    Main insight of the Theory of Atemporality is that stellar objects move in atemporal cosmic space and that time exists only as a coordinate of motion. With clocks one measures duration and numerical order of this motion. Time is what is measured with clocks: the duration and the numerical order of motion of elementary particles and massive bodies in space. In the Theory of Relativity time as a “fourth coordinate ” describes motion of massive objects and elementary particles in space. In that sense fourth time coordinate is the “coordinate of motion”. Time is a measure of motion in space carried out by clocks.Time is not a part of space. Space-time is not a physical reality into which material change run.     Today in physics there are two fundamental interpretations of time. First is that clock is running in time as a basic physical reality and second approach is that clock running is time itself. First approach has limitations regarding Einstein-Podolski-Rosen experiment and superluminal phenomena where transfer of energy and information is faster than light speed. Second approach introduces “strange ” idea that space itself is an immediate energy and information medium. First approach has no experimental evidence, time as a fundamental physical reality in which material change run cannot be observed, second approach is confirmed with experimental evidence. Each experiment conforms that with clocks we measure duration and numerical order of material change that run in space.

In order to overcome this puzzle, the option proposed here is that energy and information in these experiments are not carried by photon or other particles. Quantum space itself is the direct medium of energy and information and transfer. This solution gives an original interpretation of the Einsten-Podolski-Rosen experiment and of causality problems for Fermi’s two-atom system. In both examples quantum space is a direct medium of energy and information transfer between particles A and B. Time of energy and information transfer between particle A and particle B is zero, speed is infinite.

    The evolution of life on the planet Earth is happening primarily in the universe and secondary on the Earth. We will examine in this article evolution of life as the cosmic phenomena. In our model multidimensional time-invariant superfluid quantum space that is the fundamental arena of the universe and represents about 95% of the energy in the universe has stable entropy. The increase of entropy happens only by about 5% of the energy in the universe that is in the form of matter. The evolution of life in our model is a process of matter organization into living systems that tends to develop towards the constant entropy of the time-invariant multidimensional quantum space. This process runs in the entire universe. The development of life into intelligent organisms is the universal process running throughout the entire universe.

Einstein’s vision on time as the sequential order of events running in space has bijective correspondence with the physical reality and means that the universe does not run in some physical time; it runs only in space, which is time-invariant. In this timeless universe, there is no singularity of the beginning, there is no singularity inside of black holes. How proton could be a system made out of unstable elements as quarks and gluons is an unanswered question that particle physics need to face in order to strengthen its theoretical basis.     ABSTRACT According to significant theoretical results (regarding state space, Hamiltonian mechanics and quantum gravity for example) and experimental results (regarding immediate physical phenomena) the stage of the physical world is a timeless space and clock/time provides only a measuring system of the numerical order of material changes. This insight introduces interesting perspectives in the inter-pretation of quantum non-locality : subatomic particles move into space only and are instantaneously connected through space which functions as an immediate information medium between them. Since non-locality is due to bohmian quantum potential, and since to interpret in a cor-rect way also the time-reverse of a quantum process (and thus also of the instantaneous communication between subatomic particles) a symmetry in time in quantum mechanics is needed, a symmetrized re-formulation of bohmian mechanics is considered and analyzed. Finally, a symmetrized reformulation of Wheeler-De Witt equation is taken into examination which shows that also in the quantum gravity domain the idea of space as a direct information medium can be embedded.
