This research aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Reputation, and Financial Performance on Firm Value. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the non-probability sampling method. The research sample comprised 18 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. This research uses secondary data. The data analysis method used Path Analysis with SPSS software. The study's results to examine the direct effect show that CSR has a significant positive impact on corporate reputation. CSR, corporate reputation, and financial performance have a significant positive impact on firm value. CSR has no significant effect on financial performance. Sustainable firm value is the central concept for corporations, including the banking industry. This study examines the effect of profitability and bank size on firm value through capital structure. This study surveyed six banks registered in BUKU 4-member commercial banks operating in Indonesia that have been listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and implemented digital banking practices from 2007 to 2019. The six banks are Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Central Asia, Bank CIMB Niaga, and Bank Panin. Data collection is carried out by tracing the banks’ reports from the Bloomberg system terminal. Data analysis used a two-stage least squares technique. At the same time research results in several countries provide diverse empirical evidence. This study analyzes the impact of corporate governance (CG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value (FV) through the cost of capital (CoC) in public companies of Indonesia. The research sample includes 27 companies that publish sustainability reports and corporate governance reports, with an observation period from 2010 till 2016. This study presents the analysis of three firm value proxies (Tobin’s q (TQ), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV)). The “objective of this study is to investigate the effect of profitability on firm value with intellectual capital as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population are manufacturing companies that have published Corporate Governance Reports until 2018. However, some companies do not publish regularly during the observation period from 2012 to 2018. This study uses population requirements, companies do not issue Corporate Governance Reports for a maximum of 1 year. In order to obtain a population of 14 companies, all of which were used as research samples (saturated samples) with 98 observations. The analysis method used path analysis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dalam Indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dan data harga pasar saham yang diperoleh dari BEI. This research aims to empirically test and explain the effect of service quality and relationship marketing towards customer loyalty through the fairness (profit share) and customer satisfaction at Sharia General Bank in Makassar, Indonesia. Data analysis method which use is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the use of AMOS programme. This approach analysis is quantitative. Service quality affected significantly upon fairness in profit share system and customer satisfaction while relationship marketing affected in customer satisfaction only. This research only take sharia bank customer as the sample and confine the experiment subject in Makassar only. The increase in customer service for those aspectis hoped to build the customer strength to the sharia bank market share. The application of allegiance in sharia banking system would append customer satisfaction value among services offered by the bank and increase the loyalty and product sales of the bank entirely.

Objective - The objective of the study is to empirically investigate the relationship between macroeconomic variables as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, foreign exchange reserves, current accounts and export-import towards the stock price index. Methodology/Technique - The data used is monthly data for macroeconomic and the stock price index of five ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines from 2006 to 2015. The analysis uses a regression estimation of panel data and a series of chow tests i.e. the Hausman test and the LM test as the selection process, with the aim of determining the macroeconomic variables that could significantly affect the stock price index of five ASEAN countries. Findings - The result show that of the seven macroeconomic variables affecting the stock price index, only four macroeconomic variables showed a significant effect. These are GDP, interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation. Meanwhile, three other variables (foreign exchange reserves, current accounts and export-import) did not show a significant effect. Novelty - The study looked at the effect of deregulation on stock markets, focusing on variables that significantly influence the stock price index. this study aims to examine and analyze the influence of fundamental variables consisting of profitability, firm size, firm growth, and asset structure and macroeconomic variables consisting of interest rate, inflation and the exchangerate on the capital structure and corporate value. The Study population was 26 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2008-2013. The data collection were using census and the data analysis methods used path analysis. the result showed that profitability and growth of the company have the negative effect on the capital structure,However, the influance of interest rate, inflation and exchange rate showed not significantly. In relation with the company's value, profitability and firm size has positive effect while the structure of assets, exchange rate and capital structure negatively effect the value of the company. the interest rate and inflation proved to have no effect on firm's value.
