Penguatan pesantren sebagai institusi social adalah dengan memberdayakan para santrinya. Dari potensi yang dimiliki pesantren Tanwirul Fikr, LPPM STIE Swasta Mandiri Surakarta melakukan pendampingan dalam kegiatan kelompok usaha pesantren. Pendampingan diberikan dari sisi manajemen, akuntansi, dan hukum bisnis. Dari sisi manajemen diberikan materi berupa strategi produksi dan penjualan. Materi yang diberikan dari sisi akuntansi adalah tentang pencatatan laporan keuangan. Sedangkan hukum bisnis mamberikan arahan tentang system pengelolaan bisnis yang tepat untuk dilakukan di pesantren. Jenis usaha yang dilakukan adalah budidaya lele terpadu yang sudah dirintis oleh pesantren namun belum optimal. Hasil dari pendampingan memberikan solusi tentang penerapan manajemen produksi sampai dengan pasca panennya.

This paper is to investigate factors which influence voluntary disclosure level of annual report manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Factors are leverage, percents of public stocks and age of company. The sample consist 86 manufacture companies are published annual report of December 31, 2008. The result shows are percents of public stocks and age of company have effect significant of voluntary disclosure level. However leverage doesn’t effect on the voluntary disclosure level. This research has point of view to analysied size of company influence, and liquidity about performance of the company. The sample among 62 manufacture company in Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) in 2013 – 2015 period. Sampling tehnik using one time method, covers from variable and data processing with regretion logistic multiple analysis. Liquidity variable and company size became independent variable, proxited with current ratio for company size and liquidity. Crude oil or other terms of petroleum is one of the important commodities in the world considering that crude oil is non-renewable energy The export of Indonesian crude oil for 5 years in this study has an average of 4%, while for Indonesian imports it has an average of 12.68%. Compared to the value of Indonesian exports and imports, they are still more likely to be imported, this indicates that Indonesia's domestic oil demand is still large or Indonesia tends to be an import country compared to OPEC countries. Since 2012-2016, the average crude oil ISP of -0.0672 with a negative value means that Indonesia's crude oil competitiveness is low or Indonesia tends to be an importing country. Online marketing cannot be underestimated in the creative industries. It can be a powerful strategy to introduce and popularize the offered product or service. Moreover, such a strategy can be learned and done easily with the suitable knowledge. However, only as small number of creative industries in Sukoharjo Regency has applied this marketing strategy. The actors in creative industries still use simple methods, such as verbal marketing, direct selling to the market and direct order from customers who come to the production site. The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal review and views of unregistered marriages by the government are still widely practiced by the community, where if something happens that causes the marriage to be terminated, it will have an impact on several things and one of them is in the form of economic impact (material /legacy). This research is a qualitative research using literature study method which is supported by various relevant references, especially journals related to the research theme. Vegetables are an important commodity, whose prices contribute to the inflation rate in some regions of Indonesia. Inflation and deflation are inseparable from the type of food and vegetable groups because the majority of the population have jobs as vegetable farmers. Selo Boyolali is a vegetable-producing region, but currently can not meet the needs of its own region. Supply of vegetables began to decrease due to pest and vegetable turnover into tobacco. If the delivery of vegetables is hampered there will be a scarcity of vegetables that lead to price increases. The length of the distribution channel has a negative impact, namely the price of commodities set by the middlemen or traders who distribute vegetables from the producers. Mitra Program Kegiatan Masayarakat adalah Bank Sampah Kopen Sae dan Kopen Jaya yang terletah di Kelurahan Ngadirejo Kecamatan Kartasura dan Kabupaten Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for international trade in the era of globalization and digital as a form of legal certainty for business people, especially international businesses. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method in research uses the literature study method with a normative juridical approach supported by a variety of relevant library materials, especially journals.
