In order to conduct this research making it contextual to Nepal, different 3, 4 and 5 star hotels were sampled by the researchers. For this both qualitative and quantitative methods of research were used. The data were also collected from the customers in order to get their perspective regarding the services delivered by the Hotels so that it would serve as a guideline for the hotels to propose the possible solutions to the existing challenges enabling them to not only meet but also exceed the expectations of the customers by delivering top notch service. The findings of this research have projected the adversities of the different challenges in customer service within the hotel industry.
