Aplikasi dibangun berdasarkan tiga modul utama yaitu manajemen pengguna, manajemen spot mancing, dan manajemen diskusi. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java dengan platform android. Aplikasi ini juga memanfaatkan API (Application Programming Interface) yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai interface pengolahan data ke database. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode black box dan usability software, dengan hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa tiga modul utama sudah berjalan dengan baik dan layak dipergunakan untuk menjadi sarana pertukaran informasi anggota komunitas mancing.     This research intends to determine the design of the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) for intelligent traffic monitoring system (ITMS) in the Denpasar city, Bali, Indonesia. The goal was to get a monitoring system that was able to visualize the traffic on the Web-based GPS/GPRS. IoT implementation focused on three main components, namely the acquisition of traffic by leveraging the capabilities of GPS as a sensor, GPRS-based data transport, and the design of a Web/GIS-based traffic monitoring software.     Our research was develop web applications as media information for villages in Klungkung Regency, implementation strategy involves participation of village’s councilor, IT volunteer, Udayana University community services team, and Klungkung Government. The research focused on the realization of village website based on Content Management System (CMS), and strategy training for website administrators. Main target, the website was built to inform the potential competitive, like menus: village profile, village potential, administration, statistics, regulations, budget transparency, services and village news. In the implementation phase, the study used a model of collaborative strategies, namely the construction of CMS and training conducted by Unud community services team, domain and hosting was prepared by Klungkung regency, and assistance administrator by IT volunteers.     Image enhancement using morphological operations for video based image is proposed in this paper. Morphological operations used are top-hat and bottom-hat transformation. Top-hat transformation is used to extract the bright areas, and bottom-hat transformation is used to extract dark areas. Contrast enhancement processed by adding bright areas to original image and subtracting by dark areas. Morphological contrast enhancement applied to the preprocessing to generate output image for segmentation process. In this study, it conducted a comparison of the preprocessing based on the quality of clusters produced through the segmentation process. Silhouette coefficient is used to measure the validity of cluster generated in the segmentation process. The silhouette width value of the segmentation results are closed to 1 that expressed as a good cluster. Silhouette value of morphological contrast enhancement is higher than histogram equalization method. Silhouette width value of each preprocessing was 0.7729 and 0.5794, for morphological and CHE, respectively.

    The purpose of this paper is to gift a visualization of three-dimensional (3D) trees using L-System that has been researched before. In this research, he succeeded in making a two-dimensional (2D) tree visualization and stated that when the iteration value or iteration value is larger than five, the 2D tree model results from associate iteration, it lost detail from the branch. This research is to develop the research results, namely the transformation from a 2D tree to a 3D tree. This research is intended to see what is needed in the transformation process from a two-dimensional tree to a three-dimensional tree using the L-System approach. The experiments carried out in three steps, the first step performing a two-dimensional visualization of the grammar origin from the previous research, the second step carrying out a three-dimensional transformation, and the third step making grammar modifications so that the 3D tree becomes realistic. The test results show that mathematically there are differences in the depiction of geometry in the cartesian coordinate with three axes, namely the x, y, and z axes, causing the transformation process from two-dimensional to three-dimensional trees to expand the use of symbols in the L-System. The extended production rules give more complex and more refined geometric shapes.

    In the coastal video image segmentation, images are partitioned into land and sea classes, and each of these classes could have different segmentation qualities. In order to cope with variations in image quality and opaque areas, this paper has proposed a multilevel threshold technique based on the Cuckoo Search (CS) algorithm as an optimization algorithm for selecting optimum threshold values. The optimum threshold values are determined by maximizing Otsu's or Kapur's objective function using CS algorithm. The CS algorithm uses McCulloch's method for Lévy flight generation and combined with Otsu's and Kapur's objective functions to analyze CS algorithm performance. Based on the evaluations of PSNR, MSE, FSIM and CPU time parameters, the McCulloch's method based on CS algorithm with Otsu's objective function is the most promising and computationally efficient for segmenting coastal video images.

    Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data digital yang dibangkitkan secara random dalam seleksi ciri tipe modulasi. Adapun tipe modulasi yang digunakan adalah QPSK, 16QAM dan 64QAM. Pada proses ekstrasi ciri menggunakan pendekatan statistical feature set dengan metode Mean, Varian, Kurtosis dan Skewness, sedangkan seleksi ciri menggunakan Multi Class Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan 5 kelas dalam klasifikasi diantaranya adalah (i) Bukan Fitur, (ii) Mean, (iii) Varian, (iv) Kurtosis dan (v) Skewness. Dalam mendeteksi tipe modulasi menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation dengan proses pembelajaran menggunakan algoritma Conjugate Gradien Polak Ribiere.     Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Indonesia, especially MSME business women in Denpasar – Balineeds innovation using information communicaton technology to expand their business. Then the enterprise canbe transformed to be e-commerce. Thus, e-commerce workshop has been designet and implemented for MSMEbusiness women in Denpasar City in collaboration with Department of Women and Children empowerment,Denpasar City. From the workshop evaluation results, most of participants were satisfied and theirunderstanding with e-commerce was increased. As a result, the workshop increases their capacity building as aMSME business woman in term of e-commerce. This is shown by their statements that more than 70% of totalparticipant approved the workshop was very effective, and they eager to implement it in their business.

    This research intends to build an application that can be a place for members of the fishing community. The application is built on three main modules: user management, spot fishing management, and discussion management. Applications built using java programming language with android platform this application also uses API (Application Programming Interface) built with PHP programming language as interface processing data to database. Application testing is done by black box method and usability software, with the test result stated that the three main modules are running well and deserve to be used to be a means of information exchange for members of the fishing community.

    This paper propose a preprocessing techniques in lung segmentation scheme using Anisotropic Diffusion filters. The aim is to improve the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity results of segmentation. This method was chosen because it has the ability to detect the edge, namely in doing smoothing, this method can obscure noise, while maintaining the edges of objects in the image. Characteristics such as this is needed to process medical image filter, where the boundary between the organ and the background is not so clear. The segmentation process is done by K-means Clustering and Active Contour to segment the lungs. Segmentation results were validated using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) showed an increased accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, when compared with the results of segmentation in the previous paper, in which the preprocessing method used is Gaussian Lowpass filter.

    In this article, the authors present a new design of a Yagi antena which works on the LTE 1800MHz frequency. Yagi chosen because it is directional or transmits a focused direction. The design is based on a Yagi antena less inequality XL LTE 4G infrastructure development in Bali that requires the use of an external antena to improve modem signal quality. In this makalah, Yagi antena design includes the design on the part of the reflector, driven and director.     In order to improve the quality of broadband communications services, cellular providers have upgraded from 3.5G cellular technology to 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE). The consequence is the provider must build a communications infrastructure that is 4G LTE eNodeB network but efficiently in terms of financing. The solution that can be taken is to utilize a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) of the existing GSM network as 4G LTE eNodeB. Due to the characteristics of different networks, not all of the existing BTS can be used. Therefore, this paper has conducted a study of determining optimal number of base stations for the eNodeB in Denpasar using Harmony Search (HS) methods. In the implementation, the HS will optimize points of the base stations based on the analysis of total path loss that was calculated using Welfisch-Ikegami propagation models. The simulation results showed 189 of the 211 existing BTSs chosen as optimal 4G LTE eNodeBs having a total pathloss value of 117,087.18 dB. In other words, there are 22 existing BTSs are not considered optimal and the total pathloss value is reduced by 3169.43 dB.

    Wyner-Ziv video coding (WZVC) is a video coding paradigm allows exploiting the source statistic, partially or totally, at the decoder to reduce the computational burden at the encoder. Side information (SI) generation is a key function in the WZVC decoder, and plays an important role in determining the performance of the codec. In this context, this paper proposes decoding approach with unsupervised learning of two motion fields to improve the accuracy of generation of soft SI on WZVC codec. The method used in this paper is based on the generalization of Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm, in which the learning process of motion fields used the LowDensity Parity-Check (LDPC) decoder soft output values and two frames previously decoded as initial SI. In this method, the decoder always updated the accuracy of soft SI by renewing two motion fields iteratively.     Abstrak Studi ini telah melakukan evaluasi penerapan teknik brightness adjustment untuk memperbaiki kekontrasan citra dalam rangka ekstraksi garis pantai pada sistem monitoring deteksi garis pantai berbasis video. Pada sistem monitoring ini, mekanisme deteksi garis pantai dilakukan dengan pengenalan objek daratan dan laut pada citra video. Perubahan kondisi laut akibat perubahan cuaca menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan tingkat kekontrasan pada citra video pantai. Perubahan kekontrasan akan menyebabkan deteksi garis pantai menjadi tidak akurat. Teknik brightness adjustment diterapkan pada proses pra-pengolahan citra untuk menghasilkan tingkat kekontrasan citra yang stabil pada segala kondisi sehingga sistem monitoring pantai dapat mengekstraksi garis pantai secara akurat.     Paper ini merancang sebuah skema kompresi citra medis menggunakan DWT dengan mother wavelet Coiflet dan Symlet. Proses thresholding dan kuantisasi menjadi kunci terjadinya lossy compression di skema ini, dan data outputnya akan dikodekan dengan pengkodean Huffman atau Arithmetic. Terdapat empat kombinasi codec berbeda yakni: Coiflet-Huffman, Coiflet-Arithmetic, Symlet-Huffman yang masing-masing akan dianalisa kinerja kompresinya berdasarkan PSNR dan rasio kompresi. Pengujian kompresi menggunakan 3 citra medis grayscale berdimensi 160x160 piksel. Hasil pengujian menunjukan codec yang mampu menghasilkan PSNR dan rate paling optimal adalah codec Symlet-Arithmetic dengan nilai threshold yang dianjurkan yakni kurang dari 12. Pemberian nilai threshold diatas 12 akan menyebabkan PSNR citra rekonstruksi berada dibawah standar nilai minimum PSNR citra digital sebesar 30 dB.

    Algoritma enkripsi adalah pertahanan pertama terhadap serangan jaringan. Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) dan Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) digunakan untuk mengamankan jaringan pada standar 802.11, akan tetapi enkripsi ini memiliki banyak kelemahan. Aplikasi-aplikasi penetrasi berbasis linux seperti aircrack, airodump, aireplay mampu memanfaatkan kelemahan tersebut untuk dapat terkoneksi ke dalam jaringan dan bahkan mencuri data. Sayangnya aplikasi penetrasi berbasis text mengakibatkan kesulitan tersendiri bagi pengguna umum karena harus mengingat format perintah pada setiap aplikasi. Penelitian ini berhasil menyederhanakan penggunaan aplikasi penetrasi berbasis text dengan cara membangun sebuah antarmuka menggunakan QTdesigner serta memberikan review proses penetrasi terhadap keamanan WEP dan WPA menggunakan antar muka yang diusulkan.

    Paper ini mengusulkan contrast stretching sebagai perbaikan kualitas citra untuk meningkatkan hasil segmentasi pada proses segmentasi video. Data video yang digunakan merupakan video pemantauan aktifitas pergerakan garis pantai. Frame dari video yang digunakan memiliki komposisi cahaya matahari berbeda-beda sesuai dengan waktu akuisisi data. Dibutuhkan suatu teknik untuk mengatasi pengaruh cahaya matahari pada frame video. Contrast stretching diimplementasikan untuk memperbaiki nilai kontras pada frame sehingga obyek pada frame terlihat jelas. Dengan obyek yang terlihat jelas pada frame dapat meningkatkan hasil dari proses segmentasi. Pengujian implementasi contrast stretching sebagai preprocessing pada proses segmentasi dilakukan dengan metode silhouette coefficient. Implementasi contrast stretching sebagai preprocessing dalam segmentasi citra dapat menghasilkan segmentasi lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa preprocessing. Penajaman citra dilakukan sebagai alternative untuk memudahkan pengenalan suatu objek, terlebih lagi untuk satelit Landsat mempunyai banyak band yang mampu dijadikan sampel untuk proses penajaman citra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penajaman citra salah satunya adalah Transformasi Brovey. Metode ini banyak digunakan karena sangat simple dan mudah dalam pembuatan algoritmanya.     Proses penggambaran bagian organ tubuh manusia, untuk dapat menemukan penyakit apa saja yang ada pada bagian tubuh yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dan virus disebut dengan Citra Medis. CT Scanning, MRI, X-Ray, merupakan citra medis yang banyak ditemui pada umumnya masih berupa data analog. Banyaknya informasi penting yang terdapat pada citra medis menyebabkan ukuran file citra medis tergolong besar. Kebutuhan media penyimpanan data yang besar dan waktu pengiriman yang lama disebabkan oleh data citra medis yang berukuran besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merealisasikan sebuah codec citra medis berbasis fraktal dengan mengujikan kinerjanya pada beberapa teknik entropy coding. Analisis penelitian ini didasarkan pada PSNR, Size Image dan Time Taken yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan kompresi terhadap satu buah gambar.     Medical imaging is a presentment of human organ parts. Medical imaging is saved on a film; therefore, it needs a big saving quota. Compressing is a process to remove redundancy from a piece of information without reducing its quality. This study recommended compressed medical image with DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) with adaptive threshold added and entropy copying with the Run Length Encoding (RLE) coding. This study is comparing several parameters, such as compressed ratio and compressed image file size, and PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) for analyzing the quality of reconstructive image. The study showed that the comparison of rate, compressed ratio, and PSNR tracing of Haar and Daubechies doesn’t have a significant difference. Comparison of rate, compressed ratio, and PSNR tracing on the hard and soft threshold is the rate of the sold threshold is lower than the hard threshold. The optimal outcome of this study is to use a soft threshold.

    Pada dasarnya, teknologi kompresi citra merupakan langkah dasar untuk memampatkan citra sehingga mampu ditransmisikan dengan lebih cepat dan menghemat ruang penyimpanan dalam media penyimpan. Hal ini merupakan sebuat terobosan yang diciptakan pada tahun 1920. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan yang berfokus pada penerapan algoritma JPEG berdasarkan nilai PSNR. Penelitian ini menggunakan data citra X-Ray sebagai data input, dimana citra tersebut akan dicari rasio kompresi optimalnya dari 9 rasio kompresi (10%-90%). Sebanyak 10 data uji digunakan. Dari tabel hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan citra uji, dapat dilihat bahwa karakteristik PSNR mampu menentukan rasio kompresi citra medis secara optimal. dan semakin tinggi rasio kompresi citra yang diterapkan pada citra uji, maka semakin tinggi kulitas dari citra hasil rekonstruksi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada tabel nilai PSNR, dimana nilai PSNR terjadi peningkatan pada tiap rasio kompresinya.

    This study has evaluated the application of brightness adjustment technique to improve image contrast in the framework of coastline extraction on video-based shoreline monitoring system. In this monitoring system, the shoreline detection mechanism is done by introducing the land and sea objects in the video image. Changes in sea conditions due to weather changes cause a change in the contrast in the coastal image. The change in contrast will lead to inaccurate coastline detection. The brightness adjustment technique is applied to the image pre-processing to produce stable contrast in all conditions so that the coastal monitoring system can extract the coastline accurately. The brightness adjustment technique can adjust the brightness of the coastal image by setting the upper and lower threshold values of each pixel intensity.     This paper intends to explain the development of Coastal Video Monitoring System (CoViMoS) with the main characteristics including low-cost and easy implementation. CoViMoS characteristics have been realized using the device IP camera for video image acquisition, and development of software applications with the main features including detection of shoreline and it changes are automatically. This capability was based on segmentation and classification techniques based on data mining. Detection of shoreline is done by segmenting a video image of the beach, to get a cluster of objects, namely land, sea and sky, using Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithms.
