس.اس، لیزرل و پی.ا.لاس.پی.امیافته ها نشان داد کلیه عوامل هم به صورت
مستقیم و هم غیرمستقیم بر تجاری سازی تکنولوژی در دانشگاه آزاد علی آباد کتول تاثیرگذارند. عوامل
مربوط به شرایط محیطی بیشترین تاثیر را بر موفقیت تجاری سازی تکنولوژی دانشگاه مورد مطالعه
داشته و پس از آن به ترتیب عوامل مربوط به صنعت، روش های انتقال تکنولوی و دانشگاه بر موفقیت
تجاری سازی تاثیر گذارند. در پایان نیز با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این مقاله پیشنهادات کاربردی ارائه شده
است

Prioritization and Ranking Problems Exporting Iranian Saffron

Abstract:
The main objective of this study is to prioritize and rank problems exporting Iranian saffron. Based on a comprehensive review of the literature on issues related to data and information collected from questionnaires, with 816% reliability is used. In this study, the sample of managers and sales and marketing company is exporting Iranian saffron is the sample size of 231 subjects. The results of this study are positive and significant relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables of export performance of export barriers exist.

Günümüzde iyi hizmet almak, hoş vakit geçirmek ve güzel duygularla işletmeden ayrılmak hem müşteriler hem de işletmeleri açısından önem arz etmektedir. Müşteriler hoş kokulara maruz bırakıldıklarında ziyaret zamanları %26 artarken reyonları da 3 kat daha uzun süre ziyaret ettikleri gözlemlenmiştir (Lindstrom, 2012). Kokuların İnsanlar üzerindeki etkisini kullanarak, müşterilerin daha çok alış veriş yapmasını, servisten faydalanmasını ve memnun olmasının sağlanmasıdır .Günümüzdekı araştırmalarda görsel hafıza 4 aylık bir süreçten sonra %40 etkili olabilirken, koku hafızası 1 yıl sonra bile %60 daha etkilidir(Cheng et al, 2011: Lakoff, 2008).  Bu araştırmada kokunun pazrlamada gızlı gücü ve pazarlamnın yenı stratejisi »kokusal pazarlama« kavramını  konusunu yapılıp. Özel kokular müşterinin karar mekanizmasını, ürün alma konusunda iyi yönde etkileyerek satışların artmasını doğrudan etki etmektedir.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the success of technology commercialization of university research and the relationship between these factors.
  The research of the faculty of Islamic Azad University, Iran, which has been associated in some way with the industry and become comfortable with this section. Data derived from the literature and through a questionnaire of 25 questions is designed in a range of 5 animals. The data relating to successful commercialization of technology through existing documentation of the university were collected. Using the statistical software SPSS, LISREL and P.l.s.p. Been done. Results showed that all factors, both directly and indirectly affect the commercialization of technology in universities.

In-service training is the systematic and continuous improvement of employees in terms of knowledge, skills and behaviors that contribute to welfare organizations serving area. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of training for staff to improve the quality has been done. The sample units were the managers, who were chosen by simple random sampling. Survey methods applied and the method of the survey. Data collection instruments with Likert-style response has been closed. After collecting data in order to analyze the data from the non-parametric chi-square test (chi-square) were used. The findings indicate that in-service training of administrators and staff skill has the most impact on performance. This leads to evaluate the effectiveness of in-service training of staff in promoting the improvement of quality of service staff is Shahrood University.

In the past two decades, researchers believe that the ease of use and usefulness of the two types of information systems are the major determinant of adoption. However, the conviction can not fully explain the behavior of the users of Internet banking, including emerging media. In this study, other factors influencing the adoption of Internet banking trust as presented. Based on a comprehensive review of the subject in order to collect relevant data and information on the reliability of the questionnaire was 93%. The study population consisted of all customer service e-banking subsidiaries of Bank of New Economy and the sample is a simple random sample of 400. To analyze and evaluate the conceptual model for software LISREL structural equation model was used. The results are positive and significant relationship between the dependent and independent variables, perceived usefulness and intention, attitude, customer confidence, ease of use by customers of new electronic banking services there.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee productivity is insured Asia East Azerbaijan Province. Methods of data collection and field data gathering tool, two standard questionnaires Goleman and his productivity is made. The results of the analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and employee productivity are correlated Asia Insurance East Azerbaijan Province. Multiple regression analysis revealed that among the components of emotional intelligence, social awareness and relationship management effect on employee productivity are Asia Insurance in East Azarbaijan Province.

The main objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of knowledge management on creativity and quality infrastructure performance company IDEM. Accordingly, while a comprehensive review of literature on issues related to data collected by questionnaire, reliability 6/81 were used. The population in this study consisted of all employees and company experts will be IDEM a sample size of 167 patients because of the limited number of samples was selected for all statistical population. For the purposes of analysis and conceptual model of the changing relations through an analysis of structural equations with Lisrel checked, assumptions have been made. This paper deals with the use of strategic marketing planning for developing and sustaining competitive advantages in virtual retailing. It develops and presents a useful practical guide for the development of marketing plans by virtual retailers. The paper first examines the role of strategic marketing planning within an electronic commerce context. The notion of value creation in electronic marketing, the strategies for competitive advantage and positioning in retailing are analytically presented, and the concept of the virtual retailing mix is then developed. The paper concludes with the step-by-step presentation of the stages of the marketing plan for a virtual retailer. The implementation of the marketing planning process, and the development and execution of marketing plans, can help virtual retailers to sustain their competitive advantages

Information and communication technology (ICT) developments are permeating every aspect of tourism marketing. This paper proposes a methodological framework, which will enable tourism businesses to develop and implement their electronic marketing and commerce activities.
The paper initially reviews the e-business models literature. In the second section ICT implications in marketing and tourism are discussed. Then it presents the e-tourism business models and subsequently proposes a framework contributing to the planning and implementation of e-commerce initiatives. This methodological framework might also be used to analyse electronic applications in tourism.
It is suggested that a comprehensive strategic approach could allow travel and tourism businesses to overcome the challenges and exploit the opportunities presented by ICT.

پیچیدگی مسائل بازاریابی، تفاوت‌های چشمگیر بین کشورها و آشنایی اندک تصمیم گیرندگان با اوضاع کشور خارجی ایجاب می‌کند تصمیمات سنجیده باشد. از طرفی تصميم گيري مبتني بر انتخاب توسط انسان، با توجه به اينكه محدود به معيارهاي ذهني و ساختار نيافته مي باشد، در دوره پرطلاطم تجارت، چندان گرايش مناسبي نخواهد بود. هدف تحقيق حاضر، ارائه مدل تصمیم گیری هوشمند و سیستماتیک استراتژي بازاريابي  برای بنگاه‌های صادرکننده، مبتني بر فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) و مدل برنامه ريزي صفر و يك است. در تهیه معیارهای سنجش از طریق تحقیقات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی با استفاده از پرسش نامه و همچنین مصاحبه‌های متمرکز گروهی  و فردی با 157 نفر از مديران ارشد، مديران بازاريابي و فروش از27بنگاه صادرکننده استان آذربایجان شرقی در دوره زمانی 90-1389صورت گرفته شده است. نتیجه این تحقیق مدل هوشمند و سیستماتیک تصمیم گیری استراتژی بازاریابی برای بنگاه های صادرکننده می باشد.

امروزه ایجاد تصویر ذهنی  یک ابزار ضروری برای جذب و حفظ مشتریان است. بنابراین ایجاد رضایت و ایجاد تصویر ذهنی فرآیندهای مرتبط هستند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه و تاثير تصویر ذهنی از شبکه بانک با فرآیند کیفیت خدمات – رضایتمندی - وفاداری مشتریان براي ايجاد وفاداري مشتريان بانک کارآفرین استان های مازندران و گلستان می باشد.
جامعه مورد مطالعاتي شامل مشتريان پنج شعبه بانك كارآفرين در استان هاي مازندان و گلستان مي باشد. در تهیه داده ها از طریق تحقيقات میدانی با استفاده از پرسش نامه بين  384 نفر بصورت تصادفي ساده در دوره زمانی 1389-90 صورت گرفته شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل و بررسي مدل مفهومي تحقيق از مدل معادلات ساختاري  با نرم افزارهاي مخصوص ليزرل و پي.ال.اس.پي.ام  استفاده شده است.
نتايج حاصله از تحلیل مفروضات تحقيق، نشان داد ارتباط بین تصاویر ذهنی مشتریان از شبکه بانک کارآفرین استان های مازندران و گلستان با مولفه های فرایند کیفیت – رضایتمندی - وفاداری مشتریان معنادار  است.

The most important point that should be paid attention to raise funds for a thorough understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the target country have. Therefore the main objective of the present study opportunities and challenges for foreign investment in Iran (case study of East Azarbaijan province). Accordingly , while a comprehensive review of literature on issues related to data collected by questionnaire , reliability has been 816 % . The population of this study, all managers , experts in East Azerbaijan province is investing companies . Sample according to the method of estimation is the sample volume was 205 . According to the conceptual model and the statistical tests used, which is calculated by the software and run 16 SPSS . The results of this study are positive and significant relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable attract foreign investment and economic, political , and there are rules and regulations . Friedman test results also showed that political factors have the greatest impact on attracting foreign investment .
