The aim of the research is to focuses on assessing the impact of accreditation of higher education institutions on enhancing the quality of the teaching/ learning process and the learning outcomes. This research carried out to examine the impact of accreditation on the teaching and learning process at accredited institutions. Objective of this research was to gather measurable insights about the impact of accreditation on the teaching and learning process. The primary objective of this research was to gather measurable insights about the impact of accreditation on the teaching and learning process. Study results divided into two parts corresponding to two distinct groups of respondents.  Institute Directors/ Principals formed group 1 and Lecturers/ Instructors formed group 2. This study explores the influence of educating the balanced scorecard indicators on the financial performance and investment decision in general industrial shareholding companies in Jordan. We collected the perception based data from the 122 financial and planning managers working in the industrial shareholding companies in Jordan. At first, we check the reliability of all constructs and their items through Cronbach Alpha test and ensured the validity of all constructs. There is a statistically significant impact of financial dimension, customer dimension, learning and growth dimension and internal process dimension on the financial performance of the general industrial shareholding companies using balance scorecard. Sales forecasting is an essential task in the retail management field. Intelligent forecasting using machine learning techniques can help discover the selection of feature variables that influence prediction of sales growth. A Python program implementation is adopted to compute; develop and visualizing forecasting model of historical sales data based on advertising media opted to do the effective sales promotion. Python supports working on predictive algorithms through accessing from Python libraries. For this purpose, it relies on the past observations based transaction data set file as an input to produce output without worrying about the underlying mechanism. The results indicated that TV media is the feature variable that influences the prediction of sales of linear regression model. Regression results of OLS model type are displayed with coefficient values to substitute in the linear regression equation. Seaborne library of Python is used to generate the visualization of charts and graphs.

The telecom industry is facing fierce competition. Customer retention is becoming a real challenge. Telecom companies do not want their customers to leave them and look for other service providers. Thus addressing customer churn is becoming a problem. This paper determines the customer churn percentage for a given case of transaction data set as a secondary data. The objective of this research is to identify the probability of customer churn using predictive analytics technique using logistic regression model in order to assess the tendency of probability of customer churn. The result of model accuracy got is 0.8. Based on the existing telecom case study data, customer churn percentage is determined as shown in the graph in the main body of the paper and weighting factors of model function are computed using Python programming language and its libraries.

Purpose: The purpose of this research paper is to segment the best contributed retail management customers of a super store and corresponding least contributed customers for a given transaction period based on the customer purchase behavior. This research aims to identify the rules of lean system application in the service industry. It also seeks to highlight the requirements of applying the lean production system on Al-Ahliyya Amman University to reduce costs. The research was conducted in the form of a case-study in Al-Ahliyya Amman University. Data was collected through discussions with some the officials in the university. Including the HR manager, the financial manager, the student affairs manager, and the student registration manager. The results showed that lean production was most successful in service organisations that depend on the core components of lean; such as continuous improvement, problem-solving, decision-making, knowledge management, and technology usage. These components together can be a critical key to reducing costs which is what Just-in-time technique aims to do.

This study aims to examine the impact of the balanced scorecard; the finances, customers, internal processes, learning, and growth, on the marketing innovation, in services; promotion, pricing, and distribution. The study also examines the reality of implementation of this tool in service ministries in Jordan represented by; public health, private hospitals sector, tourism, and antiquities. The study was conducted on a sample of 371 employees who are supervisory or non-supervisory incumbents in services ministries in Jordan. By using the descriptive analytical approach, the results showed that the balanced scorecard has a significant impact on the customer dimension in enhancing marketing innovation in the ministries. They also showed the impact on the dimension of learning and growth in enhancing innovation in the promotion, while the customer's dimension shows an impact on enhancing innovation in pricing in the ministry of tourism, innovation in distribution affected by the customer dimensions. The degree of impact is affected by the differences between the respondents in terms of educational level and job title. In this study, the researchers recommend that ministries enhance the components of application of the balanced scorecard to increase their ability to improve their performance.

This study aimed to point out the ways and measures that used in the public sector organizations to measure the customer satisfaction, and what are the benefits of this measurement. By tackling the Islamic Waqf Institution in Jordan as a case study to represent the study population, and by distributing a written questionnaire on (43) families who are suffering from poverty. The study results indicated that the Islamic Waqf Institution in its current situation is not able to accomplish a higher degree of customer satisfaction, because the institution does not respond beneficiaries’ needs and desires in its activities. Recommendations and implications are also presented.

The main goal of this study is to identify housewives’ attitudes towards locally-made products in comparison with imported produce. Furthermore, it aims to detect the degree of their satisfaction with each product regarding its quality, advertising tools (the media) and targeted groups (Jordanian housewives) with a more focus on their attitudes towards home-made products, namely baby’s diapers. This study focused on collecting primary and secondary data through a structured questionnaire which was handed out to a sample consisting of 519 respondents and distributed all throughout Amman. Whereas the bullwhip effect is a phenomenon strictly related to supply chain management and regards the magnification and variance in order volumes observed at upstream nodes in a supply chain, the eWOM refers to the knowledge exchange which consumers carry out online, known as online rating or review systems. It delivers credible and relevant product information to potential customers and thus can significantly impact the consumer choices. EWOM as a Social Mediated Monitoring (SMM) technique, when combined with web analytics and predictive modeling, will have potential to generate probabilistic information. EWOM is trying to upgrade its portfolio as an effective alternate to brand communication media in the Internet supported business environment. This study aims to explore the influence of electronic Word Of Mouth (eWOM) with the actual adoption of internet technologies in influencing customer demand in the enterprise supply chain management scenario as well as how it influences demand uncertainty that can cause bullwhip effect. The research methodology follows a qualitative method of eliciting literature evidences, correlations and manifestations through reviews, available surveys and brief on example case findings. We conclude that by integrating Business Intelligence and web analytics, organizations can derive better customer demand information and Key Performance Indicator along the Supply chain so that it can be used to mitigate the Bullwhip effect. But providing decision management capability under Multi-Enterprise Collaboration requires the integrated effort of end-to-end solutions to enable collaborative enterprise information sharing capability with visibility and quality customer demand information.
