Partizipation stellt ein grundlegendes Menschenrecht dar. Der folgende Beitrag versucht eine Systematisierung des Partizipationsbegriffs und bricht die Partizipationsinhalte auf verschiedene sozialpädagogische Kontexte herunter. Zunächst wird das Partizipationskonzept mittels Gesetzes- und Richtlinienbezügen gestützt, um in der Folge auf Partizipationsbereiche und -intensitätslevels einzugehen. Mit kritischen Kategorien wird versucht, der partizipativen Praxis Anregungen zu geben. Aus drei empirischen Studien zur Nachmittagsbetreuung, der Gemeinwesenarbeit und zu arbeitsmarktintegrativen Betrieben werden partizipative Handlungskontexte vorgestellt und damit die partizipative Praxis exemplifiziert.

La publication de ma thèse de doctorat a été soutenue par mes deux universités de tutelle, l’Ehess et l’Université de Constance (D). Elle a fait l’objet d’une présentation de recherche à la Maison des sciences de l’homme de Paris. Les discutants étaient Pierre-Antoine Fabre, Maurice Godé et Gérard Raulet.

This paper draws upon the findings of an evaluation of “More than a Game”, a sport-focused youth mentoring program in Melbourne, Australia that aimed to develop a community-based resilience model using team-based sports to address issues of identity, belonging, and cultural isolation amongst young Muslim men in order to counter forms of violent extremism. In this essay we focus specifically on whether the intense embodied encounters and emotions experienced in team sports can help break down barriers of cultural and religious difference between young people and facilitate experiences of resilience, mutual respect, trust, social inclusion and belonging. Youth political participation via state-sponsored institutional settlements has always been considered a goal of youth policies, representing a means of creating politically active and caring citizens. Throughout Europe, however, the number of politically active young people seems to be diminishing, with youth frequently described as apathetic and disengaged. While a growing body of academic research has concentrated on exploring the reasons behind political inactivity, this article explores the motivation and activities of some of the young people who are involved in institutionalised youth organisations, asking if the meanings behind institutional political participation are undergoing a process of change together with the rest of the society. Unser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über Themen der Kindheits- und Jugendforschung in Afrika. Im ausgehenden 20. und beginnenden 21. Jahrhundert wandeln sich gesellschaftliche, politische und ökonomische Verhältnisse und damit Aufwachsen, Erziehung und Bildung von Kindern. Trotz aller Vielfalt der Lebensverhältnisse in Afrika, zeigt sich, dass sich die Mehrheit der Jugendlichen derzeit in einer Phase der waithood befindet, in der sie hoffen, ihre Träume eines guten Lebens in einer weithin ungewissen Zukunft zu verwirklichen. Hierbei sind Kindheit und Jugend in Afrika in einem globalen Kontext zu verstehen.

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar e caracterizar a produção científica de enfermeiros relacionada à vulnerabilidade dos jovens às Doenças Sexualmente Transmissíveis.  Método: Estudo descritivo, de recorte transversal (2009-2014), do tipo bibliométrico, realizado na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde e no Catálogo de Teses e dissertações da ABEn. A amostra foi constituída por 40 artigos, 05 teses e 05 dissertações. Resultados: Os achados evidenciam que a maioria das publicações foi realizada por enfermeiros docentes com titulação de doutorado. A temática do HIV/Aids, o enfoque da educação para a saúde, a pesquisa de campo e a análise qualitativa dos achados tiveram maior representatividade no conjunto amostral analisado.  Conclusão: Embora as DST se manifestem na população jovem e documentos do Ministério da Saúde do Brasil evidenciem o aumento da incidência do HIV/aids neste contingente populacional, a produção científica acerca do tema no recorte temporal estudado é irregular e reduzida.Descrit...

Karin Flaake geht in ihrer psychoanalytischen Interpretation innerfamilialer Konstellationen der Frage nach, wie das Zur-Frau-Werden von jungen Frauen erlebt wird. Dabei kommt den korperliche Wandlungsprozessen der Pubertat und den darin eingelagerten expliziten sowie verborgenen Deutungen des Weiblichen – vor allem des weiblichen Korpers – durch die Eltern eine prominente Rolle zu.

Martin und Maik sind beide Jahrgang 1967, der eine ist in der BRD und der andere in der DDR aufgewachsen. Grosgeworden sind beide in einer Familie, in der der Vater beim Militar war. Beide haben nach der Schule eine Facharbeiterlehre gemacht und sich anschliesend freiwillig zum Militar verpflichtet. Heute leben beide in einer eigenen Familie. Martin ist seit dreieinhalb Jahren mit Sabine verheiratet, und sie haben eine gemeinsame Tochter. Maik lebt sei knapp einem Jahr mit Manuela und ihren beiden Sohnen zusammen, was ihn aber nicht daran hindert, dies als „seine Familie“ zu sehen.
