Tribal policies and development are always a challengeable one before the government. The government and the several non-governmental groups has been formulated various programs for all round development of the tribals. But the nature and implementation of the tribal development programs in postcolonial India is a debatable subject. When we go through the tribal issues and policies in postcolonial India, we will get a clear picture that the policymakers did not consult the tribal's when they formulated and implemented the tribal oriented program, failed to understand their real problem accurately. The Postindependent Indian governments are not modifying many of the colonial policies. This led to the continuation of the tribal revolution in the form of the Naxalite movement and Chipko movement. In this regards the colonial discourse continues well in contemporary India. Some of our national leaders thought that some of the policies of the colonial era are inevitable for framing tribal policy, thus those are set in the constitution. So in the aftermath of the post-independence period, we can see huge colonial trends in India. Continuing with colonial discourse led too much of the post-colonial suffering of the country.

Flow cytometry is the only proven method for semen sexing to be commercially viable more than 90% accuracy to produce calves of desirable sex. Other methods for sex sorting of sperm (Albumin Gradient/ Percoll gradient/ Gradient swim down, Centrifugal counter current distribution, Free flow electrophoresis, Identification of H-Y antigen, Genetic approaches etc.) have also emerged though these techniques further needs fine tuning for commercial viability. Easy Home or Home automation plays a very important role in modern era because of its flexibility in using it at different places with high precision which will save money and time by decreasing human hard work. Prime focus of this technology is to control the household equipment's like light, fan, door, AC etc. automatically. This research paper has detailed information on Home Automation and Security System using Arduino, GSM and how we can control home appliances using Android application. Whenever a person will enter into the house then the count of the number of persons entering in the house will be incremented, in Home Automation mode applicances will be turned on whereas in security light will be turned on along with the alarm. The count of the number of persons entering the house is also displayed on the LCD screen. In Home Automation mode when the room will become empty i.e. the count of persons reduces to zero then the applicances will be turned off making the system power efficient. Moreover a person can control his home appliances by using an android application present in his mobile phone which will reduce the human hard work. At the same time if anyone enters while security mode is on a SMS will be sent to house owner's mobile phone which will indicate the presence of a person inside the house.The alarm can be turned of using SMS or Android application.

A raíz del tráfico de esclavos muchos africanos se asentaron en países de América, como Cuba, Haití, Panamá y Colombia. Fueron ellos quienes llevaron sus creencias animistas y principios.En el Pacifico sur de Colombia se formó el sincretismo entre la religión católica y la religión Yoruba.
Los santeros creen y adoran a un solo Dios, Olodumare, creador del universo. Uno de los principios de esta religión es que fue Olodumare quien creó todo lo que existe en el universo y, por lo tanto, todo debe regresar a él. El ashé es el poder de su Dios, la energía considerada una bendición o virtud.
Los santeros tienen diferentes formas de comunicarse con los Orishas. Los Orishas son un conjunto de santos de Yoruba, a los que se les atribuye el poder de conducir las fuerzas naturales y la vida humana. Son considerados guías que mantienen la armonía en el mundo y hacen que las personas puedan sentirse bien emocional y espiritualmente.
