    The article examines the reflection of the national mentality in Kazakh paremies and the paremies common to Turkic languages. The national and cultural peculiarities of the Turkic peoples are determined through the paremia. The authors conduct a linguistic analysis of paroemias that are similar both in subject matter and in form. Compare and analyze their linguistic community, similarity. In the semantics of proverbs and sayings in Kazakh, Tatar, Turkish, Turkmen, Uzbek, Uighur, Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz languages, the main attention is paid to the image of national culture. It is analyzed that the commonality and linguistic identity of proverbs and sayings in the Turkic languages belong to a certain pattern, a historical source. They note that the Turkic paremias are semantically congruent, although there is no absolute coincidence.     The article deals with the analysis of peculiarities of language acquisition assessment system in Kazakhstan – KAZTEST. The author pays attention to the role of control as a way of assessment students’ skills, habits and knowledge. In addition, author determined the place and functions of tests as a form of control. The author explores the specificity of testing in the educational system of Kazakhstan. KAZTEST system is the Kazakhstani system based on international standards. The KAZTEST system plays an important role in social and political life of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its national peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages are determined in the present research. The background of KAZTEST formation and its role in society are under discussion in the framework of official language policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. However, besides Kazakhstan, the language policy problems are the inherent part of national policy in many multinational and multilingual countries.

    The present article deals with one of the main issues of text study and text analysis as creolized text, where the " visual information " is studied as the main tool to reach the goals in creating the text information in the modern world and reviews the background of the problem in linguistics and semiotics; notes the basic features of a creolized text. A creolized text is interpreted as the complex textual formation contained both verbal and visual elements in a whole information space and investigated in structural, semantic and functional aspects. Introduction New scientific paradigms of linguistics of the recent years led to expansion of the language phenomena, concerning text analysis with the transmission and reception of information in the modern world.     Proverbs and sayings are a cultural bridge that connects the past and the present of people, allowing us to learn about the way of history and life experience of a certain people. We can see that there are proverbs and sayings that are common among related peoples, but also have their own variants. In the present article, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle by Kazakh and Turkish proverbs and sayings related to health and illness ​​is comparatively considered in the cultural context. We can see that the past and the present are connected, no matter how distant the two related peoples are from each other due to historical reasons. This is the cumulative function of proverbs and saying continuing the past of the people from generation to generation.
