Cryptography is a security tool used to hide a message. For that we need a security by means of encryption and decryption of data using cryptographic algorithms Rivest Code 2 (RC2). In the cryptographic algorithms Rivest Code 2 (RC2), designed in java programming netbeans which include the ability to operate directly for RC2 algorithm implemented by mode. Specifications architectures and languages into a specified algorithm implementation does not yet support 64-bit operating efficiently. Therefor, instead of using two 64-bit registers as in RC2, RC2 uses four 32-bit registers. Because it uses four registers there will be two rotation operation on each half-round there, and it will also be a lot of bits that will be used to affect the number of bits that are rotated. The Evaluation of teaching quality is a complicated project. It’s a typical problem of uncertainty. A design scheme of teaching quality evaluation method based on cloud model and D-S theory is proposed with the school teaching evaluation index. With the experiences and knowledge of experts, evaluation index was described by cloud model and judgment matrix of AHP was revised by D-S theory. The weight of evaluation indexes was determined reasonably and objectively. Applied in the actual environment, the method can make an accurate and efficient evaluation with a certain practical value.

Pemberian pelayanan perizinan yang cepat kepada pelaku usaha atau masyarakat ( Public Services ) dan kesejahteraan umum merupakan kewajiban utama bagi negara. Pelayanan perizinan yang cepat, tidak berbelit-belit, berbiaya ringan menjadi keinginan setiap pelaku usaha dan investor.Perizinan menjadi legalitas utama bagi pelaku usaha untuk menjalankan usahanya dan perizinan memiliki sifat controlling bagi pemerintah. This study assessing the effect of product quality, brand awareness, and word of mouth on buying decision of IPhone in Surabaya. Sampling technique used is judgment sampling. The data collection method using que stionnaires distributed to 100 respondents users Iphone in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classification assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The independent variables used in this study are pro duct quality, brand awareness, and word of mouth, while the dependent variable is buying decision. The result showed that product quality, brand awareness, and word of mouth were positive significant effect on buying decision of Iphone in Surabaya.
