ҳамкорликнинг бир неча кўринишлари, хусусан,  касб-ҳунар таълими соҳасидаги раҳбар ва педагог кадрлар тайёрлаш, меҳнат бозори учун малака даражаларини ишлаб чиқишда касб-ҳунар  таълими  ва  олий  таълим  ҳамкорлиги  масалалари,  шунингдек,  малакаларни  тан олишни  таъминлашдаги  ҳамкорлик  масалалари  семинар  материаллари  асосида  таҳлил этилган.  ОТ  ва  КҲТ  ҳамкорлигини  маҳаллий  даражада  ривожланишини  қўллаб-қувватлашга доир бир қатор фикрлар ҳам мазкур мақолада ўз аксини топган.
В статье, основываясь на материалах семинара, освящены вопросы сотрудничества между высшим образованием и профессиональной подготовкой , в особенности, вопросы в области управления профессиональным образованием и
подготовкой учителей, сотрудничества высшего образования и профессионально-технического образования в разработке квалификационных степеней для рынка труда, а также обеспечение признания квалификаций. В том числе, в данной статье отражены некоторые размышления о поддержке сотрудничества высшего и специального образования
на местном уровне .
In this article sanctified cooperation between higher education and vocational training, in particular, the issues in the field of management of vocational education and teacher’s training, cooperation of higher education and vocational education for the development of
qualifying degrees for the labor market, and ensuring recognition of qualifications based on the materials of the seminar. In particular, this paper highlights some reflections on the support of the
cooperation of higher and vocational education at the local level.

La evaluación educativa ha sido un tema de amplia investigación en el ámbito académico general, en el caso de la evaluación en música actualmente se ha despertado un interés por encontrar modelos evaluativos que puedan ajustarse a las características de las disciplinas artísticas, en las cuales, el desarrollo emocional de los estudiantes es de tanta importancia, pero ha sido obviado en su registro y seguimiento, limitando la acción pedagógica a lo netamente intelectual o a lo práctico. A continuación se presenta un artículo de reflexión acerca de las concepciones posmodernas inmersas en una investigación que busca describir a profundidad la problemática y las experiencias de investigación subyacentes para diseñar una propuesta en la que la evaluación es concebida como una oportunidad constante de aprendizaje para el desarrollo intelectual y emocional de estudiantes de Guitarra Eléctrica de la Universidad Sergio Arboleda.

This article deals with the highly topical issue of the character and results of scientific and pedagogical cooperation of universities and cultural institutions in the field of artistic Regional Studies. For a number of federal public institutions of higher education it became the theme of many years of experimental research. The purpose of research – is to develop and test a mechanism of socialization of students and scientists means of artistic of Regional Studies. The object of the research is the socialization of students and scientists means of artistic of Regional Studies. Tasks of the experiment, represented in this research, are divided into three main parts: legal and organizational; methodological and psycho-pedagogical; finance and economics. The paper also shows the methods of the study and its expected results. As a result of scientific and educational cooperation and experimental activities of the universities at the international, federal and regional level, groups of institutions gained multifaceted experience. It gave the possibility to improve significantly the overall results in the formation of human resources. The list of achieved indicators of research and teaching collaboration and experimental work was considered by teams of the universities and cultural institutions. The article invites the researchers for constructive scientific dialogue and the organization of joint research activities.
Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению характера и результатов научно-педагогического сотрудничества вузов и культурно-просветительских учреждений в области художественного краеведения. Для ряда федеральных государственных учреждений высшего профессионального образования это стало ещё и темой многолетнего экспериментального исследования. Цель исследования - разработать и апробировать механизм социализации студентов  и учёных средствами художественного краеведения. Объект исследования – пути социализации студентов  и учёных средствами художественного краеведения. Задачи эксперимента, представляемого в данной работе, подразделяются на три основных блока: нормативно-правовые и организационные; методические и психолого-педагогические; финансово-экономические. В работе также приведены методы проведенного исследования и его планируемые результаты. В результате научно-педагогического сотрудничества и опытно-экспериментальной деятельности университетов на международном, федеральном и региональном уровне коллективами учреждений накоплен многогранный опыт. Это позволило существенно повысить общие результаты в формировании кадрового потенциала. Рассмотрен перечень показателей, достигнутых коллективами университетов в результате научно-педагогического сотрудничества и опытно-экспериментальной работы. Наглядно представлено, как возрастал кадровый потенциал университетов, институтов и исследовательских центров, а также сотрудничающих с ними культурно-просветительских учреждений. Статья приглашает к конструктивному научному диалогу и организации совместной исследовательской деятельности.

impact on the satisfaction of staff, determining the functional objectives of
each employee that would facilitate the linkage between other departments
and establishment itself and organize them in a practical manner that serves
their objectives and avoids the problem of overlapping authority

This chapter approaches the changing geometries of Latin America–Caribbean regionalisms through the lens of South-South cooperation and the role of university education in the construction of a Brazil–Venezuela cross-border sub-region termed ‘Special Border Regime’. Within the general reintensification of South–South cooperation in the geographical area, I concentrate on the Brazil–Venezuela official development cooperation between 2003 and 2015 and the transformation of the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) in relation to the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Peoples’ Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), to argue that a South–South cooperation counter-space is being produced in which university education is sought to be re-established as a fundamental right and state responsibility.

International cooperation in the South China Sea among ASEAN countries in the current context has become an urgent need. To well implement international cooperation, the concerned countries should have consultations based on scientific assessments of practices and prospects. In that spirit, the article will contribute to elucidating the current status of international cooperation in the sea in a number of specific areas now between national countries in the South China Sea and make judgments about development Hope in the future. Maritime Cooperation in the current context is an urgent need for most maritime areas worldwide. Since international cooperation on the sea, countries strengthen building trust, promoting marine economic development and reducing the risk of conflict. Due to the history of the South China Sea, there are many conflicting disagreements over sovereignty disputes, sovereignty rights, and national jurisdiction. Sea and island sovereignty disputes in the South China Sea have many complex developments both in the field and in bilateral and multilateral diplomatic forums. Therefore, international cooperation in the South China Sea among ASEAN countries in the current context has become an urgent need, this issue needs to be researched deeply to contribute to policy consultations. This article contributes to clarifying the current status of international cooperation in the sea in some specific areas between countries in the South China Sea and making judgments about the prospects in the coming time.

O presente produto visa fazer uma reflexão sobre a utilização do Programa de Estudantes-Convênio de Graduação (PEC-G) pelo governo da República Federativa do Brasil como instrumento para realizar a responsabilidade constitucional brasileira em promover a Educação, tida como Direito Fundamental, como meio de promoção ao desenvolvimento internacional.

Die beteiligten Seminare aus Norwegen (Leitung Jens Knigge) und Deutschland (Leitung Christopher Wallbaum) kooperierten online, indem sie einander Sichtweisen auf Unterricht durch Analytical Short Films präsentierten und anschließend in internationalen Kleingruppen (an Laptops) ihre Sichtweisen diskutierten.

RESUMEN Este artículo analiza el poder institucional de la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID) en el proceso de la formulación de políticas educativas en El Salvador, durante el período 2003-2005. Los resultados muestran cómo las instituciones bilaterales y multilaterales aprovechan del capital financiero y académico para orientar los procesos de formación de políticas e influenciar en la decisión sobre cuáles políticas son las más aceptables y deseables. Como se podrá ver, una muestra de esta influencia es la manera en que USAID fue capaz de manipular los procesos de formación de políticas al organizar eventos importantes y producir información esencial que dieron lugar a futuros eventos y posteriores oportunidades para presentar y sobredimensionar sus investigaciones. Además, esta investigación enfatiza que un liderazgo excepcional y una
voluntad política a nivel nacional pueden ser insuficientes para evitar las agendas promovidas por instituciones internacionales. Finalmente, se sugiere que la investigación educativa en países pequeños refleje la noción de pequeñez en el enfoque de la capacidad institucional.
