This paper examines the potential of wiki technology as an e-learning tool in Al-Baha University, Saudi Arabia with a random sample in two colleges: science and education. 24 male students participated in this survey. The data is collected through interviewer-administered questionnaires with 16 questions divided into four axes. The data is analysed to reveal the students' perceptions of using wiki technology in learning. The results indicate that, students prefer to learn collaboratively with positive perceptions of wiki. These results lead us to determine the possible potential of wiki technology as an e-learning tool for undergraduate students in similar contexts.

The importance of this research arises from the need to provide a blueprint for future strategic developments in e-learning in Saudi universities, and thus improve policy and practice for the betterment of student learning. This paper uses the Economic Market mechanisms and the 4P Marketing Mix as lenses to review the context of UK higher education (HE) and to explore the relationship between the market and marketing disciplines and practice. Four Economic Market mechanisms – autonomy, competition, price and information – are contrasted with the four Ps of marketing: product, price, place and promotion. This paper demonstrates how market forces influence HE institutions and, in contrast, how HE institutions shape the environment via marketing practice. Knowing how one discipline relates to another is crucial for those who strive to understand the context of HE.

The tools within book promotion the history an the present day conditions of the publishing house Fragment, it's communication activities, their quantifications and bearing. The subject of my research is the literature for childrens and youths. The bookstores communicativity, the perception of the books for the customers and effect of specific advertising mediums. I conclude with possible concepts for other communication activities for the publishing house Fragment.
