The research is aimed at describing the application of Lesson Study approach by implementing the Problem Based Learning Model using video of teacher leadership. The research was conducted based on the procedures for the Lesson Study consisting of the acts to plan, do, and see. The research took place at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, in November 2015. The research subjects were the first semester students of Bachelor Degree Program majoring in Primary Teacher Education Program. The data was collected through documentation, observation, and formative test. The instruments were observational and formative test sheets. The data collected from observation and tests were analyzed descriptively to figure out the form of teaching learning process which then was used for improving the learning on teacher leadership. The research result shows that the lesson study which applies problem based learning using video is able to improve students' learning process on teacher leadership whereas the discussion and formative test results indicate that the students are able to find the reason of teacher leadership ineffectiveness and find the alternative solutions. Based on the finding, it can be inferred that lesson study and the implementation of problem based learning model are very effective in improving the learning process.

Every nation faces increasingly complex challenges. Differences every day meet us. The purpose of this study is to learn from the implementation of multicultural education in four countries. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques. The data source comes from 12 English articles obtained from scopus.com with the keywords "Multicultural Indonesia", "Multicultural Singapore", "Multicultural Malaysia", and "Multicultural Thailand". The findings of this study are that multicultural implementation can be carried out through policies and policy practices that must be consistent; the use of real multiculturalism practices; the use of universal values of culture and religion that exist in their respective societies; the use of multicultural music, and the use of the Education curriculum. The aim of the study is to describe the correlation among the parenting patterns, learning styles, and student achievement at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Papandayan Bogor. The research applied case study model with the approach of qualitative. The procedure of data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was done by data reduction, data description, and data verification. The researcher used credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability tests to validate the data. This research explores evidence of the conceptual model related to principals' leadership, learning organization, and teachers' innovative work behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research applied a survey method in which participants employed selections through the purposive sampling technique. There were 1243 respondents in this sample. Subsequently, 1200 were then used to elicit further data. The data collection procedure was carried out online by distributing questionnaires to teachers in Indonesia via the Google Form application. The findings of the research papers will be used as the basis for finding new ways, especially for the implementation of multicultural education in the context of basic education that can be used to solve problems in education. The research method used a content analysis of 12 articles in English from 2018-2022 using the keyword "multicultural Indonesia". Research findings indicate that teachers in primary education need to adapt to multicultural developments in Indonesia to solve educational problems. This study used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental type of two-group design at the Cibarusah Jaya 04 State Elementary School, West Java. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the learning independence of fifth grade students at Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an important behavior possessed by teachers. This research aims to analyses the impact of organizational justice and job satisfaction on teacher’s OCB. This study was conducted using a sequential explanatory method. The population and sample of this research were Islamic school teachers in Tenjolaya District, Bogor, West Java. Data was directly collected from the participants using questionnaires. The results show that both organizational justice and job satisfaction positively affected teacher’s OCB. Organizational justice shows significant correlation on teacher’s OCB. Job satisfaction also found do positive correlation with teacher’s OCB. Significant correlation also found between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Further, other factors are identified can improve teacher’s OCB, including transformational leadership, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and teacher motivation.

The leadership practices in Indonesia has evolved significantly over time. This reflects the spirit of different eras and the adoption of various leadership theories. More specifically, government systems and socio-political situations have played a major role in helping to shape Indonesia’s education sector. These forces also influence school leadership, in particular, how school principals lead and manage their schools in Indonesia. The colonial era, which had a different purpose to schooling, provided the foundations needed for Indonesia’s independence. There were significant developments in the 1970s when Indonesia’s New Order government expanded the scope of the education sector. This, however, had little impact on school leadership practices. It was only in the 2000s when the education system began to decentralize and this brought about a corresponding change in school leadership practices. This new approach introduces standard requirements, systematic training, and appointment by district government for principals, albeit not without challenges.

One of the roles of the university is to support national education goals as part of educating students. Student satisfaction is an important variable for the existence and sustainability of a university, especially a private universities.This research aims to analyze the effect of lecturer service quality on student satisfaction.This research uses quantitative research with survey methods. The population of this research were students of a private university at Universitas Pakuan with 543 respondents. The findings of this research were that there was a positive and significant influence between the lecturer service quality on student satisfaction. This means that efforts to increase student satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of lecturer services. Meanwhile, from the 5 dimensions of lecturer service quality, it was found that the empathy dimension had the greatest influence compared to other dimensions of lecturer service quality.

This research aimed to determine the positive correlation of situational leadership and self-efficacy with the improvement of teacher work productivity. The quantitative method with correlation analysis were employed, furthermore the Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) was applied to determine the priorities. The population includes all the elementary school teachers which are civil servants (PNS) in Bogor, Indonesia while 105 were selected as samples. The findings showed there is a positive correlation between situational leadership and teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.783, and between self-efficacy and teacher work productivity with 0.782. This study is conducted in Vocational High School at Region of Cibinong. The study population is 283 teachers and the number of sample is 166 teachers decided by proportional random sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used correlation regression partial and multiple. Organizational trust is essential so that members of the organization can continue to contribute to the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. Student satisfaction at a university could predict the continuity of the university. Therefore understanding and improving student satisfaction needs to be done. This study provides an alternative model of student satisfaction instruments at private universities. The research methodology consists of a series of literature reviews, interviews, expert validation and testing the validity of the instrument using the Rasch model. The respondents of this study were 543 students from 6 faculties in a private university. Research findings include: (1) student satisfaction instrument models; (2) items that are difficult to approve; and (3) items perceived differently based on respondents' demographics. This research has implications for the management of private universities to improve some domains of student satisfaction.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dan tantangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur. Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu MBS adalah suatu strategi desentralisasi pengambilan keputusan pendidikan dengan melibatkan orang tua, siswa, guru, pejabat, dan masyarakat untuk mencapai otonomi, fleksibilitas, partisipasi, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan akuntabilitas sekolah. Indikator keberhasilan MBS yaitu meliputi dukungan kepala sekolah, guru, sumber keuangan yang cukup, komitmen yang jelas, tanggung jawab, keterampilan dan kualifikasi pejabat sekolah, rencana yang tepat, tanggung jawab, dan akuntabilitas. The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.

This research employs quantitative approach using path analysis, and was conducted in three private universities in Bogor. Organization trust is "lubricant" in the organization. This research aims to obtain instrument items that can be used in the organization trust research, to obtain the items that are difficult to approve and vice versa, and to obtain the perceptions of respondents on each instrument item. This research method uses to test the instrument items. The research was conducted at Private Universities in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia with a sample of 133 lecturers who had a National Lecturer Registration Number (NIDN) and had a functional position. Research findings include: as many as 28 out of 33 items can be used to examine organizations trust, and fair rewards, effective communication and involvement of lecturers in decision making are things that must be corrected at private universities. It is hoped that these findings will be a material for discussion to increase organizational trust.

Teacher's commitment is the key to improve education. The purpose of this research is to investigate the efforts to increase teacher commitment through quality culture in schools. Based on 110 samples involved this research, it is found that the improvement of teacher commitment can be achieved by optimizing the quality culture in schools. The optimization of the quality culture in schools can be achieved through several ways: the fulfillment of infrastructure; internal and external customer satisfaction; development of teacher professionalism; team work; collaboration with other parties (parents, school board, and society); school evaluation and determination of reward and punishment.Keywords: teacher's commitment, quality culture, education.
