    Abstract
The immeasurable success of fluorinated corticosteroids in the 1950s and fluoroquinolones in the 1980s, positively geared up the perusal of fluorine-containing pharmaceuticals, attracting attention for more than half of a century, which came to be known as fluoro-pharmaceuticals, Presently, a huge chunk of the commercial pharmaceuticals are fluoro-pharmaceuticals.

Fluorinated heterocyclic organic compounds have proven of immense potential to the pharmaceutical sector and as a result scientists have been working on various methods of synthesis being made available. This work embodied here is about fluorinated coumarins, the class which widely occurs in nature and has already established its significant pharmacological properties. In view of the immense pharmacological importance of coumarins they have been extensively synthesized by various researchers. In this embodied work N-(2-fluoro) and N-(4-fluoro) phenyl malonamic acid have been condensed with salicylaldehyde, 3-nitro, 5-nitro, 3:5 dinitro, 5-chloro, 3:5 dichloro, 5-bromo, 3:5 dibromo, 3:5 diiodo,, 5-chloro-3-nito and 5-bromo-3-nito salicylaldehyde, and the coumarins and schiffs bases have been isolated and identified. The aldehydes were prepared in the laboratory using well known methods.

The antimicrobial properties of some derivatives were tested against various strains of bacteria and fungi which showed positive results with potential to be explored further. However, it is suggested that further investigative and subsequent studies are required for any concrete conclusive inference.

Polymers have been established as a material resource of paramount importance in innumerable applications pertaining to almost all branches of engineering and applied sciences. The interdisciplinary scientific nature of Polymer Science emerging from Chemistry, but now encompassing physics, mathematics, biochemistry, thermo dynamics, energetics and multi-faceted engineering applications has made it a field of unmitigated importance. In the field of civil engineering the researchers have been actively engaged to collaborate with polymer scientists to constantly innovate, design, redesign and improvise materials to be used in civil engineering for improved, augmented and unsurpassed utility, strength and durability. In the times to come the world will definitely witness a massive change in the building construction arena with polymeric materials which will supersede their precursors in totality. Some of the useful properties of various engineering polymers are high strength or modulus to weight ratios (light weight but comparatively stiff and strong), toughness, mechanical strength, resilience, resistance to corrosion, lack of conductivity (heat and electrical), color, transparency, processing, and cost effectiveness.Affirmed confidence in the strength, performance and properties have always been imperative while selecting materials for construction. Polymers have attracted the attention of researchers in the field of civil engineering since the past few decades, they are relatively new compared to traditional material types but the introduction of polymeric materials can assure certain aspects of strength, corrosion resistance, flexibility, cost effectiveness and many more attributes to building constructions. complex, viewpoints and perspectives are being exchanged by pharmacists and business giants on various aspects to denote the significance of generic drug usage across the globe. Exhaustive study and exchange of viewpoints are being conducted across the globe so that not a single perspective is left untouched. A generic drug is a pharmaceutical drug that has the same chemical substance as the drug that was originally developed, patented and innovated. Generic drugs are allowed for sale after the expiry of the patent of the original drugs. The most pertinent perspective regarding the usage of generic drugs is the quality view point, as any compromise on this aspect is directly linked with a fatal and cataclysmic outcome involving human life. Though cost often correlates to quality, but the FDA regulates this factor and a generic while far less costly has the same ingredient and quality. Drug distribution often plays a very critical role in the usage of pharmaceutical preparations. The disparity is majorly seen in under developed countries. In developed countries where the majority of the population is literate and covered under healthcare insurance schemes the savings by usage of generic drugs isn't a concern of the end user. Awareness of mandatory norms etc facilitates their choices. But in developing economies, with unavailability of medical insurance, where a wide majority of the population is illiterate, the dependence is largely on the dispensers. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made the prescription of generic drugs mandatory and the Medical Council of India (MCI) has already declared it an ethics code for doctors but the implementation of the same is still under process. In the management of diseases, the role of cost of therapy is a major concern. Massive shifting to generic drugs could prove to be a blessing in the management of chronic diseases. But then there is more to just one side of the coin. The issue is more complex than it seems to be. Certain facts have been reiterated for general awareness. Though the usage of generic drugs is proven to be a boon for the consumer with significantly lower cost of therapy, but multiple factors need to be under control till it is finally mass implemented worldwide. This might take a slightly longer time frame than anticipated but once done will indeed be a blessing for the ailing humanity.

Yet we are at such a juncture there is a huge gap in the skill sets offered by job contenders and that expected by employers. The result of which is the rise of professionally qualified yet unemployed youth. Extensive research and brainstorming on a massive scale is being carried out at all levels, both by the government and non-government organizations, to decide the requisite parameters, a well-defined paradigm and obviously means to precisely define the set of employability skills. What exactly are these employability skills and how they are to be developed and implemented is the most pertinent question? Can a curriculum be accurately designed for employability skills? In bits and pieces through the information is disseminated, nevertheless, the "what" and "how" of the concept is still far from the general comprehension of the majority of today's youth looking out to be employed. This paper discusses what these employability skills are, how they affect the employability status of today's youth. Especially from the point of view of engineers, it's important how best skills can be integrated with their academic regime, to improve the employability status. The imperative task lays ahead and questions are like how best to gear up the education system to meet the growing demand of the industry. We still have a long way to go, but one thing is certain a robust partnership between the industry and the universities,-the two crucial stakeholders, to chalk our strategies foreseeing the future only, can lead us to the destination we are all dreaming of!

Not only, selecting the best suited recruit as per organizational need, or retaining the talent acquired was imperative, but consistently developing them for their personal and organizational gains could result in extremely well-designed organizational outcomes and even better retention of the skilled human resource. The intense developmental activities carried out at the HRM platform is most commonly responsible for the emotional commitment and multidimensional involvement of the employee in bringing about the positive and consistent growth satisfying the organisational or academic institutional demand, to enable them to survive in the present competitive scenario. Let us not forget that academic institutions also are moving towards corporate like organizational management or else they will not be able to meet survival goals. The ones who are not proactive fail to withstand the storm of competition. To establish such a platform consistent research about, techniques of selection, compensation packages and afterwards retaining and developing the right talent is the toughest challenge faced by any organization. Here in this discussion as we will focus on talent acquisition in technological institutions, we can restrict our expanse and discuss within the limitations of academic technical institutions or the colleges producing engineers of various streams.

Organo-fluorine derivatives have occupied centre-stage of studies by chemists and pharmacologists for the pharmacological properties of various members of the group. Further to the discovery and widespread use of fluoroquinolones and their efficacy as antibacterial agents against numerous strains of resistant bacteria, these have been extensively synthesized and investigated for their antimicrobial properties. The widespread use of organo-fluorine derivatives has increased the demand for the development of practical and simple reagents and experimental strategies for the incorporation of fluorine into all types of molecular structures and this was the reasoning behind this study. The work embodied here represents the study of reaction of 2-fluoro and 4-fluoro aniline with diethyl malonate. The further synthesis of four derivatives namely, N-(2-fluoro)phenyl malonamic acid, N-(4-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid amide, N-(2-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid hydrazide and N-(4fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid hydrazide. These synthesized products were further tested invitro for their antimicrobial properties. The antifungal investigation was done against Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium citrinum, and Fusarium moniliforme. The bacteria chosen for the investigation for antibacterial activity were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Out of the four derivatives mentioned N-(2-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid and N-(4-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid amide were not found to possess any antimicrobial activity were as the hydrazides, that is N-(2-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid hydrazide and N-(4-fluoro)-phenyl malonamic acid hydrazide showed positive antimicrobial efficacy against all strains of bacteria and fungi under observation. However, it is suggested that further investigative and subsequent studies are required for any concrete conclusive inference.

The global environment is drastically changing, moving towards such a self-destructive phase that, only creating awareness for environmental transformation and waiting for the positive change to occur would not be sufficient in creating avenues for a better tomorrow, a safer earth, or an environment worthier for our progeny's survival. Somehow, somewhere certain bitter pills need to be swallowed, major mandatory societal changes in the lifestyle, changes in industrialization, policies must be promoted which could eventually culminate to a ray of hope, for a better environment. At all times we might not be conscientiously destroying it but our mere existence, growth, industrialization, has certain negative effect on the environment. When we say environment, it means everything around usour air, our water, the land, our natural resources and even the animals. What we do, influences them. For instance, when we talk about fighting fatal disorders, our researchers and scientists, with great accumulative intellect put together could finally reach at a cure for certain life-threatening diseases, which have obviously been accredited as major beneficial inventions in favor of mankind. But on the other hand, reducing the mortality rates by achieving medical empowerment and winning over certain diseases, has given a population boom which would lead to the requirement of more land, more water, resources and then a viscous cycle of environmental change initiates. The green chemistry principles were the paradigm, for an environmental transformation to depreciate the negative impact on the environment. They somehow act as guidelines for various enterprise, movement, and action. This facilitates the protection of certain faces of the environment. To an extent they have enforced certain transformations to negate the adverse influence on the environment. This paper discusses certain human actions leading to probable detrimental influence on the environment. Certain mitigatory practice for the management of systems for maintaining our biodiversity and all key factors of the environment are also discussed.

Bioprinting of Human organs as close replicas of the original are a result of interdisciplinary innovative research integrating Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Biomedical sciences. The process of 3D and 4D manufacturing techniques have been devised over a period of time to manufacture products pertaining to multiple fields. This paper specifically discusses how this miraculous technology is evolving and is continuously changing lives. Various materials called bio-inks are used in this technology which involves a layer by layer addition of biomaterials with the help of robotic computer-aided technology resulting in biofabrication of functional 3D organ constructs. Biocompatible polymers are used as bio inks for the process. The lifestyle changes in mankind have led to various disorders increasing mortality and morbidity rates. In this complex chain of organ demand and supply where demand far exceeds supply, it is imperative to create a thrust on newer and advanced organ manufacturing technologies. This can be done by creating interest and impetus in this area of research by the world research organizations of importance. The high organ failure mortality rates across the globe have created an extreme shortage of donors. As discussed in this paper this emerging technology of organ bioprinting holds a great promise to mankind. The interdisciplinary nature of the subject needs focused deliberations of researchers from various disciplines of both medicine and technology to create a strong nexus resulting in even more incredible outcomes. This technology surely holds promise of better life for the future generations.

The job scenario has been changing drastically all across the globe, with competition getting intensely fierce across almost all the professional segments, educational strategists are devising newer educational policies and innovative techniques to bolster the system. The academic sector is in a total state of flux, and changes are being suggested for positive job readiness of students. This emphasis on assorted skill development has inevitably changed in Higher Education, with the intent of reinforcing students' employability outcomes, as they have to match with the expectations of the industry. The stipulated settings for most organizations presently is globally interconnected, extremely competitive, fast changing and can be anticipated to remain so for a couple of decades to come. The challenges thrown up by this dynamic setting in organizational management are multiple and far too complex than they actually appear to the analyzer who is mostly the top management. In the present paper we are discussing about the competencies of engineers so to be precise an engineering fresh jobseeker stands absolutely confused while he/she is just at the verge of stepping out of the campus. Today as the competition is fierce for engineers in the age of Artificial Intelligence and Automation man and machines are somewhat at the same competitive level, each trying to supersede the other. It is high time we share a thought on certain abstract skills which has been discussed here. These abstract skills are the lesser talked about and hence are at times neglected. Positive communication, active listening skills, willingness to work hard, stably working under pressure, dependability, positive self starter approach towards work are some of the many skills related to the emotional intelligence quotient or EQ of an individual which at most of the times decides the professional success of an individual. The discussion is quite complex and arriving at a concrete conclusion for theories and principles to be implemented will be inaccurate. Hence more research and studies in this context is suggested.

The teaching and learning ecosystem is undergoing a massive transformation, hence it is increasingly becoming challenging for the faculty to effectively interact and teach students. With rapid changes, evolution, and augmentation in technology, the undergraduate courses are predominantly diversified with emphasis on specialization. As a matter of fact, the prominence of technology as a part of human education cannot be denied. From the ancient days when technology was just going through its teething phase, till today, when most students are equipped with several portable technological devices at any given time, technology continues to drive educational competence to newer intellectual levels. The methods for all domains of education are also altering, newer ones are introduced while older ones being obsolete. This paper reviews the various aspects of training needs for faculty engaged in technical education. It concludes that today's scenario demands technical faculties, with leadership qualities, enhanced soft-skills, able to face work pressures and new challenges, all this along with their domain knowledge as well as interdisciplinary exposure. This necessitates strategic initiatives for implementing faculty training and will surely enable us to witness a superior standard in technical education in the immediate future.

Next comes the rational approach of molecular properties, receptor based modeling, details of symptoms, pathogenesis of disease, a complex approach which often appears as a multi-dimensional puzzle .In view of the issues mentioned, the key to tackling the challenges such issues pose to both the future viability of the pharmaceutical industry and advances in healthcare is to substantially increase the number and quality of innovative, costeffective new medicines, without incurring unsustainable R&D costs. Drug delivery is the process of administration of the drug into the biological system of the patient, for achieving the desired therapeutic effect. Hence to summarize it all the drug delivery system is extremely important to estimate the efficacy of a drug. Pharmaceutical companies must now focus on this opportunity of introducing NDDS as a means of extending the life cycle of their noteworthy discoveries and survive with flying colors in this struggle for the survival of the fittest, and for providing additional revenue generation. To provide an impetus to the critically falling status of the sustainability of the pharmaceutical industry, this shift in focus could prove to be of paramount importance.
