Sağlık kurumları da ilaçlar, ilaç dışındaki pamuk, şırınga, bandaj gibi tıbbi malzemeler, çarşaf, çamaşır, kırtasiye gibi tıbbi olmayan malzemeler, buzdolabı, tıbbi cihaz ve araç gibi ekipmanlar olmak üzere çok farklı özelliklere sahip çeşitli malzemelerin tedarikini gerçekleştirmek zorundadır. In this context, the research was carried out on a sample created by the convenience sampling method on the teachers working in the 2019-2020 Education and Training Period at the primary and secondary education levels within the borders of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. The data of the research are collected by using three scala, job autonomy scale, subjective well-being scale and personal initiative scale. Relational scanning model was used to determine the direction and level of change between the variables subject to the research, and partial least squares-structural equation model was used for the structural analysis of the established model. Ölçeğin geçerlik çalışması kapsamında; ilk önce ölçeğin tercümesi yapılmış, uzman personel ile ölçek maddeleri incelenmiş ve müteakiben açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması kapsamında ise; güvenirlik analizi yapılarak elde edilen istatistiki bilgiler yorumlanmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam ve mantıksal geçerlik çalışmasında on kişilik uzman personelin görüşünden, ölçeğin yapı geçerliği ve güvenirliği çalışmasında ise ölçeğin Ankara il sınırı içinde bulunan vakıf üniversitelerinde görevli 233 akademisyene uygulanması sonucunda elde edilen verilerden istifade edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda; Huang, Lai, Lin ve Chen (2013) tarafından geliştirilen "Örgütsel Atalet Ölçeği"nin İngilizce orijinalinde olduğu gibi herhangi bir madde çıkartılmadan üç alt boyutlu (Psikolojik, Eylem, İçgörü) olarak Türkiye'de sosyal bilimler alanında yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ölçeğin maddelerine ait faktör yüklerinin birinci alt faktörde 0.870-0.548 arasında, ikinci alt faktörde 0.840-0.533 arasında ve üçüncü alt faktörde 0.774-0.573 arasında olduğu, ölçeğin üç alt faktörünün toplam varyansı % 53.864 oranında açıkladığı, ölçeğin uyum iyiliği değerlerinin χ2/sd: 2.254 (p:0.000), SRMR: 0.006, RMSEA: 0.023, TLI (NNFI): 0.947, CFI: 0.979 olduğu ve elde edilen uyum iyiliği değerlerinin literatürde yer alan referans değerleri arasında bulunduğu, Cronbach's alpha katsayısı değerlerinin ölçeğin bütünü için 0.784, birinci alt faktör için 0.507, ikinci alt faktör için 0.609 ve üçüncü alt faktör için 0.758 olduğu ve güvenirlik analizi kapsamında elde edilen diğer istatistiklerinin de uygun olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. In the validity study of the scale; firstly, the scale was translated, expert personnel and scale items were examined and then explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis was performed. In the reliability study of the scale; reliability information was obtained and the statistical information obtained was interpreted. In the scope and logical validity study of the scale, ten experts’ opinions were used and in the construct validity and reliability study of the scale, data were obtained from 233 academicians working in foundation universities in Ankara province. As a result of the study; “Organizational Inertia Scale” developed in English by Huang, Lai, Lin ve Chen (2013) can be used as three sub-dimensional (Psychological, Action, Insight) without removing any substance in the original style in studies in the field of social sciences in Turkey. In this context, the factor loadings of the items of the scale were between 0.870-0.548 in the first sub-factor, between 0.840-0.533 in the second sub-factor and between 0.774-0.573 in the third sub-factor; 53.864% of the total variance was explained by the three variants of the scale; the goodness of fit values were obtained as χ2/sd: 2.254 (p:0.000), SRMR: 0.006, RMSEA: 0.023, TLI (NNFI): 0.947, CFI: 0.979 and these values are among the reference values in the literature; Cronbach’s alpha coefficient values were obtained 0.784 for the whole scale, 0.507 for the sub-factor, 0.609 for the second sub-factor and 0.758 for the third sub-factor, and other statistics obtained within the scope of reliability analysis were found to be appropriate.

Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the association between brand co-creation, brand love, and Word-of-Mouth communication, where the role of brand loyalty and brand association was studied in mediation. The researcher has implemented a quantitative design and used the five-Likert scale questionnaires as a research instrument. A total of 296 questionnaires have been included in the study, and the variable associations were evaluated based on mediation and path analysis. The results indicate a significant association between brand love, co-creation branding, and Word-of-Mouth communication by customers, showing that brand love is a stronger antecedent in the generation of word-of-mouth communication by the customers. People migrate for many reasons such as war, natural disasters, economic hardships, family reunif... more People migrate for many reasons such as war, natural disasters, economic hardships, family reunification, and education. Within the framework of bilateral agreements, Turkey emigrated from the 1960s to the 1990s in order to meet the workforce needs of Europe. However, after the 2000s, migration has gained a different dimension. Examining and rectifying this scenario, which has been dubbed a “brain drain,” is critical for the country’s future. According to studies, economic concerns, and anxieties about the future are the most crucial reasons for the Z generation to migrate from Turkey. Following that, social and individual issues such as social structure changes, freedom restrictions, gender inequity, and a quiet life were examined. In this study, after giving a piece of general information about migration and generation Z, the reasons for the migration of the members of the Z generation who migrated from Turkey, the difficulties and aspirations they experienced, and the country conditions that were considered to cause people to migrate were examined.

It is stated that these generations also have their own features. Consequently, it emerges as a significant issue that various generations can work together in the same business environment. It is known that there are tensions between generations in every period, and the previous generation criticizes the next generation. Issues need to be taken into account such as learning the characteristics of each generation, knowing what they value, understanding the way of working, and determining the appropriate management style for each of the different generations that have to work together. In this study, information is given about the theory of generational systems and the behaviors and expectations of generations, both personally and in the workplace, and the values and expectations of the business world of the Y generation, which has subsequently started to take place in the management level, are examined.
