This article revisits the agrarian question and the related problematic of so-called unfree labor through the prism of two contending approaches to Marxist theory. In highlighting the limitations of the received approach, the conceptual infrastructure of which is pushed to the limit in the face of seismic shifts in the world economy, the article draws on the Uno approach to Marxist theory to examine the case Marx makes for the role of agrarian change in capitalism and sketches out the implications of that for understanding labor relations in nondeveloped economies at the current conjuncture. Operationalizing theoretical insights arrived at in this discussion the article turns to evidence on agrarian change and the commodification of labor power in China.

The sewer system of many historical or holy cities is not well associated with the present need. The managing
of the sewer system of such cities is very difficult. Karbala, located in central Iraq, is one such city that experiences
tremendous pressure on its sewer system due to large visiting population during special religious gathering. As the
sewer system of Karbala city is not designed for such high population like many other historic or holy cities, the sewer
overflows, inundate the roads, and degrade the environmental due to the polluted sewer during religious gatherings.
The problem often becomes critical due to heavy rainfall as the gathering usually happens during monsoon. The
modeling of the sewer water quantity with a varying population and rainfall is important for simulating the sewer
overflow as well as to manage the sewer system. The modeling of the sewer water quality is also important to
understand the possible environmental hazard due to the sewer overflow. In this present study, an attempt has been
taken to simulate the spatiotemporal distribution of the sewer water quantity and quality with a varying population
and rainfall for the prediction of sewer overflow and possible pollution susceptibility. The Stormwater Management
Model (SWMM) will be used in the proposed study. The simulation will be carried out in the city center of the Karbala
city where the stormwater network is not fully developed. It is expected that this study will help in the operational
management of the sewerage system and mitigate the sewer flooding and related environmental problems.

Sewerage management in pilgrimage cities has been a challenging task because the sudden influx of pilgrims exerts tremendous pressure on the sewer system. It is a much more challenging problem in the city of Karbala, Iraq, where the number of pilgrims during peak pilgrimage days is gradually increasing because of the rapid growth of the Muslim population due to their improving economic status and mobility. The objective of the present study is to investigate the impact of population on sewer flow in Karbala. A multiple linear regression based on a statistical analysis approach is used to quantify the impacts of population variation in sewer flow in Karbala. The results show that sewer flow in the city typically increases around 0.0115 m 3 =s for every increase by 1,000 in population. This will be a helpful calculation in understanding, predicting, and abating sewer overflow problems in Karbala.

Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh .There are many types of problems of this city. One of this problems is overpopulation. A large number of floating families live here. They face many adversity every day and lead miserable lives from street to street, they face many problems here. They also create many problems by getting involved in antisocial activities. This study tries to present the socioeconomic conditions of floating families in Dhaka city. It reveals the problems and prospects of floating families in the city. For this, 200 respondents were purposively selected and a semi-structured questionnaire was used to collect data from respondents. Data were analyzed using MS Excel. This Study tries to find out some factors of floating families such as education, number of family members, monthly income and expenditure of family member, living conditions, ownership of property, allowance from GO and NGO, Causes of migration etc. Hence in this research there are some recommendations that will be helpful for policy makers to make effective policy.

Based on registered individual floating population data from 2005 to 2008 of Yiwu, the phenomena that population floating to Yiwu City from 34 province and 91 counties in Jiangxi provinces is analyzed. The study aims at analyzing the “pull” forces of Yiwu City and developing migration models for understanding determinants factors of population migration/floating into Yiwu City from other areas in China. ...
