Integrities the underlying quality of the public trust and are a benchmark(benchmark) for the members in his decision to test all. This research aimed to analyze the effects of the competence of the auditors and the auditor independency on the integrity of the financial statements at the manufacturing company registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted using the quantitative method on the financial statements of manufacturing company registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2013. The total sample comprised 24 companies which were determined using purposive sampling technique. The testing method of the hypotheses was the multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that not all the variables were compatible with the hypotheses and all significant effects on the integrity of the financial statement.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine differences between abnormal returns before and after Idul Fitri holidays on Jakarta Islamic Index stock (JII) compared with shares is not including the Jakarta Islamic Index stock (Non JII). This research is event study with comparative analysis between abnormal return Jakarta Islamic Index stocks (JII) and that is not included in the Jakarta Islamic Index stocks (Non JII). The time of research is about five days before Idul Fitri holidays and five days after the Idul Fitri holidays with period five years from 2009 until 2013. The result of this research is the abnormal returns after Idul Fitri holidays is higher than before the Idul Fitri holidays, both for JII stock and non JII . This study aims to see the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment to North Sumatra Police State Police School Educators. The study was conducted on 75 educators. Data collection is a scale method, namely the Leader Member Exchange scale, the scale of job satisfaction and the scale of organizational commitment. Before the scale was used, a scale trial was carried out on 40 civil servants / civil servants. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression. The results showed; There is a very significant relationship between leader member exchange and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The Purpose of this study is conducting mitigate fraud transaction by adapting the concept of siri’ na pacce’. This research is a qualitative research with a critical ethnographic approach. The source of data from this study is primary data in the form of direct interviews to several informants and subjects in the form of data from the research location. Furthermore, the data collection methods used was in-depth interviews, documentation and recording. Then, the processing and data analysis techniques are qualitative analysis by building conclusions with the stages of data collection, triangulation data analysis and final conclusion. The results of this study indicate Lempu’ and ada tongeng 'in the dimension of honesty accountability, namely honesty and wisdom which are keys in reducing fraud. The value of clay is reinforcement in the implementation of accountability can be seen in the process of offering, ordering, payment and delivery.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work culture, compensation, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The idea of improving employee performance is in line with the need to improve the quality of sustainable development plans in planning agencies. Using a case study of employees at the Bima District Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bima), this research highlights the importance of improving employee performance for achieving the quality of planning and budgeting policies.   The criteria used in the purposive sampling are based on the status of position IIIa and a minimum working period of 3 years. This study aims to determine the effect of metacognitive strategiy on critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in human digestive system material at SMAN 5 and SMAN 12 in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2018/2019. The method used in this study is Experimental with the Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects of the study were all students of class XI IPA in both SMAN 5 and SMAN 12 Banda Aceh. The students of SMAN 5 from class IPA 4 was used as the control class meanwhile students from class IPA 2 as the experimental class. This study aims to determine the competence criteria of biology teachers in Aceh Province in the components of CK, TK, PK, PCK, TCK, TPK, and TPACK, to find out the significant differences in TPACK competence of biology teachers based on teacher certification and teaching experience.
