This place is for all Acehnese, especially the district of Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh also foreign tourists and domestic tourists who come to Aceh. The problem studied is the use of land in the area of Art Market in Aceh so as to accommodate all the activities in it. Location and design of Art Market is located in the region of Aceh Jalan Sultan Iskandar Muda, Ulhee Lheu, . The main objective of this design is to make a place that can unite craftsmen and artists Aceh and promotion as well as a place to learn various crafts and arts that exist in Aceh. This design process begins with a field study approach by looking at the physical condition of the site design, literature studies and comparative studies from various sources about the object type associated with Art Market. The next stage is to identify problems that arise in the design with consideration of site conditions, local government regulations and design criteria. The problems in the analysis and found the solution which then used the concept in designing the Art Market, with the Theme Art is an expression of human feelling with Expresionits style The results reported in the form of a concept of planning and pre-design as a guide in the design of Art Market building in Aceh.
