Easily adjustable under high and low temperature because of the nature of product with special steel and complete work condition is guaranteed under maximum combustion.
The burner is semi-permanent with even distribute on of heat.
Maximum economization of energy, because the width is adjusted to that of cloth without consumption of gas. The fuel used is LPG, LNG.
Any kind of cloth will be dealt with speed up to 130m per minute.
High Speed
When emergency suspension of operation occurs, the remaining gas will be blown out in 2 seconds with fire being extinguished without damage on cloth.
Any kind of cloth is applicable to high speed operation cotton, artificial fiber, synthetic fiber, natural fiber, wool, etc.
Based on the kinds of cloth, strong and weak singe is available by easily adjusting the strength of flame.
Maximum Singeing
Maximum singeing is guaranteed with singeing ability twice each time with the 2set burner.
Regulate the burner angles, singeing cloth on the cylinder roller is available without damage on cloth, only by burning the hair.
Based on the width of cloth, the size of flame can be adjusted, preventing energy waste thus designed to minimize production cost.
Exhaustion is done with sealed high-pressure fan, allowing work in a cozy atmosphere. The open bottle make it easy to clean and repair.
