    The pandemic of Covid 19 has bring huge global impacts for almost all industries including oil and gas. Lockdowns from countries around the world is decreasing energy demand and create oversupply of oil and gas products. The oversupply condition has forced oil and gas companies to either slow down or even stop their production which has impacted both the production in both upstream and downstream operation. The objective of this paper is to share a prediction of new normal post Covid 19 for oil and gas industry in Indonesia.  The price crash of oil and gas products during the global pandemic also push oil and gas companies to change their line of business from traditional hydrocarbon-based company into integrated energy company. The government from countries around the world including Indonesia is attentively focused on managing the COVID-19 pandemic and reducing its impact thus temporarily leave behind the subject of energy transition. Nonetheless, the climate and environment debate is unlikely to go away. Innovations that have lowered wind, solar and battery costs will continue and decarbonization will remain a necessity for the industry. The research methodology in this paper using literatur review and the sector that being analyze such as power generation, industry, transport and building sector. As result of study, it is predicted that energy transitions and decarbonization can even be accelerated by the current crisis

    The oil and gas business is one of the industries that supports the Indonesian economy. The business chain involves many industries from upstream to downstream, including other derivative industries that are very diverse. The oil and gas business chain starts from the upstream side, the transportation/midstream industry, the downstream industry, to the derivative industries. The objective of this paper is to define the strategy how to accelerate oil and gas E&P business life cycle. In 2017, the entire Indonesian oil and gas industry, including the supporting industries, contributed 62.67% of Indonesia's GDP. So it is important for the government to manage the sector appropriately to take advantage of it as a driving force for the Indonesian economy and strategically take advantage of this momentum to prepare for Indonesia's future development growth. Before advance into strategic stimulation, it needs to be understood that there are several driving forces that can stimulate the growth of the oil and gas business in Indonesia. Some of these driving forces are the supply of fossil energy, market demand for fossil energy, upstream fossil energy prices, end-user fossil energy prices, global fossil energy prices, transport infrastructure and fossil energy processing availability, government regulations, availability of renewable energy, non-fossil energy prices, environmental regulations, technological developments, business competition in the energy supply sector, geopolitical, as well as Indonesia's economic growth in general

    This study aimed to determine the antioxidant and anticancer activity of methanol extract of Alikokop leaves (Dischidia nythesiana). The extraction method used is maceration extraction using methanol solvent. The antioxidant activity test was carried out using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical deterrent method and the anticancer activity assay was carried out using the MTT (Microculture Tetrazolium) method using P-388 cancer cells. From this study, the antioxidant test results showed that the methanol extract of Alikokop leaves had antioxidant activity with moderate concentration, with IC50 of 67.136 μg / mL, and the results of anticancer tests showed that methanol extract of Alikokop leaves had anticancer activity on leukemia cells P388 with concentration inhibition values medium, with IC50 of 24.88 μg / mL. The methanol extract of Alikokop leaves has the potential as an antioxidant and anticancer leukemia.

Population control of P. volitans consumes a considerable cost so that the utilization of these fish needs to be sought to be useful along with controlling the population. This fish is known to contain the enzyme Phospholipase A2 (PLA2), which used as an antibiotic against some bacteria. This study will examine the antibacterial activity of the phospholipase A2 enzyme extracted from P. volitans venom to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Staphylococcus aureus. The method used to isolate the enzyme PLA2 is by using precipitation of ammonium sulfate (AS) and precipitation with ethanol.     Pterois volitans, or commonly referred to lionfish, are fish species originating from Indo-Pacific waters but are becoming invasive in other regions such as the Caribbean and Atlantis. Various efforts have been made to reduce the number of lionfish, and one of them is by utilizing the venom on the spine. The venom extraction of P. volitans spines is done mechanically using sonication and centrifugation, and then protein isolation is carried out using salt. Coagulant activity from extract (crude venom) and lionfish venom protein isolate was done by counting PT (prothrombin time) and aPTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) which resulted that the crude venom and protein isolate of lionfish venom can accelerate blood clot (procoagulant) respectively up to 8.5 seconds and 6 seconds.     Aim: This study aimed to investigate the antiviral activity of Pterois volitans phospholipase A2 (PV-PLA2) from Indonesia to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Materials and Methods: Fresh venomous fin parts of wild PV specimens were collected from Java Sea waters. Then, it washed using phosphate buffer pH 7.0 and immersed in phosphate buffer pH 7.0 0.01 m containing CaCl2 0.001 m for 24 h. The immersed fin then allowed for extraction process by sonicating for 2×8 min with 80% pulse and 20 kHz output with temperature controlling to avoid denaturation. The crude venom (CV) extracted from the fin is allowed for purification by 80% ethanol (ET) precipitation and ammonium sulfate fractionation method.
