    This study aims to examine the financial literacy among the individuals of NCR in India. The data has been collected through structured questionnaire and thereby literacy scores has been assessed over financial literacy scores. The variation caused due to individual demographics has also been observed over financial literacy scores. Logistic regression has been applied to analyze the impact of demographics over financial literacy scores of respondents. The study paves path for future researches in the concerned area and also provides policy insights to regulatory bodies.

    Performance of Indian Banking system has improved manifolds since the past two decades. Major and repetitive corporate restructuring was being followed throughout the world. Most of the mergers failed due to mismanagement of the post-merger scenario. This paper gives an insight into the post-merger scenario of Indian Banking system between 2001 and 2018. The impact was studied from both Finance and HR perspective using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Content analysis wherein 13 cases including both public and private banks have been considered. Results have shown that the HR scenario of the post-merger banking sector has been more successfully tackled than the financial scenario. In this study, based on literature reviewed, certain input and output performance variables were identified. After analyzing different factors playing a vital role in merger of public and private banks, an attempt is made to understand the criteria to be kept in mind for future bank mergers.

    Tax planning is not only a means of reducing tax liability but also a measure for taking maximum benefit of all the deduction exemption reliefs allowed under income tax provisions. The tax structure of country India is highly complicated which reduces the purchasing power of the individual to a high limit so in that case tax planning is the most suitable method as the best part of it is that come under the legal compliance and benefit in two ways i.e. right investment and reduced tax liability. In the current scenario women's role in the society is changing at a great level as they are not only becoming financial independent but also playing a major role in the financial decision making of family so it is very important for today's women's for having awareness about all tax planning measures. The aim of this paper is to study the awareness level among working women. It also studied about the various measures of tax planning and their investment pattern and preferences adopted by Indian women tax payers.     Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is an essential change in the processes and structure of any company. That change can be related to work force, business processes, IT infrastructure, etc. In this case study, the focus towards BPR was restricted to the changing regime of FORD Motor Company since 1900s. A critical evaluation of Ford was made with the help of Situation-Actor-Process and Learning-Action-Performance (SAPLAP Analysis), Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threat (SWOT Analysis), Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Social (PESTEL Analysis) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).The results revealed that Ford is a very dynamic company which changes as per the requirement of the market.     In today’s world of competitiveness and innovation, leading the world technologically is very important. Many economies have identified that patent protection is a very crucial strategic decision to lead in a technological industry. Patent insurance is one of the tools to support this thought. In this conceptual research paper, a trail has been to find the possibility of acceptance of patent insurance as a financial tool of securing the patents from infringements in India. Also, a conceptual framework is also framed in the form of suggestive measures to support the importance of such concept in Indian context.
