For this, we used the methodology of content analysis (BARDIN, 1977). The objective was to identify, from this corpus, the use of transmedia storytelling as a strategic digital resource, defined using parameters designed by Henry Jenkins (2009), and the use of the dialogic loop, concept of Kent and Taylor (1998), to communication and feedback among its publics. From the results obtained, it is thought that this study can contribute to the discussion, improvement and optimization of the use of digital platforms and communication strategies of Brazilian soccer clubs.

It has become a digital environment where ephemeral, highly stimulating, and visual communication reigns from being initially a platform for teenagers. Today, it brings together a wide range of broadcasters, including the media and journalists. And, as it occurs in social networks, in a context of hyperconnectivity, false information is easily made viral, thus contributing to the development of disinformation. Methodology. From a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques, such as case studies, content analysis, in-depth interviews, and surveys, the communication of factcheckers with an active profile on TikTok is analyzed to determine the keys to debunking hoaxes and combating disinformation on such a particular social network, where users apparently go to have fun and distract themselves. Discussion and conclusions. It is evident the relevance and needs for media, journalists, and the verification media to carry out their work through new scenarios such as TikTok. Not only to ensure a message reaching increase to new audience segments, but also as an innovative process to attack the phenomenon of disinformation, such as fake news and speculation that is increasingly decentralized through digital channels. TikTok has been a narrative challenge based on message synthesis and visual creativity.

In this paper, it was explored through a critical literature review, the strategic points, and scenarios within soccer and some of its main unfolding's. The aim of the study was to identify the main strands of study on the research developed during 2020 around the topic of Covid-19 and football and, to try to understand the impact that the absence of football practice has on the construction of skills in this generation of young footballers.A systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol was used as methodology. Through a deductive analysis three clusters were created: business, health, and wellness and socio-cultural.As main results, the professional soccer scenario had the largest number of studies, followed by professional and amateur soccer. In the field of study analysis area, the field of health and well-being was the one where more studies were found and, the subject's control and transmission and physiological impacts were the most highlighted. This study provides an opportunity to assess how processes within football are being studied in a period of crisis, which has quickly responded to the needs of professional soccer and little or no work force has been shifted to seek solutions for the resumption of soccer practice in the lower ranks. The study also highlights a window of opportunity for the development of studies in the typology of training soccer, it is suggested that in future research work can develop studies in this direction. To do so, a study was carried out on the content of publications on TikTok in four countries with different idiosyncrasies and national realities: Spain, Portugal, Brazil, and the United States. Interviews were also conducted with fact-checking agencies on the potential for misinformation and fact-checking potential on this social network. The results suggest that due to its characteristics as a fresh, visual network with easily shareable and viral content, TikTok is a network that facilitates the spread of disinformation, but which in turn is a tool for debunking hoaxes beyond the range of action of conventional media.

The audio solutions provider reveals data on the increasing production and consumption of podcasts in Brazil in 2019 and how it continues to grow in 2020, despite the pandemic (Voxnest, 2020). This is the premise for this article, where we seek to conduct an study to understand how and why Brazilians listen to podcasts. By reviewing data obtained in a survey conducted on 566 listeners at the beginning of 2020, we aim on the one hand to uncover the possibility of a connection between radio listeners and podcast consumers and/or the emergence of new listening practices that seek to complement or replace radio consumption (Llinares, Fox & Berry, 2018). On the other hand, we want to assess podcast listening motivations, looking for an approach that not only considers consumption numbers, but that explores the main reasons to choose podcasts, why they are listened to and what topics listeners are looking for. Finally, this article aims at studying the reception and engagement with podcasts in the Brazilian context, which is little approached in this area. The study’s main findings reveal that podcasts complement radio listening, thus highlighting the continuous relation between radio and podcasting. The results also show how podcast listeners search for content they don’t find on the traditional media. We conclude that, although there are many podcasts available in the Brazilian Portuguese language, listeners point to a lack of offer diversification. We can also highlight that social media play an increasingly important role in the discovery of new podcasts by listeners.

According to Ray Soto, Director of Emerging Technology for the USA Today Network, in 2021, it was... more According to Ray Soto, Director of Emerging Technology for the USA Today Network, in 2021, it was essential to “begin to explore a spatial computing future that seamlessly connects our content experiences across many devices, including immersive technology platforms”. To the specialist, immersion is one crucial area in journalism since technological developments, namely the “introduction of 5G and LiDAR technologies into mobile devices”, have opened up new possibilities in terms of interactivity. In the predictions made to the Nieman Lab (2021), Soto argues that “news gets spatial” and that “organizations across the media industry will create teams dedicated to the exploration of immersive storytelling”. If it is true that technological developments, especially interactive and mobile platforms, have allowed new journalistic experiences to users (Vázquez-Herrero and de Haan, 2022; An introduction to immersive journalism in class: an experience with photography and 360 videos on the SeekBeak platform (Soler-Adillon and Sora, 2018), we must not forget that in terms of journalistic production, the bet on many of these new ways of telling stories has still been reduced. Storytelling innovation, particularly immersive storytelling, poses several challenges to newsrooms, namely from the perspective of professionals’ skills. As we have already seen concerning other areas, such as data journalism, there are still few professionals in the Portuguese context specialized in these areas, working in newsrooms (Martinho, 2014; Alexandre 2014; Moura, 2018). On the other hand, we can also question whether this type of training is already part of academic curricula and the extent to which future journalists have been prepared to work with innovative tools and technologies from the point of view of storytelling, especially immersive storytelling. Thus, and even before we think about the constitution of teams within the newsrooms, it is crucial to try new teaching-learning processes. In this context, we cannot fail to look at the offer of training in journalism (Larrondo Ureta and Peña Fernández, 2018) nor at the curricula of the courses (Marinho, 2015; Coelho, 2015), since these help us to understand the growing importance that has been given to technology and new digital media, but also the identified need for greater “proximity and exchange between academia and newsrooms” (Pinto, 2015: 10). On the other hand, we should also note that the insertion of immersive approaches in teaching and learning journalism is still limited, assuming above all a conceptual logic, that is, not oriented towards know-how to do (Canavilhas, Giacomelli and Morais, 2021). Thus, the present work attempts to account for an experience made with journalism students within the scope of a web journalism curricular unit. As part of this experience, students were challenged to use SeekBeak, a flexible and easy-to-use interactive 360 photo and virtual tour platform, to tell the story of a chosen space within the university.

study to understand how and why Brazilians listen to podcasts. On the other hand, we want to assess podcast listening motivations, looking for an approach that not only considers consumption
numbers, but that explores the main reasons to choose podcasts, why they are listened to and what topics listeners are looking for.
