This study aimed to point out the ways and measures that used in the public sector organizations to measure the customer satisfaction, and what are the benefits of this measurement. By tackling the Islamic Waqf Institution in Jordan as a case study to represent the study population, and by distributing a written questionnaire on (43) families who are suffering from poverty. The study results indicated that the Islamic Waqf Institution in its current situation is not able to accomplish a higher degree of customer satisfaction, because the institution does not respond beneficiaries ’ needs and desires in its activities. Recommendations and implications are also presented.

Our paper is mainly based on our own research data from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. It provides preliminary answer s to the question of how the performance of public bodies is related to their co untries` public administration education system. The first part assesses how succe ssful New Public Management (NPM) tools were in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE ). Our data and many other sources suggest that NPM based reforms delivered li ttle, for both general and regionspecific reasons. Along with many other factors NPM implementation is significantly influenced by the quality of public servants, which is partly determi ned by the quality of their education and training. To collect the necessary information on this topic we undertook a comprehensive study covering three countries. This study aims at defining the role of the marketing factors in affecting the Jordanian student choice of a private university. Through asking a random sample consists of 25 females and 25 males about the factors according to their point of view, the financial cost has the most significant effect on their selection of the universities, but between females this factor was not significant word of mouth and university branding has higher degree in influencing the students choice of the university among females.
