Ada dua hal yang sangat significant yang harus dipelihara oleh seorang hamba agar pujian-pujian akan kemahakuasaan-Nya selalu terpatri dalam sanubarinya dengan harapan bahwa tiada sedikitpun kepantasan bagi seorang hamba untuk menyombongkan diri dan mengingkari rahmat Allah. Dua hal yang dimaksud adalah sifat khauf dan raja’. dengan sifat khauf, seorang hamba akan senantiasa merasa takut untuk berbuat maksiat kepada-nya dan raja’ merupakan sifat yang senantiasa mengharap rahmat dan ampunan-Nya. Dengan memelihara kedua sifat ini, maka terbuktilah bahwa seorang hamba telah berakhlak kepada Allah SWT.

Corruption means the act of abusing authority, position, or the trust was performed by a man to meet profit, private or group needs, which legally is certainly wrong, and detrimental to the various parties. Thus the corruption that there are three elements that is corrupt (nature), corruption (shape), and corruption (the culprit), also the existence of the elements inherent in the act of corruption, namely the first, the effort darken, hide, take possession of, second, violate the norms in force, the third, misuse of interest (trust) for the sake of something, the fourth, the presence of the injured party, both material and nonmaterial. Corruption brings negative effect very harmful to society, individuals, political developments, the bureaucracy, and the development of the younger generation. It was also supported by-dalil normative proposition, Holly Qur " an use different terminology to express corruption, including ghulul, risywah, suht, ghasab, saraqah, and bakhs. Actually there are several variants of terms that could also represent acts of corruption such as khana (treacherous), al-Hirabah or intikhab (rob), and gifts. And that is closest to the meaning of the expression of this corruption is ghulul and risywah. Also in Islam be confirmed that this corrupt behavior, is part of a crime that violates the norms, the teachings of Islam (Shari'ah) Yag has been established, both also the norms or rules of Islam and of the state constitution. As a form of punishment for the perpetrators of corruption in Islam (as found from the arguments normative) can be ta'zir, prisons, etc. depending on the authorities. A. Pendahuluan Perilaku korupsi, seolah-olah sudah hidup di bagian masyarakat. Dalam konteks ke-Indonesiaan, ketika sistem hukum dan sistem sosial tidak mendukung, maka keteladanan tokoh masyarakat akan berperan sangat penting dalam memberantas korupsi. Jadi harus dimulai dari diri sendiri, untuk merubah perlu kesadaran penuh dari individu ke sosial. Kendatipun, pada kenyataannya permasalahan korupsi di negeri ini sudah sedemikian akutnya, adanya upaya pemberantasan korupsi yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum selama ini terkesan lamban. In the last decade, there have been many practices of religious violence in the name of Islam. Various social tensions and conflicts both between internal adherents of religion, and between religious communities has sparked violence that claimed many victims. Religion seemed as a basis to kill people because of differences in ideology or confidence. In fact Islam has declared itself as a religion is a mercy to the universe and to guarantee freedom of religion and believes. Conflict should be seen as part of the communication, the more intelligent the believers in managing the conflicts that occur in the society, so the quality of their diversity are better. Because the essence of religion is how one be able to interact socially as well to the fellow believers and to different religions.

Diakui atau tidak, fiqh adalah salah satu cabang ilmu keislaman yang paling 'dituntut' untuk dimengerti, dipahami dan sudah tentu diamalkan oleh setiap pribadi muslim dalam kehidupan sehari-hari setelah ilmu tauhid dan akhlak. Maka tak mengherankan jika mata kuliah/pelajaran fiqh menjadi mata kuliah wajib di setiap jenjang pendidikan Islam dari tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi dengan bobot SKS yang cukup besar. Namun perlu disadari dan dimengerti, bahwa belajar fiqh tidak bisa lepas dari adanya keragaman pendapat dan aliran yang terkadang cukup membingungkan bagi sebagian mahasiswa. Dari itu, kajian fiqh perbandingan atau perbandingan madzhab kiranya dapat mengatasi kebingungan ini. Mengingat dalam mata kuliah ini, mahasiswa dibekali dengan pengetahuan teoritis segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan madzhab, sebab-sebab perbedaan madzhab, latar belakang kemunculan madzhab, dan bahkan mengkaji secara langsung contoh-contoh perbedaan madzhab dalam masalah fiqh. Sengaja mata kuliah ini didesaian dengan memberikan tambahan materi ormas Islam di Indonesia dan metode penetapan hukumnya seperti NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, MUI dan lain-lain guna memperkaya pemahaman mahasiswa di tengah-tengah masyarakat. II. Kompetensi Mahasiswa a. Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu mengetahui, mengerti serta memahami perbandingan madzhab, sebab-sebab perbedaan madzhab dan ruang lingkup kajian perbandingan mazdhab. b. Mahasiswa sanggup melakukan kajian perbandingan madzhab dalam masalah-masalah furu'iyyah khususnya yang terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat. c. Mahasiswa sanggup dan mampu menyikapi adanya perbedaan madzhab dengan penuh toleransi dan lapang dada dengan tetap mampu melakukan kajian kritis untuk menentukan pendapat terkuat dan termaslahat.

Due to the growing information tecnologi encorages communication and interaction betwn culture civilization of the nation more intensive, then globalization which is accompanied by massive social change is an inevitable current. With such developments, the current discourse on multicultural education is often discussed in every polotic, social, cultur and especially among education thinkers. Thus, it is imparative for us together to thing of the solution.education should play a rote in solving conflicts in the community with one another, there is no dispure among human being, Islam is a religion that teaches universal valuses in otherto give grace to the universe (rahmatan lil 'alamin) so there are verses of the Quran and hadith that teach about peace, compassion, respect for difference.

The article discusses the analysis of the managemen of the school as a form of organization in esucation. School based is a form of new models in the management of education at the school level where school are given the authoryti end responsibility of the large. School management in the form of this kins must be in accordance with the principles of good school namely, increasd parcitipation, transparency, and accountability. School as an organitation must have a management. In other words, management can be regarded as a process in implementing the organitation.
