3D Geological model for tertiary reservoir in khabaz oil field had been constructed byusing petrel software. Seven wells have been selected in this study in order to designPetrophysical properties (porosity, water saturation, and permeability). Structural modelcan be clarified tertiary reservoir in term of geological structures is a symmetrical smallanticline fold with four faults. Tertiary reservoir consist of six units are (Jeribe, UnitA,UnitA', UnitB, UnitBE, and UnitE). According to Petrophysical properties, layering hadbeen constructed for each tertiary units. Petrophysical model has been designed using thesequential Gaussian simulation algorithm as a geostatistical method. The results illustratesthat Unit B and Unit BE have the best petrophysical properties and the big amount of oil.

Pengaruh metode perendaman dan refluks menggunakan asam klorida untuk meningkatkan kadar silika abu vulkanik gunung Sinabung telah dilakukan. Dalam perlakuannya abu vulkanik yang telah dipreparasi dengan ukuran 100 mesh diuji kadar awalnya dengan instrumen XRF. Selanjutnya abu ditambah dengan HCl 12 M dan dipanaskan pada suhu 100 o C selama 2 jam dengan perbandingan abu dan HCl yaitu 1:10 (w/v) menggunakan kedua metode tersebut. Setelah itu didestruksi dengan NaOH 4 M dan filtrat yang dihasilkan ditetesi dengan HCl 3 M sampai terbentuk gel dan kemudian diuji. Karakteristik dan analisa produk silika gel diuji dengan FTIR, XRD dan SEM-EDS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan FTIR menunjukkan adanya gugus Si-O dari Si-O-Si dari kedua silika yang berhasil dibuat. Karakterisasi menggunakan XRD menunjukkan bahwa silika yang dihasilkan berbentuk amorf. This study aims to utilize used cooking oil as a source of glycerol used in the synthesis of glycerol ester surfactants, as well as to compare the quality of glycerol ester surfactants produced by the use of commercial glycerol. The common means of managing obesity is through functional food, such as brown rice, which has high fiber and antioxidant content. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding brown rice to feed on carcass composition and NOx levels in obese rats. This was an experimental study involving male Sprague Dawley rats placed in 5 groups, in which 4 were allowed to turn to obese rats with the remaining one group as control. These 4 groups were allowed to later feed on high-fat high-fructose (HFHF) diet while the control fed on the normal AIN-93 diet, followed by 8 weeks of HFHF intervention and brown rice in feed with 3 different doses; 12.43%; 24.86%; and 37.29%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun pegagan terhadap konsentrasi testosteron pada tikus putih jantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola one way analysis of varian (ANOVA). Tikus yang digunakan adalah tikus jantan berumur 3-3,5 bulan dengan berat badan 150-250 g sebanyak 12 ekor. Tikus-tikus tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi empat kelompok perlakuan dengan masing-masing tiga ulangan. Kelompok pertama yang merupakan kelompok kontrol (K0) diberikan pakan komersil (T794P, Pokphand), kelompok K1, K2, dan K3 diberi pakan dan ekstrak daun pegagan dengan dosis bertingkat yaitu 125, 250, dan 500 mg/kg bobot badan selama 30 hari. Pada akhir perlakuan, diambil darah tikus sebanyak 1-2 ml pada vena orbitalis lalu disentrifus sehingga diperoleh plasma darah.
