This paper proposes a method involving interdisciplinary participation with the purpose of identifying users’ needs and analyzing the commercial competition for support products for disabled people. This method joins together quality function deployment (QFD) and Analytical Hierarchy Process technique (AHP). The method was applied to the evaluation of products in support of mobility (ISO9999: 2007) for people with lower limb disability, in order to favor their social inclusion in the city of Cali, Colombia. The users’ opinions were collected through a poll that followed the principles of the International Classification of Functioning, Disabilityand Health. It was concluded that the use of QFD and AHP with interdisciplinary teams is more reliable when considering users’ needs than the use of the simple weighing method proposed by QFD and some of its variations. The application of QFD from the perspective of users favors radical innovation and not justa specific product.

Today VoIP (Voice over IP) and video conference are very common in internet. But the other side, network security is more complicated than before, our network infrastructure set firewalls become a basic network security equipments. Not only enterprises will set up firewall system, most of SOHOs and individual users also set at least one firewall in their network. In order to allow video conference environment normally operates in a firewall environment, IETF and the video conference industry have already propose a lot of solution. [1] This article is going to present some common frameworks to measure and analysis video conference normally working under the DDoS attack just only using a network firewall.

This is version 1.0.1 of the powder CIF dictionary (pdCIF). A commentary on the use of this dictionary, which also discusses the organization of powder data sets, especially for studies of multiphase samples and for studies referring to external calibration standards, may be found in Chapter 3.3. The data names defined here complement those in the core CIF dictionary (Chapter 4.1) and should be used to describe the results of powder diffraction studies. Keywords: crystallography; CIF; CIF dictionaries; Crystallographic Information File; pdCIF; powder Crystallographic Information File; data names; data categories; DDL1

Mozambique is a country in development. Rapid changes are taking place in the socioeconomic sector. Mega projects are being implemented successfully like the establishment of Mozambique nearby the capital Maputo with an installed capacity of producing 506,000 tons of primary aluminum; the major ports are being privatized; Mozambique Railways is still in the process of privatization; and Mozambique Customs is run by Crown Agents. Also important steps have been made to liberalize external trade. At the same time, however, the existing regulatory framework for business development and trade activities still facilitates excessive bureaucracy, red tape and corruption. This, together with a backlog in maintenance of transport infrastructure, makes it extremely hard for Mozambican producers to compete on international markets. The objective of this Trade and Transport Facilitation Audit (TTFA) is to establish a diagnostic, as comprehensive as possible, on the situation in Mozambique in ter...

Indonesia is the world largest archipelagic country consisting of more than 17,000 islands spread over more than 5,000 kilometers from west to east. The land area is 1,860,360 km² and the sea area 5,800,000 km² with a total of 81,000 km of coastal line. The population is more than 237 million (2010). The population density is 124 inhabitants per km². The population is very uneven distributed over the islands. Java has 58 percent of the population with only 7 percent of the total area. The population density in Java is 1,055 inhabitants per km². Maluku and Papua and Kalimantan have much lesser population densities with 11 and 25 inhabitants per km², respectively. The geographical nature of Indonesia with its many islands and the uneven distribution of the population put enormous challenges in developing infrastructure and tackling regional disparities. Lack of infrastructure has hampered the effort to develop and realize the national and regional economic potentials. The organization...

ABSTRACT Purpose Identify the categories of the “International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health” (CIF) for the classification of functionality to users of the Rede Nacional de Cuidados Continuados Integrados (RNCCI). Objective Identify ICF categories to classify the population with the characteristics of RNCCI users. Methodology Research was conducted at EBSCO through CINAHL Plus with Full Text and MEDLINE with Full Text. Scientific articles published in Full Text (March 2012) between 01/01/2000 and 03/31/2012 were selected, using the PI [C]O method. Were selected 15 items of 23 matches. Results 248 categories were identified which characterize the functionality of the population with the features of RNCCI users. It was found that from these, 86 have a frequency description of less than 50% and are divided by four ICF components. Conclusions The identified categories are distributed as follows: 26 categories of the component Body Functions (32.56%) in 15 articles, 5 categories of the component Body Structures (5.81%) in 13 articles, 35 categories of the component Activities and Participation (40.70%) in 15 articles, 18 categories of the component Environmental Factors (20.93%) in 14 articles. This systematic review can begin the process of characterizing the functionality of users RNCCI according to ICF.
