Resumen Luego de este análisis comparativo de los modos de constitución del sujeto en la filosofía de Levinas y el psicoanálisis de Lacan, en el presente trabajo se demuestran las siguientes tesis: a) por un lado, a pesar de la cercanía temática entre ambos pen-sadores, las teorías del sujeto que subtienden sus proyectos de pensamiento van en direcciones divergentes; b) por otro lado, a pesar de la divergencia, ambos autores convergen en proponer una constitución del sujeto que no es constituyente, y que requiere del Otro para alcanzar su estatuto. Abstract Between Lacan and Levinas: the subject After this comparative analysis of the ways of constitution of the subject in Levinas's philosophy and Lacan's psychoanalysis, in the present work the following theses are demonstrated: a) in spite of the thematic nearness between both thinkers, the theories of the subject on their projects of thought goes in divergent directions; b) on the other hand, in spite of the difference, both authors converge in proposing a constitution of the subject that is not constituent, and that needs of Other one to reach their statute.
