The purpose of this study is to find out the evaluation of inspectors about the competencies of teachers towards the use of new instructional technologies. This is a qualitative model research. The target population of this study consisted of 25 inspectors serving within the borders of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in 2011. Data was collected by an “interview form” developed by the researcher. The interview form consisted of 7 items. Content analyze, frequency (f) and percentage (%) techniques were used to analyze the data. This research pointed out that regarding the New Instructional Technologies (NIT), inspectors in TRNC believe that: “new teachers are better equipped”, “only 25 percent of teachers are fully making use of NIT”, “Using NIT definitely has positive impact on professional teacher skills”, “the support given to teachers to improve their NIT skills has dramatically dropped within years” and “to improve teachers NIT skills, compulsory and yearly courses had...

In this study, between 2010-2014, the general trend of master’s and doctoral theses in Computer Education and Instructional Technology and 1999-2010 years was to evaluate the situation based on changes between. The sample of the study are obtained from national thesis center at YOK website allowed 119 master's and doctoral theses. For this purpose, the subject of dissertation research and content analysis, methodology, research design, work environment, sample size, data collection and statistical analysis of questionnaires were examined. According to the obtained results, the most studied topics; student outcomes, method; experimental design of qualitative research methods, the working environment; CEIT undergraduate students, 31-100 participants, as data collection and inventory surveys as t-test was used for statistical analysis. Compared with the thesis published between the years 1999-2010; the work is not done or poorly done work on many issues, the working environment as it is to pursue university students from secondary education. It was found that increase using log for data collection and decrease using attitude scale.

The study explored the availability of information and communication technology (ICT) resources for instruction in selected colleges of education based on institutional ownership in Kano State. The study used a survey research design. A researcher-designed questionnaire and an adapted checklist from the National Commission for Colleges of Education, Minimum Standard (2012) for data collection. Mean and simple percentages were used to analyze the research questions. A total of 286 lecturers were proportionately sampled from Federal College of Education, Kano and Sa'adatu Rimi College of Education, Kumbotso, Kano, which were purposively selected for the study. A reliability value of 0.72 was obtained for the frequency of utilization instrument using Cronbach Alpha. The findings revealed that the two Colleges of Education have almost all of the ICT resources required by National Commission of Colleges of Education (NCCE) in Nigeria. The findings also revealed that lecturers' frequency of use of ICT resources for instruction was not fully encouraged. The study concluded that Colleges of Education in Kano state have basic ICT resources as required by NCCE. The study therefore recommended, among others, that government and school management should provide an enabling environment, such as provision of infrastructure facilities, internet connectivity, and stable power supply, among others.

The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of the trainees registered in Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program (PFCP) towards the Instructional Technologies and Material Design (ITMD) course and to analyze whether these attitudes differed according to gender, department and level of grade. The data were obtained from totally 110 trainees including 78 females and 38 males. In addition to the personal information form, the Attitude Scale towards ITMD Course was used as the data collection tool. The scale had three sub-dimensions as effectiveness, admiration and denial, and the internal consistency coefficients calculated for the current implementation were between .99 and .77. It was understood that the trainees regarded the ITMD course effective enough to be considered good, admired the course at a moderate level, and did not neglect the course very much. It was noticed that female trainees found the course more effective and admired it more rather than the male trainees. The trainees in the English group were determined to consider ITMD course more effective than the trainees in the philosophy group. Moreover, it was proved that the students in the English group admired more rather than the trainees in the theology and philosophy groups. The graduate trainees regarded ITMD course more effective than the ones who were still students.

We aim to examine the pre-service mathematics teachers' mathematical problem-solving processes by using dynamic geometry software and to determine their evaluations based on experiences in this process. The design is document analysis, one of the qualitative research approaches. In the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, a three-problem task was carried out in a classroom environment where everyone could use Geogebra individually. A total of 65 pre-service mathematics teachers enrolled in the course of educational technology. This task includes questions that they would use, their knowledge of basic geometric concepts to construct geometrical relations and evaluations related to this process. Besides the activity papers of the prospective teachers, Geogebra files were also examined. The result is pre-service mathematics teachers who are thought to have a certain level of mathematical background are found to have incorrect/incomplete information even in the most basic geometric concepts and difficulties with regard to generalisation.

Rapidly advancing technology, human life, as well as in every field is observed to be very effective in the field of education. Especially in preschool period; The use of technology in teaching is a subject that has to be questioned a lot. The aim of this study is to investigate the articles search in the Scopus database in the context of "pre-school education" and "instructional Technologies" between the years 1976-2018. Content analysis evaluation criteria; the research model, the publication status of the research in journals, the number of publications by country, the year of publication, the researchers, the distribution of the keywords used by the researchers, the institutions that the researchers are affiliated with, the type of research done and the fields of research of the studies. When the results of the research are examined; More experimental research models related to "pre-school education" and "instructional technologies" were used. While it is seen that there is no journal related to the field, it has been seen that the related publications reached the highest point between 2010 and 2012, there is no specific researcher concentrated in the field, and "Social Learning Theory" comes at the beginning of the most used keywords. It was observed that the research was not based on a specific institution and the most research was realized in the USA according to the distribution of countries. The most common type of research was used "article" and "Social Sciences" was the most commonly used keywords in the field of science. It is hoped that this research will guide all researchers working on preschool education and training technologies.
