THE IMPACT OF EU POLICIES ON HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT2024 •
The study starts with a brief description of the political economy context of the housing crisis (1), and in its subsequent sections, it elaborates on six questions. It might be used as a toolkit providing information, going to their sources, about EU institutions and their powers (2.1), European Parliament (EP) and European Commission (EC) initiatives on housing and urban development (2.2 and 2.3), EU economic policies (3.1) and social rights instruments (3.2), and recommendations formulated in the last few years by different actors interested in housing matters (7.1, 7.2, and 7.3). The authors define some conclusions and partial recommendations under each section (2.4, 3.3. and 7.4) and express a verdict regarding the critical points in EU policies and instruments (4). Under sections 5 and 6, the study depicts a number of measures to be taken in the housing-urban development nexus and some possible targets to address in a Europe-wide campaign on housing.

Berdasarkan pengguna atau pemakai yang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, media pembelajaran terdiri atas media pembelajaran yang digunakan secara massal dan individual. Berdasarkan kerumitan dan biayanya, media pembelajaran terdiri atas big media dan little media. Berdasarkan pembuatan dan pemanfaatannya, media pembelajaran terdri atas media by design dan media by utilization. Berdasarkan dimensinya, media pembelajaram terdiri atas media dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi. Berdasarkan proyeksinya, media pembelajaran terdiri atas media proyeksi dan tidak diproyeksikan. Klasifikasi media menurut Rudi Brets yaitu audio-motion-visual, audio-still-visual, audio-semi-motion, motion-visual, still-visual, semi-motion, audio, dan cetakan. Media pembelajaran memiliki penggunaan, fungsi dan manfaatnya. Sumber belajar meliputi segala sesuatu yang digunakan untuk memfasilitasi belajar. Klasifikasi sumber belajar terdiri dari pesan, manusia, bahan, peralatan, teknik, dan latar. Terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengelola sumber belajar yaitu pengadaan dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar serta memanfaatkan sumber dan sarana belajar. Terdapat manfaat dan fungsi dari sumber belajar.

Research has attributed difficulties in doing so largely to problems and difficulties in the process of knowledge transfer, and has recently pinpointed the essential role of implementing knowledge from other parts of the world, and the learning required to do so. An ethos of knowledge transfer, implementation and learning are needed for international business success. Chinese multinational companies are new and significant phenomena, are newly internationalizing, and are culturally ill-disposed to such an ethos. This study will employ longitudinal ethnographic research to identify if and how they reconcile this conundrum, to advance understanding concerning the link between knowledge and learning and international business development. A INCLUSÃO DA AUTOCOMPOSIÇÃO DE CONFLITOS NAS GRADES CURRICULARES DOS CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO EM DIREITO: EDUCAÇÃO PARA UMA CULTURA DE PAZ2023 •
O presente artigo possui o seguinte problema de pesquisa: a inclusão da autocomposição de conflitos no currículo dos cursos brasileiros de graduação em Direito é uma medida que se coaduna com o atingimento da meta nº 4.7 do ODS nº 4 da Agenda 2030 da ONU? O objeto de estudo é a Resolução CNE/CES nº 5/2018. O objetivo é analisar se a inserção dos métodos autocompositivos na referida grade curricular pode contribuir para o alcance daquela meta. O método de abordagem adotado é o dedutivo, e o método de procedimento utilizado é o monográfico. A conclusão é a de que a Resolução CNE/CES nº 5/2018 constitui um relevante instrumento para que os estudantes de Direito obtenham as habilidades necessárias para promover uma cultura de paz e não violência na sociedade.
