    ABSTRAKJalan kelas IIIC memiliki struktur yang lebih sempit dan biasanya dibangun didekat permukiman penduduk untuk penggunaan pejalan kaki. Selain pejalan kaki, kendaraan motor roda dua juga dapat mempergunakaan jalan tersebut. Permasalahan mulai timbul saat kendaaraan bermotor memiliki kecepatan yang cukup tinggi sehingga membahayakan pengguna jalan lainnya khususnya pedestrian. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan X-band speed detector berbasis efek pergeseran doppler untuk kendaraan motor roda dua di jalan kelas IIIC. Detektor yang dibangun mengimplementasikan sensor HB100 dengan frekuensi 10 GHz Adapun efek pergeseran doppler diproses menggunakan Arduino. Parameter yang dijadikan perhitungan diantaranya kecepatan, pergeseran doppler, dan jarak detektor.     Selada merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang mudah untuk dibudidaya dan dapat tumbuh subur dengan optimal pada suhu  25°C - 28°C dan kelembapan tanah 65% - 78%. Kendala keterbatasan lahan yang dimiliki menyebabkan sulitnya melakukan budidaya tanaman selada. Bilik tanaman adalah alternatif solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Bilik tanaman dibuat seperti ruangan bertingkat yang berisi susunan rak yang diisi tanah untuk menanam selada. Sistem ini menggunakan arduino uno, sensor suhu DHT22, sensor kelembapan tanah YL69, LCD, kipas DC, solenoid valve, dan raspberry pi. Hasil pengujian sistem, saat nilai suhu yang terdeteksi oleh sensor DHT22 lebih besar sama dengan 28°C maka sistem secara otomatis mengaktifkan kipas untuk mendinginkan bilik, dan saat suhu mencapai kurang atau sama dengan 25°C kipas secara otomatis mati.     Salah satu aplikasi sistem komunikasi wireless yaitu Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Penerapan WSN dapat dilakukan pada sistem monitoring ketinggian air sungai secara realtime, dimana data ketinggian air sungai dapat langsung dikirimkan ke web server. Data ketinggian air diperoleh dari sensor HC-SR04, diolah mikrokontroler ATmega 328P dan dikirimkan ke penerima oleh modul transceiver nRF24l01+. Pada modul transceiver nRF24l01+ diperlukan antena.     Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi jaringan 4G LTE terkait pelaksanaan WFH yang menyebabkan kebutuhan payload data meningkat secara signifikan terutama didaerah perumahan. Optimasi dilakukan menggunakan measurement report dan user experience melalui metode drive test menggunakan software GENEX Probe.  Setelah dilakukan optimasi, Performansi meningkat dengan penambahan nilai RSRP meningkat dari   96.97% menjadi  98%, nilai CQI dari  63,98% menjadi 83,91%, nilai througput   16,862  kbps menjadi 17,448   kbps serta penambahan user dari 114 menjadi 122. Nilai yang didapatkan telah memenuhi standar KPI yang ditetapkan.

    In this research, it is proposed to develop spectrum analyzer using RTL-SDR based on SDR Console 2. This device was then integrated with Android to do the real value calculation. The measurement results were then validated and regression was performed. The result of analysis shows that regression with linear approach has error of 4.84% second order error of 4.83%, third order error of 4.84% and fourth order error of 7.31%. Based on regression, the first order is chosen because the error value was still below 5% with the simplest equation.

    Pada makalah ini dirancang antena mikrostrip berbetuk lingkaran berbasis substrat FR4 er = 4,3 dengan ketebalan h = 1,6 mm dan loss tan (tand) = 0.025. Sebagai state of the art, pada penelitian ini dusulkan peningkatan bandwidth dari antena mikrostrip lingkaran menggunakan metode beleved half cut. Metode beleved half cut diterapkan dengan memotong sebagian sisi patch dari antena mikrostrip. Antena lingkaran ini memiliki dimensi 85.8 mm x 59.8 mm dengan jari-jari patch sebesar 27.9 mm. Hasil perancangan menunjukan antena mikrostrip lingkaran ini memiliki kinerja frekuensi atas 3.00 GHz, frekuensi bawah 1.15 GHz, bandwidth 1.85 GHz,  gain 3.0 dBi, dan directivity 4.0 dBi. This prototype works by utilizing the characteristics of the tsunami, the drastic decline of sea water. The prototype consists of two parts, the transmitter located at sea (tsunami detection) and receiver located on land (observation post). In this paper, the wireless power transfer (WPT) using Copper (Cu) and Aluminium (Al) as magnetic coupling is designed, fabricated and measured. A main problem of wireless power transfer (WPT) is about low efficiency. As state of the art, this research will investigate the effects of the use of copper and aluminum as magnetic coupling. A Copper (Cu) and Aluminium (Al) are used as transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) vice versa. A power analysis has been carried out to identify the efficiency system. The measurement result shown that the wireless power transfer (WPT) using aluminum as transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) have the highest efficiency.     A multiwideband bandpass filter (MW-BPF) using a quad cross-stub stepped impedance resonator (QC-SSIR) was simulated, fabricated, and measured. The proposed QC-SSIR is designed on a four-series arrangement of crossed open stub (COS) structures where each open stub is developed with a step impedance resonator (SIR) structure to generate a wide bandwidth. Compared to the COS resonator, the QC-SSIR has a wider fractional bandwidth and good transmission coefficients and is compact. ABCD matrix analysis is used to investigate the filter structure. Furthermore, the MW-BPF is designed on an FR4 microstrip substrate with εr = 4.4, thickness h = 1.6 mm, and tan δ = 0.0265. The results show that the proposed MW-BPF using a QC-SSIR achieves transmission coefficients/fractional bandwidths of −0.60 dB/49.3%, −1.49 dB/18.7%, and −1.93 dB/13.9% at 0.81 GHz, 1.71 GHz, and 2.58 GHz, respectively.     The design of an enhanced gain compact circular microstrip antenna has been presented in this paper. This antenna is designed to operate at 2.35 GHz for Long Term Evolution (LTE) application with bandwidth 54 MHz at return loss (S11) = -14 dBi or VSWR < -1.5. The gain, return loss, and radiation characteristics of the proposed microstrip antenna are compared with the conventional circular antenna. A total gain enhancement 2 dBi is achieved by front-end parasitic element. The spacing between the driven patch and front-parasitic element (H1) is optimized to maximize electromagnetic coupling and main lobe antenna. This paper also propose end-parasitic, the spacing between the ground and end-parasitik element (H2) to minimize back lobe antenna. The designed antenna makes it a potential antenna for various applications.

    ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini diusulkan penggunaan Y-junction untuk dapat meningkatkan isolasi dan kualitas sinyal. Selain itu, dilakukan modifikasi pada Y-junction dimana salah satu cabang terhubung lurus, sedangkan cabang yang lain terhubung dengan membentuk 45dan diharapkan memiliki isolasi yang tinggi serta memiliki koefisien refleksi (VSWR) yang rendah. Perancangan mikrostrip diplexer digunakan untuk aplikasi WiMAX pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz dan 2,5 GHz. Hasil penelitian ini, mikrostrip diplexer yang dirancang sudah dapat menyaring dua frekuensi yaitu frekuensi 2,3 GHz dan 2,5 GHz dengan masing-masing bandwith 100 MHz, VSWR pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz senilai 1,297 dan pada frekuensi 2,5 GHz diperoleh nilai 1,672. Nilai return loss pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz bernilai -24,38 dan insertion loss bernilai -0,016. Sedangkan pada 2,5 GHz return loss bernilai -12,078 dan insertion loss bernilai -0,283. Dalam pengukuran daya, nilai antara daya input dengan daya output tidak jauh berbeda. Pada frekuensi 2,3 GHz dari simulasi diperoleh daya masukan sebesar - 66,985 dB dan daya keluaran sebesar - 67,43 dB. Demikian juga pada frekuensi 2,5 GHz dari hasil simulasi diperoleh daya masukan sebesar - 66,82 dB dan daya keluaran sebesar - 68,45 dB. Kata kunci : WiMAX, Diplexer, Transmiter, Receiver. The results obtain 100 MHz bandwidth, VSWR at the 2.3 GHz obtain 1.297 and at 2.5 GHz obtained 1.672. Return loss at 2.3 GHz and the insertion loss are - 24.38 dB and -0.016 dB. While at 2.5 GHz return loss and insertion loss are -12.078 dB and -0.283dB. In power measurements, the value of the input power to the power output is not much different. At the 2.3 GHz obtained from the simulation input power of - 66.985 dB and output power of - 67.43 dB.
