This study aimed to determine the effect of the Employee Work Engagement variable as a mediating variable between Perceived Organizational Support and Work-Life Balance. This type of quantitative descriptive research with Structural Equation Modeling as a data processing approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. They collected data by distributing questionnaires to 200 security unit employees working at State and Private Universities in Semarang City. The results showed a significant positive effect between the variables perceived organisational support, employee work engagement and work-life balance. The significant positive effect of the relationship between the three variables indicates that the employee work engagement variable can mediate the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Work-Life Balance. This research applies census method in collecting data from all business unit which identified as leading commodities in Wirosari Village, Bonang, Demak Regency. Regarding survey conducted, there are 18 catfish breeders and 49 smoked fish small business used as respondent. Primary data used in this research are rate of production in basis goods, land area, capital, raw materials, manpower, and income multiplier. Penelitian ini menggambarkan perilaku petani garam memproduksi garam Kristal dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan dan tradisi pengerukan yang berlangsung turun temurun. Produksi garam yang berlimpah saat panen raya akan menyebabkan petani menimbun garam lebih lama untuk menunggu harga garam meningkat di musim hujan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis produksi garam kristal dihasilkan petani dan lama simpan garam kristal dikelola petani garam. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 101 petani garam di Kabupaten Pati pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2015. Alat analisis yang digunakan regresi berganda. Kesimpulan didapat adalah Luas lahan produksi dan jumlah hari panen berpengaruh positif terhadap total produksi garam kristal. Data used in this research is secondary data, and the tools of analysis used are the Hirschman-Herfindahl Index (HHI) and concentration ratio (cr). the results suggest that the type of market structure of It companies in Hungary can be categorised as an oligopoly with low concentration. This industry has been traditionally produced, hereditary, and yet have the optimization that causes inefficiency. Research aims: first, to analyze the influence of input factors of production; second, to analyze the level of production inefficiencies. Analysis tool used is Stochastic Production Frontier, and Descriptive Statistics. Primary data were obtained from 115 samples of batik entrepreneurs with multistage sampling. The results are: capital, labor, fabrics, auxiliary materials and stamp tool significantly had positive effect on the production of batik cloth. The fuel had no significant effect on production. The first is to examine the influence of institutional trust on interpersonal trust and inter organisational trust. Subsequently, the study investigates the effect of interpersonal trust on enhancing inter-organisational trust. The third purpose is to study the influence of inter-organisational trust on financial performance through innovation as a mediating variable.
