The purpose of this research is to determine a persistency and consistency on mutual fund performance in Indonesia. The sample of this research is a equity fund that listed on financial service authorithy in 2014 – 2015 as much as 57 equity fund. To determine a persistency this research used a simple regression analysis, before simple regression analysis can be done the data has to pass a normality test. To determine a consistency this research used a Kendall’s W test to analyze a consistency between mutual fund performance measurement models Index Sharpe, Index Treynor, and Index Jensen. In this research is found that past performance of mutual fund in Indonesia can predict future performance of mutual fund in Indonesia and also found that a mutual fund performance measurement model Index Sharpe, Index Treynor, and Index Jensen have a low consistency. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, profitability and company size on the value of the company in the sector and consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The independent variables were used in this study is the investment decision-making financing, profitability and the size of the company, while for dependent variable value of the company. This study was aimed to investigate the determinants of actual use of computer based transaction processing system among employees in minimarkets in Padang, Indonesia. In addition to Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness which are the basic models of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Subjective norm was conceptualized as an external variable that affecting Technology Acceptance among users of transaction processing system. In total, 246 employees participated in this study. The results show that the perceived ease of use positively affects Perceived Usefulness and Attitude. Furthermore, perceived usefulness and subjective norm have positively affected on Attitude. Likewise Attitude has positively affected on Actual Use. This study reveals that employees tend to comply the peers’ opinion on using transaction processing system. For future research is expected to expand the TAM model by adding external variables and individual characteristics as a moderator variable  

This research aims to empirically proof the influence of capital structure to the companies listed on compass indexes 100. This research was used 42 companies listed on compass indexes 100. The type of data used secondary data through supportable medium or indirect data. This research used to categories of variable. This study aims to determine the effect of location, physical facilities, service quality and price to the interest of batusangkar’s students to lecture in University of Bung Hatta, Padang. The data that’s used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the prospective students at pustikom Bung Hatta University in yaer 2011-2013, and from department of education Tanah Datar. The method of this study is a multiple linear regression analysis by using the spss program. The result of the analysis concluded that the variable of service quality obtained a significant effect on the interest of students in Batusangkar high school to lecture in Bung Hatta University. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage ratio, liquidity ratio dan size terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan jasa restoran yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dimana pada profitabilitas diukur dengan menggunakan return on assets, leverage ratio diukur dengan menggunakan long term debt to equity ratio, liquidity ratio diukur dengan menggunakan current ratio sedangkan size diukur dengan cara logaritma natural pada total assets. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 9 perusahaan yang berada dalam kelompok sub sector restoran yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan yang diadopsi dari IDX dari tahun 2009 – 2012. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu independen yang terdiri leverage ratio, liquidity ratio dan size sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen profitabilitas. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui model regresi berganda dan uji t-test yang diolah melalui program Eviews. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa leverage ratio berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, liquidity ratio berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan size berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. The goal of the research obtain empirical influence current ratio, return on assets, return on equity and debt to equity ratio on the stock price. The research model have using 16 food and beverages company listed in Indonesian Capital Market. Sources data of the research using secondary data. The data become from financial annual report of the company listed on Indonesian Capital Market Exchange. The period observation until 2008 – 2012. The study have been used two category variable. The fist variable is dependent that stock price. The second variable is independent variable. The variable consist of current ratio, return on assets, return on equity and debt to equity ratio. The test of hypothesis using statistical annalistic with multiple regression and t-test. The result of the test founding current ratio, return on assets, and return on equity have individual significant effect on the stock price, however debt to equity ratio have not significant effect on the stock price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana operating leverage, firm size, dividend payout ratio dan financial leverage terhadap risiko sistematis saham serta pengaruh tidak langsung dari operating leverage, firm size dan dividend payout ratio terhadap risiko sistematis saham melalui financial leverage . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2007-201 1 dan sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling . Dalam analisis data digunakan m etod e Structural Equation modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS 20.0 . Dari penelitian ini didapatkan operating leverage, firm size, dan dividend payout ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial leverage . Operating leverage dan financial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko sistematis saham. Firm size berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko sistematis saham. Dividend payout ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap risiko sistematis saham. Pada hubungan tidak langsung, tidak ada pengaruh operating leverage, firm size dan dividend payout ratio terhadap risiko sistematis saham melalui financial leverage . Keputusan pembelian yang dimiliki setiap konsumen tidak terbentuk dengan sendirinya akan tetapi dipengaruhi oleh nilai penjualan yang terjadi. Kecendrungan nilai penjualan mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan. Tidak stabilnya nilai penjualan air mineral Aqua ini tentu menjadi sebuah masalah yang harus segera dibenahi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh media iklan yang diukur dengan pemanfaatan media televisi, radio, surat kabar dan reklame terhadap keputusan membeli air minuman kemasan botol merek Aqua di Kota Padang Panjang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengambilan sampel dengan metode accidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang yang mengkonsumsi air minuman kemasan botol merek Aqua di Kota Padang Panjang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis maka digunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda dan uji t-statistik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa pemanfaatan media iklan yang diukur dengan televisi, radio, surat kabar dan reklame tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat di kota Padang Panjang untuk membeli air minuman kemasan botol merek Aqua. Pada saat ini perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan, hal tersebut terlihat dari terus meningkatnya harga saham individual yang dimiliki masing-masing perusahaan. Fenomena tersebut menciptakan kekhawatiran terhadap keaktifan saham dimasa mendatang akibatnya keputusan manajemen untuk melakukan pemecahan saham adalah menjadi salah satu alternatif. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kemahalan harga saham dan financial performance yang diukur dengan earning per share , growth dan profitabilitas terhadap keputusan melakukan stock split . Pada penelitian ini digunakan 119 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian yang digunakan 2007 – 2011. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi logistic . Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa kemahalan harga saham dan earning per share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan melakukan stock split . Hasil pengujian juga menunjukan bahwa growth dan return on assets tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan perusahaan melakukan stock split . Dalam menanamkan modalnya investor tidak mendapatkan kepastian tentang return yang akan diterimanya, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh economic value added dengan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan earnings per share, cash flow from operation, return on assets, return on equity, dan net profit margin terhadap return saham. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan dalam periode 2007 sampai dengan periode 2011. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh economic value added dengan rasio profitabilitas adalah model regresi linier berganda dan uji t-statistik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa economic value added dan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on equity bepengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan tingkat alpha yang digunakan sebesar 0.05, sedangkan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan earnings per share, cash flow from operation, return on assets, dan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadp return saham. In general, this study aims to demonstrate empirically the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, operating cash flow, cash flow investing and financing cash flows to the profit growth. In this study used 33 mining company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Observation period used from 2009 - 2013. In this study, the independent variable is the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, operating cash flow, cash flow investment and financing cash flow, while the dependent variable is earnings growth. The method of analysis used multiple regression model and statistical t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the operating cash flow statement, cash flow investing and financing cash flows significant effect on earnings growth of mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test results also show that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio does not significantly influence the growth of the mining company's profit in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study examined the effects on the company's image and price to customer loyalty in D'cost Restaurant plaza andalas padang with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, the respondents in this study is the Customer at D'cost Restaurant plaza andalas field. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of asset allocation policy, the ability of investment managers in stock selection, and level of risk on the performance of equity mutual funds sharia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this research, the research object is equity mutual fund sharia companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The method used in this research were multiple regression and classic assumptions of normality test, multicollinierity test, heteroskesdatisity test, and autocorrelation test. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of television advertising Daihatsu Ayla using the method of EPIC model. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population was urban Padang above 20 years old who had seen the television Daihatsu Ayla and the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents using Slovin formula. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Capital Structure meansured by DAR, DER, LDER and Liquidity meansured by Current Ratio against corporate performance meansured by Return on Investment (ROI) on trade, services and investment that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2013. The sampling technique was using sensus sampling technique, totaling 85 companies. The analysis model is a multiple regression analysis with the program Eviews 3. The results showed that: variable DER and Current Ratio are positive and significant effect against corporate performance (ROI). Meanwhile variable DAR and LDER are no significant effect against corporate performance (ROI). The four variable can explaned Return on Investment variable asa big as 14,3%, while the 85,7% have explaned by the other variable which did not include in this model. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, asset structure, and size on corporate debt policy on LQ 45 at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. This study also examined the effectiveness of the company's ability to manage debt for productive activitiesis relatively good. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peran literasi keuangan dalam meningkatkan minat penggunaan mobile banking. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dosen di berbagai Perguruan Tinggi dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 205 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian secara parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat dosen dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Implikasinya perbankan harus mengedukasi nasabah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya dalam meningkatkan penggunaan mobile banking.

This research was meant to prove the relation of degree of operatingl leverage with the dividend per share and degree of financial leverage with the dividend per share on listed companies on BEI. In research that become the object of this research is listed companies on the indonesia stock exchange 2009-2011 year. From the results of the testing of hypotheses can be concluded that degree of operating leverage has significant negative relationship with the dividend per share. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (NPM and ROE), leverage (DER) and firm size (Total Asset) on Price Earning Ratio in the sub sectors of Automotive and Parts listing on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. Population in this study are all companies in the sub-sector Automotive and Components in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The sample in this study using census techniques amounted to 12 companies. This study used linear regression models. The results obtained from this study is the profitability (NPM & ROE) and leverage (DER) does not affect the Price Earnings Ratio, and firm size (Total Asset) positive affect the Price Earnings Ratio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti adanya pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas yang di moderasi oleh struktur modal terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan non manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 48 perusahaan. Periode observasi yang digunakan adalah dari tahun 2007 – 2011. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah moderating regression analisys . Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas perusahaan dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukan bahwa moderasi antara pertumbuhan perusahaan dengan struktur modal dan moderasi antara profitabilitas dengan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan non manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research was done to know the influence from Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) about Earning per Share (EPS). The sampel of this research is business of Transportation sub sektor service that is registered at Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the research time (2012-2014). In this research, the research object is the entire automotive and component companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the year 2009-2013.
