My research addressed the research question-What aspects affect the quality of doctor-patient communication in the hospitals in Nepal, why, and how? First, it is usually doctors who carry ultimate responsibility for communication and its failure. Second, responsibility for patient care is often shared among various health professionals (Australia Government 5). I predicted that a problem existed in doctor-patient communication in the Nepalese hospitals, because only a great concentration was focused in task-oriented inputs to benefit patients, but similar input was hardly placed on doctor-patient communication until now. As no previous research had ever been done in these matters in Nepal, in this research I examined the aspects of doctor-patient communication of existing problems and challenges in this area, assessed the current and future needs and have made a number of recommendations addressing satisfaction issues in this sector. Introduction My research topic is " Rhetoric of Patient-Doctor Communication in Nepal ". The rhetoric of health and medicine refers to both the study and application of persuasive language and symbols in health and medicine (Segal 11). Rhetoric is the art or skill of speaking or writing formally and effectively, especially as a way to persuade or influence people, and effective doctor-patient communication is a central clinical function in building a therapeutic doctor-patient relationship. Rhetorical analysis, therefore, requires a careful examination of texts and contexts that can be understood and appreciated as both productive and interpretative― " the study of language " and " the study of how to use it " (Selzer 280). This research has focused on the use of language.

Only with team spirit, we can achieve something higher. We seem to know how to listen, as we believe that listening is an automatic response to blare. We do it without thinking. This is the reason why so many of us are poor listeners. In this paper, I have explored the importance of listening, the kinds of listening required in the workplace, and how to become a playmaker. In addition, the paper deals with role of effective teams, connection between listening skill and teamwork, how to listen properly, listening at workplace, and approaches to effective listening.  Although many of the tips for improving our listening skills will be effective in our professional and personal life, my analysis is mainly about workplace and employment needs, and this will expedite teamwork by minimizing conflicts in any organization.
