J.‐C.) antérieure au sanctuaire romain (I er -II e s. apr. J.‐C.).

As the various camps superimposed on each other were each time carefully cleaned and destroyed by the Romans, these consist only of rare lost or fragmented objects. They do, however, allow us to understand what these installations were, which are very rare in the West, and to date them to the second quarter of the 1st century BC.

The instrumentum stemming from a necropolis of the late Antiquity to Savasse ( Drôme)
An excavation led by Inrap in 2010 at a place called La Croze in Savasse, enabled the discovery of a hundred graves, dating from the fourth and fifth century AD. Many artifacts within the adornment and clothing were found: bracelets, rings, shoes or belts.
Through these findings, we discuss the issue of militariae and their origin, identification of headdresses and the meaning of a Christian motif ring in this necropolis to pagan cults.
Avec la collaboration de Christine Ronco.
