E-catalogue procurement of medicine is a method of electronic procurement using a particular website developed by the Government to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of medicine procurement. In Klaten Regency, e-catalogue procurement of medicine in the Public Health Center (PHC) experiences obstacles. The study aimed to evaluate performance of e-catalogue procurement of medicine, analyze the root problem and formulate strategies to improve the performance based on the root problems. This descriptive study involved seven PHCs with data on medicine procurement in 2021. Quantitative data analysis was conducted by evaluating six performance indicators of medicine procurement. Qualitative data analysis was conducted by interviewing 17 respondents, analyzing root problems, and formulating improvement strategies The study showed that all PHCs had good medicine availability at 87.71% average, but low realization of e-catalogue procurement occurred in two PHCs. Oleh sebab itu, metadon harus diperlakukan sebagaimana narkotika pada umumnya. Tenaga kefarmasian dalam PTRM mempunyai tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan metadon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pengelolaan sediaan metadon di satelit pelayanan PTRM di provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) berdasarkan pedoman PTRM yang dikeluarkan oleh kemenkes yang meliputi permintaan, penyimpanan, dispensing, dan pelaporan penggunaan metadon. MMTP was first held in Indonesia in the pilot phase in 2003, and in Yogyakarta has been implemented since 2006. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji kebutuhan diazepam dengan menganalisis konsumsi diazepam selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2014 serta menghitung kebutuhan yang harus tersedia. Penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan diskriptif analitik. Menggunakan data sekunder untuk mengkaji penggunaan diazepam selama tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2014. Penggunaan diazepam dihitung berdasarkan data konsumsi, yaitu data produksi, impor dan ekspor. Nilai konsumsi diazepam (dalam kg) per tahun diubah dalam “ Define Daily Doses for Statistical purposes ” (S-DDD). Objective: This study aimed to evaluate annual consumption during 2004-2013 of diazepam, an essential medicine which is controlled under the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances in Indonesia and to investigate factors influencing its use in health facilities.Methods: This was a case study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Annual consumption was calculated from the quantity of exports and imports. The use of diazepam was calculated from consumption deducted by 20% buffer stock. The consumption and use of diazepam were presented in kilogram and also in defined daily doses for statistical purposes (S-DDD). In-depth interviews were conducted to investigate factors that influence the use of diazepam. Triangulation was conducted to confirm the qualitative and quantitative findings.Results: The annual average consumption in 2004-2006 was 530 kg.
